A series of Eu-doped ZnO films were prepared by a sol-gel method. Precursor and films were characterized by thermal analysis (TG-DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), UV-vis spectra, as well as the magnetism measurement. The wurtzite structure of obtained films presents an extreme high c-orientation character. The film susceptibility resembles a Curie-Weiss behavior at high temperature, and presents an obvious enhancement at low temperature, indicating the presence of antiferromagnetic interactions in the Zn0.9Eu0.1O films.  相似文献

Zn1-xCoxO films were grown on glass by sol-gel spin coating process. A homogeneous and stable Zn1-xCoxO sol was prepared by dissolving zinc acetate dihydrate, cobalt acetate tetrahydrate and aluminium chloride hexahydrate as solutes in solution of isopropanol and monoethanolamine. The films were postheated and vacuum annealed, and investigated for c-axis preferred orientation and electromagnetic properties. Zn1-xCoxO films with different Co concentrations were oriented well along the c-axis, especially the Zn1-xCoxO film with 10% Co(atom fraction) was highly c-axis oriented. The transmittance spectra show that Zn1-xCoxO films occur d-d transition and sp-d exchange interaction between Co2 ions. The electrical resistivity of the films at 10% Co had the lowest value because the crystallite size became largest and the crystallinity of the c-axis was improved. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and alternating gradient magnetometer analyses indicated that no Co metal cluster was formed, and the ferromagnetism at room temperature appeared. The characteristics of the electrical resistivity and room temperature ferromagnetism of sol-gel derived Zn1-xCoxO films suggest a potential application of dilute magnetic semiconductor devices.  相似文献

The humidity sensing properties of La3+ and K+ co-doped Ti0.9Sn0.1O2 thin films were investigated. The humidity sensitive thin films were prepared by sol-gel method on alumina substrates. The sensing behaviors of thin films were inspected at different sintering temperatures by constructing a humidity-impedance measuring system. It was found that the addition of rare earth ion La3+ and alkali ion K+ was beneficial for improving the humidity sensitive properties of the samples and La0.003K0.5Ti0.9Sn0.1O2 sintered at 500 ℃ for 4 h showed the best humidity sensing properties. The impedance of this thin film decreased from 109 to 104 Ω with excellent linearity in the humidity range of 11%-95%. Narrow hysteresis loop, prominent stability and high sensitivity were obtained. The effects of dopant con-tent and doping mechanism on humidity sensitivity were also discussed in terms of segregation of rare earth ions at grain boundaries and granularity of crystalline and influence of K+ on the decrease in the intrinsic resistance of the materials, and increase in the number of wa-ter adsorption sites.  相似文献

Luminescence Properties of Sm^3+ doped Bi2ZnB2O7   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
The phosphors of (Bi1- x Smx ) 2ZnB2O7 ( x = 0. 01, 0. 03, 0. 05, 0. 07, and 0. 09) were synthesized by conventional solid state reaction. The purity of all samples was checked by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). XRD analysis shows that all these compounds are of a single phase of Bi2ZnB2O7, indicating that the Bi^3+ in Bi2ZnB2O7 can be partly replaced by the Sm^3+ without the change of crystal structure. The excitation and emission spectra at room temperature show the typical 4f-4f transitions of Sm^3+ . The dominant excitation line is around 404 nm due to ^6H5/2→^4K11/2 and the emission spectrum consists of a series of lines at 563, 599, 646, and 704 nm due to ^4G5/2→^6H5/2, ^6H7/2, ^6H9/2, and ^6H11/2, respectively. The optimal concentration of Sm^3+ in Bi2ZnB2O7 is about 3mol% (relative to lmol Bi^3+ ) and the critical distance Rc was calculated as 2.1 nm. The temperature dependence of the emission intensity of Bi1.94Sm0.06ZnB2O7 was examined in the temperature range between 100 and 450 K. The quenching temperature where the intensity has dropped to half of the initial intensity is 280 K. The lifetime for Sm^3+ in Bi1.94Sm0.06ZnB2O7 is fitted as a value of 0.29 and 1.03 ms.  相似文献

采用原位聚合法制备聚苯胺(Pani)/复合材料,使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(TEM)和紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)对复合材料进行了表征。XRD结果表明样品为纯Pani和Pani/Co0.5Zn0.5La0.1Fe1.9O4复合材料,SEM照片可知,纯Pani和Pani/Co0.5Zn0.5La0.1Fe1.9O4粒子的平均粒径分别约为150 nm和500 nm,UV-vis光谱表明Pani/Co0.5Zn0.5La0.1Fe1.9O4苯环上的π-π*和n-π*分别红移了13 nm和10 nm.在8.2-12.4GHz测试频率范围内,Pani/Co0.5Zn0.5La0.1Fe1.9O4复合材料的介电损耗角正切(tgε)在0.22-0.34之间,磁损耗正切(tgμ)在0.27-0.35之间.  相似文献

