Aiming at the problem that the location distribution of cluster head nodes filtered by wireless sensor network clustering routing protocol was unbalanced and the data transmission path of forwarding nodes was unreasonable,which would increase the energy consumption of nodes and shorten the network life cycle,a clustering routing protocol based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed.In the process of cluster head election,a new fitness function was established by defining the energy factor and position equalization factor of the node,the better candidate cluster head node was evaluated and selected,the position update speed of the candidate cluster head nodes was adjusted by the optimized update learning factor,the local search and speeded up the convergence of the global search was expanded.According to the distance between the forwarding node and the base station,the single-hop or multi-hop transmission mode was adopted,and a multi-hop method was designed based on the minimum spanning tree to select an optimal multi-hop path for the data transmission of the forwarding node.Simulation results show that the clustering routing protocol based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm can elect cluster head nodes and forwarding nodes with more balanced energy and location,which shortened the communication distance of the network.The energy consumption of nodes is lower and more balanced,effectively extending the network life cycle.  相似文献

为了降低无线传感器网络(WSN)的能耗,延长网络的生存周期,提出一种多簇头双工作模式的分簇路由算法.算法对低功耗自适应集簇分层(LEACH)协议作了以下改进:采用多簇头双工作模式来分担单簇头的负荷,以解决单簇头因能耗较大而过早消亡的问题;选举簇头时充分考虑节点位置和节点剩余能量,并应用粒子群优化(PSO)算法优化簇头的选举,以均衡网络内各节点的能耗;建立簇与簇之间的数据传输路由,以减少簇间通信的能耗.仿真结果表明,算法有效降低了网络的能耗,延长了网络的生存周期.  相似文献

针对基于分簇网络的无线传感器网络簇间路由协议,让簇首和Sink节点直接通信或通过簇首节点转发数据造成能耗不均,节点过早死亡的缺陷。文中提出一种基于网关节点模型的无线传感器网络簇间路由算法,通过簇头与网关节点、网关节点自身建立虚电路,制定存储转发路由,将数据转发给Sink节点。并引入延时等待机制,增强了簇间信息的融合度,此算法适用于大规模无线传感器网络,有良好的可扩展性。仿真表明在能量节省等性能上与传统簇间路由算法相较有较大提高。  相似文献

Wireless sensor network consists of sensor nodes with battery operated device. The key challenges in the wireless sensor network are energy consumption and routing optimization. This work presents the cluster based load balancing (CBLB) routing protocol. The proposed routing protocol is used to minimize the energy consumption and increase the routing performance. It avoids the routing robustness, delay and increases the delivery rate and network performance. In existing techniques, different routing protocols such as LEACH, HEED and MESTER were used to increase the network performance and to decrease the energy consumption. But these existing techniques did not satisfy the performance requirements of wireless sensor networks. Hence, there is a requirement to develop a technique that meets the QoS requirements and needs of wireless sensor network. The proposed CBLB routing protocol creates a cluster head in the decentralized network and the cluster head will be used to distribute the workload evenly to the cluster members for reducing the energy consumption in wireless sensor network. Experimental results analyze the performance of the proposed protocol with the different existing protocols. The proposed protocol achieves high throughput, delivery rate and reduces the energy consumption, delay and routing overhead.  相似文献

Maximizing network lifetime is the main goal of designing a wireless sensor network. Clustering and routing can effectively balance network energy consumption and prolong network lifetime. This paper presents a novel cluster-based routing protocol called EECRAIFA. In order to select the optimal cluster heads, Self-Organizing Map neural network is used to perform preliminary clustering on the network nodes, and then the relative reasonable level of the cluster, the cluster head energy, the average distance within the cluster and other factors are introduced into the firefly algorithm (FA) to optimize the network clustering. In addition, the concept of decision domain is introduced into the FA to further disperse cluster heads and form reasonable clusters. In the inter-cluster routing stage, the inter-cluster routing is established by an improved ant colony optimization (ACO). Considering factors such as the angle, distance and energy of the node, the heuristic function is improved to make the selection of the next hop more targeted. In addition, the coefficient of variation in statistics is introduced into the process of updating pheromones, and the path is optimized by combining energy and distance. In order to further improve the network throughput, a polling control mechanism based on busy/idle nodes is introduced during the intra-cluster communication phase. The simulation experiment results prove that under different application scenarios, EECRAIFA can effectively balance the network energy consumption, extend the network lifetime, and improve network throughput.

