以甲基苯基二氯硅烷和二乙胺为原料,低温下反应,合成了双(N,N-二乙基)氨基甲基苯基硅烷.通过正交试验方法考察了反应温度、反应介质、原料量之比以及反应时间等因素对目标产物产率的影响,利用红外光谱、核磁共振等手段对产物结构进行了表征和确认.利用方差分析确定的最佳反应条件为反应温度-15 ℃、溶剂为乙醚,二乙胺与甲基苯基二氯硅烷的量之比为5:1、反应时间为6 h.反应体系中加入三乙胺作为酸吸收剂、且用量为甲基苯基二氯硅烷的2倍时也可提高目标产物的产率;加入三乙胺后还可使铵盐副产物的后处理更易进行. 相似文献

Monomer with thiazole moiety was synthesized and copolymerized with butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate by reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer emulsion polymerization. The chain transfer agent was synthesized using N-ethyl piperazine, carbon disulfide, and ethyl 2-bromoisobutyrate. The wt% of monomer was varied from 3, 5, 7, 9, and 12 respectively. A antimicrobial activities of monomer and its copolymers were screened against E. coli, B. subtilis, C. albicans, and Aspergillus niger microorganisms. The synthesized monomer and chain transfer agent were characterized by 1H NMR, FTIR, and mass spectral analysis, whereas emulsion copolymers were characterized for their molecular weight, particle size, and FTIR analysis. 相似文献

The authors describe a facial development of pH-responsive hydrogels composed of 2-(dimethylamino)ethylmethacrylate and 2-hydroxyethylacrylate via free-radical polymerization at 29°C. The hydrogels were characterized by FTIR, SEM, and XRD studies. The diffusional exponent (n), hydrogel network parameters such as average molecular weight between crosslinks (Mc), and polymer-solvent interaction (χ) were calculated by using swelling data. The hydrogels were encapsulated with 5-fluorouracil, the in vitro release data indicated that the maximum drug release was significantly achieved in pH 1.2 rather than in pH 7.4 and it was enhanced up to 30 h. These results suggested that the gels are highly useful for anticancer drug delivery applications. 相似文献