采用二次固相反应法成功制备出Y2-xSm(xWO4)(3x=0.0,0.2)、(x=1.0,1.4,1.8,2.0)系列固溶体,低掺杂量Y2-xSm(xWO4)(3x=0.0,0.2)为单斜结构(空间群:P2/m),高掺杂量Y2-xSm(xWO4)(3x=1.0,1.4,1.8,2.0)为单斜结构(空间群:C2/c);热重分析表明低Sm掺杂Y2-xSm(xWO4)3具吸水性,且随Sm含量增加而含水量减少,当x≥1.0时,样品完全不吸水;SEM分析了样品的断口形貌与晶粒尺寸;热膨胀性能测试表明,Sm掺杂量(x=0.0,0.2)的Y2-xSm(xWO4)3排除水分子后,具有较强的负热膨胀特性,而掺杂量(x=1.0,1.4,1.8,2.0)的Y2-xSm(xWO4)3具有正膨胀性能。  相似文献

以共沉淀法制备的Ni-Mn包覆Co_3O_4前驱体和Li_2CO_3为原料,通过高温固相法制得了具有核壳结构的锂电池正极材料Li(Co_(0.9)Ni_(0.05)Mn_(0.05))O_2.用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)和充放电测试表征了样品的形貌、晶体结构和电化学性能.结果表明,所制备的核壳结构Li(Co_(0.9)Ni_(0.05)Mn_(0.05))O_2具有良好的电化学性能,在3.0~4.5 V和3.0~4.6 V,0.2 C下首次放电容量分别达到180.5 m A·h·g~(-1)和201.3 m A·h·g~(-1),在1 C下,循环50周后容量保持率分别为89.3%和63.3%.  相似文献

A novel ligand, N,N’-(2,6-pyridinedicarbonyl)bis[N-(carboxymethyl)] (L1) was designed and synthesized starting from pyri-dine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid (1). The ligand (L1) and intermediate product (3) were characterized by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) spectra and elemental analysis. Besides, four novel co-luminescence systems of Sm-La-pyridyl carboxylic acids: K4Sm(1-x)Lax(L1)Cl3·y1H2O, K12Sm2(1-x)La2x(L2)3 Cl6·y2H2O, K6Sm2(1-x)La2x(L3)Cl6·y3H2O and K4Sm(1-x)Lax(L4)Cl3·y4H2O (x was the mole fraction of La(III) in the mixed ions, the value was 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0, respectively; y1, y2, y3, y4 were plus integer) were studied, and the mechanism of fluorescence enhancement effect was discussed detailedly.  相似文献

La2/3 Sr1/3 Mn1-x ZnxO3films (x =0.05, 0.1,0.3, and 0.5) were prepared using magnetron sputtering method, and the effect of Zn doping on transport properties of the films was studied. An analysis of X-ray diffraction showed that the main phase of the bulk target was orthorhombic and the films had better epitaxial character. It was found that the films with x =0.05 and x =0.1 exhibited typical insulator-metal transition. No transition of the films with x≥0.3 was observed and the dominant transport was variable-range hopping due to observable secondary phase ZnO. These could be attributed to the Zn doping effect on manganites.  相似文献

Ce0.85Sm0.15O1.925 (SDC) and La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.5Mg0.2O2.85 (LSGM) were synthesized using Glycine-Nitrate Process (GNP), and the composite electrolytes were prepared by mixing SDC and LSGM. An X-ray diffraction pattern indicated that the mixture of SDC and LSGM consisted of their original phases after heating at 1450 ℃ for 10 h. The electronic conductivity of SDC-LSGM composite electrolytes were measured by direct current polarization method using Hebb-Wagner ion blocking cell at 700-800 ℃ in the oxygen partial pressure range of 104-10-20 MPa and compared with the results of SDC. Typical polarization curves, which were theoretically predicted, were observed on all the samples. The slopes of lgσe-lgPo2 plot for all the composite electrolytes agreed with the theoretically predicted value of-1/4 at some intermediate oxygen partial pressures and -1/6 at low oxygen partial pressure. The electronic conductivity of SDC-LSGM composite electrolytes decreased with the increase in LSGM content, whereas the ionic transport number ti of all the samples increased with the increase in LSGM content.  相似文献

A self-propagating combustion synthesis (SPCS) method, citrate SPCS method, was used to synthesize Cu0.4Zn0.6Cr0.5SmxFe1.5-xO4 (x=0-0.1) nanosized powders at relatively low temperature. Polyaniline/Cu0.4Zn0.6Cr0.5Sm0.06Fe1.44O4 (CZCS0.06FO) nanocomposites were prepared by in situ polymerization of aniline in the presence of CZCS0.06FO ferrites. The structures, morphologies, and ferromagnetic properties of ferrite powders and nanocomposites were characterized by powder X-ray diffractometer (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results indicated that ferrite powders were coated effectively by polyaniline, which reduced the agglomeration of ferrite particles to certain extent, and was helpful to the decentralization and stabilization of nanoparticles. The nanocomposites with core-shell structure under applied field exhibited hysteresis loops of the ferromagnetic nature. The nanocomposites were fit for being used as soft magnetic material because of their lower coercivity than that of pure ferrites.  相似文献