无线传感网络(Wireless Sensor Network,WSN)作为一种资源受限的网络,网络中节点的能耗直接影响了网络的性能。因此,均衡网络中的能耗,延长网络的生命周期,成为设计WSN路由算法的重要目标。于是,在LEACH-C协议的基础上提出了一种移动汇聚路由算法。分簇阶段由Sink节点计算最优簇首个数,通过K-means聚类将网络中的节点划分至不同的集群,选择通信成本最低的节点作为各集群的簇首。稳定传输阶段通过移动Sink进行数据采集,针对不同的延迟分别规划Sink节点的移动轨迹。MATLAB仿真结果表明,与LEACH和LEAHC-C算法相比簇首的分布更合理,结合Sink节点的移动策略能有效均衡网络能耗,延长网络的寿命。  相似文献

The existing uneven clustering algorithm have disadvantages of coal mine with long strip structure. This paper proposed a UCEB-CMF protocol to improve the safety of coal mine monitoring system. The new protocol optimize the selection mechanism of the cluster head, avoid the lower residual energy nodes become the cluster head. Improve the calculation method of non-uniform competition radius and the competition way of the candidate cluster head, so the new protocol can ensure the node which close to the Sink node and has the more energy to priority become the cluster head. Propose a multipath routing algorithm according to the characteristics of the node in the coal mine goaf is die easily, it can ensure the persistence of the data transmission. Simulation results show that the routing protocol effectively balances the energy consumption among cluster heads and achieves an obvious improvement on the network life time.  相似文献

Reducing the energy consumption of sensor nodes and prolonging the life of the network is the central topic in the research of wireless sensor network (WSN) protocol. The low-energy adaptive clustering hierarchy (LEACH) is one of the hierarchical routing protocols designed for communication in WSNs. LEACH is clustering based protocol that utilizes randomized rotation of local cluster-heads to evenly distribute the energy load among the sensors in the network. But LEACH is based on the assumption that each sensor nodes contain equal amount of energy which is not valid in real scenarios. A developed routing protocol named as DL-LEACH is proposed. The DL-LEACH protocol cluster head election considers residual energy of nodes, distance from node to the base station and neighbor nodes, which makes cluster head election reasonable and node energy consumption balance. The simulation results of proposed protocols are compared for its network life time in MATLAB with LEACH protocol. The DL-LEACH is prolong the network life cycle by 75 % than LEACH.  相似文献

LEACH协议是无线传感器网络中最流行的分簇路由协议之一.针对LEACH算法簇分布不均匀以及网络能耗不均衡等问题提出了一种高效节能多跳路由算法.在簇建立阶段,新算法根据网络模型计算出最优簇头间距值,调整节点通信半径以控制簇的大小,形成合理网络拓扑结构;在数据传输阶段,簇头与基站之间采用多跳的通信方式,降低了节点能耗.在TinyOS操作系统下,使用nesC语言设计实现了LEACH-EEMH算法.基于TOSSIM平台的仿真结果表明,新算法较LEACH算法在均衡网络能耗、延长网络寿命方面具有显著优势.  相似文献

针对无线传感器网络能量受限和路由协议中节点能量消耗不均衡的问题,提出一种新的无线传感器网络的分区异构分簇协议(PHC协议).该协议的核心是将3种不同能量等级的节点根据能量的不同分别部署在不同区域,能量较高的高级节点和中间节点使用聚类技术通过簇头直接传输数据到汇聚点,能量较低的普通节点则直接传输数据到汇聚点.仿真结果表明,该协议通过对节点合理的分配部署,使簇头分布均匀,更好地均衡了节点的能量消耗,延长了网络的稳定期,提高了网络的吞吐量,增强了网络的整体性能.  相似文献

Leach算法是无线传感器网络中应用最为广泛的分簇路由协议之一,但是该算法的簇头是随机产生的,有可能导致节点过早死亡,从而使整个网络崩溃。针对这一问题,提出一种基于优选簇头的改进Leach算法——gc Leach算法。改进算法引入灰色关联度思想对簇头进行分区选举,兼顾考虑了簇头的剩余能量以及位置分布,有效地避免了簇头分布不合理,以及簇头剩余能量过低导致的节点过早死亡的情况。仿真结果表明,改进后的gc Leach算法能够有效地降低网络能耗,延长网络生命周期。  相似文献

无线传感器网络节点能量有限,因此为了避免由于节点的能量不足而造成网络瘫痪,在组网过程中必须要充分考虑到节点能量的情况,Leach协议是其中一种典型的网络分簇路由协议。针对传统leach协议在分簇过程中未能考虑网络内节点能量以及簇首数量的基础上,提出一种新的簇首选取优化算法,旨在达到均衡网络能量、延长网络生命周期的结果。经OPNET仿真表明,该算法能快速选择簇首、节省节点能量以及均衡网络的能量分布,最后有效地延长网络的生命周期。  相似文献