采用共沉淀法合成Ni_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)(OH)_2前驱体,将前驱体和LiOH混合均匀后经高温煅烧合成了锂离子电池正极材料LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_2,并对其进行电化学性能检测。试验表明,制备的电池在电压2.8~4.3V(vs.Li/Li+)区间内,0.1C倍率下的首次库伦效率为88.4%;在1C倍率下循环100次后,放电比容量为157.7mAh/g,容量保持率为96.6%。  相似文献

The magnetic and magnetostrictive properties of epoxy bonded Tb1-xPrx(Fe0.4Co0.6)1.93 (0.85≤x≤1.00) composites, prepared with different epoxy proportions using cold compression-molding technique, were investigated. It is found that the optimal conditions were with a compaction pressure of 100 MPa and a mass ratio of resin to powder of 5:100. The Tb0.1Pr0.9(Fe0.4Co0.6)1.93 composite rod had a high magnetostriction of 770 ppm at an applied magnetic field of 960 kA/m, whereas the Pr(Fe0.4Co0.6)1.93 composite reached 500 ppm at 400 kA/m. The good magnetostrictive properties of Pr(Fe0.4Co0.6)1.93 composite at low-field (≤400 kA/m) could be explained by its low anisotropy. These results indicated that the epoxy bonded Tb1-xPrx(Fe0.4Co0.6)1.93 rod samples for high Pr content of x=0.9-1.0 were of practical value.  相似文献

测定了MMNi5基贮氢合金的电极特性。用快淬法制成的MM(0.9)Ti(0.1)Ni(3.9)Mn(0.4)Co(0.4)Al(0.3)贮氢合金电极的循环寿命和快速放电能力显著提高,其300次充放电循环后电容量仅下降18%,这与合金中微晶组织的形成有关,而感应熔炼制成的MM(0.9)Ti(0.1)Ni(3.9)Mn(0.4)Co(0.4)Al(0.3)贮氢合金电极200次循环后电容量下降39%,经1000℃3h退火后,其300次循环后电容量下降为27%。  相似文献

Rare earth (RE) ternary complexes of Eu0.5Ln0.5(NPPD)3·(DPQ) (HNPPD=1-(naphthalen-2-yl)-3-phenylpropane-1,3-dione; DPQ= dipyridobenzoquinone) and Eu1-xLax(NPPD)3·(DPQ) (Ln3+=La3+, Gd3+, Sm3+, Pr3+; x=0.0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9) were synthesized by the reaction of RECl3·6H2O with HNPPD and DPQ in stoichiometry. The complexes were characterized with IR, elemental analysis, TGA-DSC and wide-angle X-ray diffraction. The UV-Vis absorption spectra and fluorescence properties of the complexes were also investigated. The experimental results showed that the luminescence efficiency of Eu3+ complexes was enhanced by doping some other lanthanide ions. Eu0.7La0.3(NPPD)3·(DPQ) showed the highest luminescence efficiency.  相似文献

A new preparation method of Sm2Co17 nanoflakes was investigated. Hard magnetic Sm2 Co17 nanoflakes with thickness of 20-100 nm were obtained by milling in heptane and oleic acid under a magnetic field of 1.5 T for 0.5-20 h. It was shown that higher anisotropic magnetic properties would be induced by the flake-shape anisotropy when the prepared Sm2 Colt particles are milled with a magnetic field. The magnetic anisotropy of flakes after being aligned under the magnetic field of 1.5 T could be further enhanced, and the value of (BH)m was 128 kJ · m a Both anisotropy and properties are better than those of the nano-particles milled without a magnetic field.  相似文献

研究了LaGd0.1Fe11.4-xCoxSi1.6(x=0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7,0.9)系列合金的结构以及磁热效应。室温XRD分析表明该系列合金除微量的α-Fe相外,均具有立方NaZn13型立方单相晶体结构,空间群为Fm-3c。晶格常数没有明显变化,分别为1.1458,1.1454,1.1458,1.1459,1.469nm。磁性测量表明该系列合金的Tc随着Co含量的增加而增加,分别为212,231,253,281,302K。在外磁场变化ΔB=1.5T时,最大的磁熵变随着Co含量的增加而减少,由x=0.1的13.8J降为x=0.9J.kg-.1K-1的1.5J.kg-.1K-1。并且随着Co含量的增加存在由一级相变转为二级相变的趋势。  相似文献

Dipolar relaxation and dielectric/piezoelectric resonance in a (001)-cut Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)0.9Ti0.1O3 (PZNT10%) single crystal before and after electric (E)-field poling were presented. Dielectric permittivities were measured as functions of temperature, frequency and poling E-field strength. Frequency-dependent dielectric spectroscopy in the poled sample exhibits multiple piezoelectric resonances between 0.1 and 1 MHz, which can be described by the forced-damped-oscillator model. The resonant spectra show significant changes while phase transitions are taking place. The unpoled crystal shows almost no optical birefringence, indicating that the average structure symmetry is isotropic. Birefringence of the crystal is significantly enhanced by a prior E-field poling.  相似文献