Many protocols, services, and electrical devices with built-in sensors have been developed in response to the rapid expansion of the Internet of Things. Mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs) consist of a collection of autonomous mobile nodes that can form an ad hoc network in the absence of any pre-existing infrastructure. System performance may suffer due to the changeable topology of MANETs. Since most mobile hosts operate on limited battery power, energy consumption poses the biggest challenge for MANETs. Both network lifetime and throughput improve when energy usage is reduced. However, existing approaches perform poorly in terms of energy efficiency. Scalability becomes a significant issue in large-scale networks as they grow, leading to overhead associated with routing updates and maintenance that can become unmanageable. This article employs a MANET routing protocol combined with an energy conservation strategy. The clustering hierarchy is used in MANETs to maximize the network's lifespan, considering its limited energy resources. In the MANET communication process, the cluster head (CH) is selected using Fire Hawk Optimization (FHO). When choosing nodes to act as a cluster for an extended period, CH election factors in connectivity, mobility, and remaining energy. This process is achieved using an optimized version of the Ad hoc On-Demand Distance Vector (AODV) routing protocol, utilizing Improved Chicken Swarm Optimization (ICSO). In comparison to existing protocols and optimization techniques, the proposed method offers an extended network lifespan ranging from 90 to 160 h and reduced energy consumption of 80 to 110 J, as indicated by the implementation results.  相似文献

The paper proposes an energy efficient quality of services (QoS) aware hierarchical KF-MAC routing protocol in mobile ad-hoc networks. The proposed KF-MAC (K-means cluster formation firefly cluster head selection based MAC routing) protocol reduces the concentration of QoS parameters when the node transmits data from source to destination. At first, K-means clustering technique is utilized for clustering the network into nodes. Then the clustered nodes are classified and optimized by the firefly optimization algorithm to find cluster heads for the clustered nodes. The transmission of data begins in the network nodes and TDMA based MAC routing does communication. The observation on KF-MAC protocol performs well for QoS parameters such as bandwidth, delay, bit error rate and jitter. The evaluation of proposed protocol based on a simulation study concludes that the proposed protocol provides a better result in contrast to the existing fuzzy based energy aware routing protocol and modified dynamic source routing protocol. With KF-MAC protocol, the collision free data transmission with low average energy consumption is achieved.  相似文献

Energy conservation is the main issue in wireless sensor networks. Many existing clustering protocols have been proposed to balance the energy consumption and maximize the battery lifetime of sensor nodes. However, these protocols suffer from the excessive overhead due to repetitive clustering resulting in high-energy consumption. In this paper, we propose energy-aware cluster-based routing protocol (ECRP) in which not only the cluster head (CH) role rotates based on energy around all cluster members until the end of network functioning to avoid frequent re-clustering, but also it can adapt the network topology change. Further, ECRP introduces a multi-hop routing algorithm so that the energy consumption is minimized and balanced. As well, a fault-tolerant mechanism is proposed to cope up with the failure of CHs and relay nodes. We perform extensive simulations on the proposed protocol using different network scenarios. The simulation results demonstrate the superiority of ECRP compared with recent and relevant existing protocols in terms of main performance metrics.

The Mobile Adhoc Network (MANET) is a distributed network without any standard infrastructure. In MANETs, several nodes in the network are grouped by which they can communicate with each other. Clustering is a grouping of mobiles nodes performs the communication process by means of optimal usage of available bandwidth and high network throughput. Several clustering schemes exist, but they suffer from the consumption of energy because of the cluster head's workload and increase in the number of clusters. In this paper, we propose a cluster manager‐based cluster head selection (CMBCH) scheme to overcome the energy problems and leverage CH workload. CMBCH consists of two components, such as cluster manager (CM) and cluster head (CH). The CM takes the responsibility of controlling and monitoring of nodes activities. The CH leads and performing packet transfer among the nodes in the network. At this stage, when current CH energy level is drained, CM elects the corresponding node with high energy level and the new, as well as old CH activities, are simultaneously stored by CM. To prove the proposed scheme efficiency, a simulation experiment was conducted for 20 to 100 nodes under the AODV routing protocol. The network parameters packet delivery ratio and energy consumption are compared for the CMBCH,DLC and HCAL. The obtained results are compared to others; CMBCH conserves minimal energy and bandwidth and also achieves reliable throughput through stable routing.  相似文献

In wireless sensor network, a large number of sensor nodes are distributed to cover a certain area. Sensor node is little in size with restricted processing power, memory, and limited battery life. Because of restricted battery power, wireless sensor network needs to broaden the system lifetime by reducing the energy consumption. A clustering‐based protocols adapt the use of energy by giving a balance to all nodes to become a cluster head. In this paper, we concentrate on a recent hierarchical routing protocols, which are depending on LEACH protocol to enhance its performance and increase the lifetime of wireless sensor network. So our enhanced protocol called Node Ranked–LEACH is proposed. Our proposed protocol improves the total network lifetime based on node rank algorithm. Node rank algorithm depends on both path cost and number of links between nodes to select the cluster head of each cluster. This enhancement reflects the real weight of specific node to success and can be represented as a cluster head. The proposed algorithm overcomes the random process selection, which leads to unexpected fail for some cluster heads in other LEACH versions, and it gives a good performance in the network lifetime and energy consumption comparing with previous version of LEACH protocols.  相似文献
