以羟基丙烯酸树脂作为成膜物质,同时加入流平剂、分散剂等各种助剂及颜料和溶剂等制备了PU双组分底面漆及罩先清漆。检测结果表明:底面漆具有良好的填充性能、机械性能和耐腐蚀性能,而罩光清漆具有良好的耐腐蚀性能、高光泽、高丰满度等。该涂料在各种玻璃钢制品中具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

本文主要讲一种PU清味高丰满度亮光清漆的制备方法,甲组分由醇酸树脂、合成脂肪酸树脂、消泡剂、流平剂和溶剂组成,乙组分由TDI-HDI混合三聚体和HDI和溶剂组成,制得的油漆气味低,流平性好,漆膜具有高光泽,漆膜丰满度好,表面光滑有质感,给人一种清新、宁静、简单而不失优雅的感觉,平凡中透着一丝高贵,适合当代人的审美,市场上很受大众的亲睐。广泛用于木器,金属等制品起保护装饰效果。  相似文献

聚合方法对水性羟基丙烯酸树脂及相应2K-WPU性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
分别通过溶液聚合、乳液聚合和两步聚合法制备了3种水性羟基丙烯酸树脂(PAS、PAE、PAT),采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、动态光散射(DLS)和示差扫描量热法(DSC)对所合成树脂进行了表征。在无催化剂存在的条件下,分别将3种水性树脂与异氰酸酯固化剂Bayhydur XP 2655以及助剂混合得到双组分水性聚氨酯清漆,通过红外光谱对固化后清漆结构进行了表征,并对3种水性清漆的性能进行了研究。实验结果表明基于PAT的水性清漆综合性能较优。  相似文献

采用自行研制的含羟基树脂(SC树脂)取代三羟甲基丙烷与甲苯二异氰酸酯逐步聚合反应.并用871树脂共混改性来制备多异氰酸酯(甲组分),然后与SC树脂(乙组分)配制双组分S871聚氨酯清漆。与现有的聚氨酯清漆相比,该聚氨酯清漆具有粘度低、固体分高、性能好、价格低等特点。介绍了S871聚氨酯清漆的工艺流程、技术指标,并列举了与现有的聚氨酯清漆性能比较结果。  相似文献

采用拜耳公司的水性羟基丙烯酸树脂乳液和聚异氰酸酯固化剂制备了一种聚氨酯哑光清漆。通过实验研究确定了两种羟基树脂组分的混拼比例为48.00%的BayhydrolXP2546和23.00%的BayhydrolXP2542,NCO与OH的摩尔比为1.6。讨论了消光剂加入量与漆膜光泽的变化关系,当消光剂的质量分数为2.4%时,所制备的聚氨酯哑光清漆具有硬度高,耐磨性与耐候性好,光泽低等特点,综合性能优异。  相似文献

以叔碳酸缩水甘油酯( E10P)和钛酸丁酯为溶剂,采用本体聚合法分两步滴加甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸和引发剂的混合溶液,再将上述制备的树脂用碱中和,加水分散,即可得到水性亚光羟基丙烯酸分散体。将制备的树脂与水性多异氰酸酯固化剂固化成膜,测试其性能。结果表明:自制水性羟基丙烯酸分散体物理性能均较好,具有较好的耐水、耐溶剂性能。清漆光泽( 60°)在 50~60之间,具有优异的亚光性能。  相似文献

氟改性双组分水性丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFMA)、丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为原料,采用溶液聚合法合成了一系列氟含量不同的水性羟基丙烯酸树脂。将含氟水性羟基丙烯酸树脂、亲水性异氰酸酯固化剂和助剂混合制备氟改性双组分水性丙烯酸聚氨酯(2K—WPU)涂料。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对其结构进行了表征,并对涂料的接触角、吸水率和清漆性能分别进行了测试。结果表明,该水性树脂粒径在28.2~68.1nm之间,粒径分布均匀。当水性羟基丙烯酸树脂组成中DFMA质量分数从0增加至20%时,所制备氟改性2K-WPu涂料的水接触角从70.3。增大到97.6。,吸水率从11.4%降低至6.31%,涂膜的耐水性显著提高。清漆性能测试表明,所制氟改性2K.WPu的各项性能优异。  相似文献

从树脂合成、固化剂、催化剂等方面进行改善,制备的羟基丙烯酸树脂具有较好的干燥速度和优异的板面状态,经检测,在满足涂膜综合应用性能的前提下,能够使修补清漆喷涂后0.5 h即可达到不沾灰、不沾尘、光泽丰满、不失光的效果,在国内修补涂料市场发展前景广阔。  相似文献

The aim of this study is enhancing an automotive clearcoat easy-to-clean property against simulated tree gum (Arabic gum) using hydroxyl-functional silicone polyacrylate additives having different hydroxyl contents. The clearcoat surface, mechanical and chemical properties were studied using a contact angle measuring device, dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA) and Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) respectively. It was found that additive with lower hydroxyl content gave rise to better easy-to-clean properties of the clearcoat against Arabic gum. This additive also resulted in lower contact angles and higher cross-linking density, tensile stress and work of break of the clearcoat.  相似文献

A new series of high‐solids [low‐VOC (volatile organic compound)content] mar resistant clearcoats (CL‐series) were prepared upon crosslinking of a new‐synthesized hydroxyl‐terminated isophthalate‐based liquid oligoester (L‐311) with an hexakis(methoxymethylol)melamine (HMMM) resin, via an acid‐catalyzed etherification reaction. The chemical, physical, and mechanical properties of the CL‐clearcoats were compared to those of a reference clearcoat (CRO). An attempt was made to investigate the effect that the amounts of catalyst and melamine resin had on the clearcoats' physical, chemical, and mechanical properties, and moreover, to correlate these properties to the films chemical structures. The new‐formulated high‐solids clearcoats (CL‐series) presented enhanced processability and higher NVW values (lower VOC content) than the reference clearcoat CRO, and their properties (pencil hardness, knoop hardness, adhesion, impact resistance, solvent and gasoline resistance, mar resistance, and flexibility) were better or comparable to those of the CRO. More specifically, the mar resistance of the CL‐clearcoats series was investigated by applying both the crockmeter test and a novel method that employed a modified scanning probe microscope. In addition, we identified and characterized the different responses of the CRO and certain CL‐clearcoats to marring stress. The experimental data regarding the mar resistance of the new‐formulated clearcoats fully justified our polymer design strategy, verifying our expectations for the possibility of preparing glossy, high‐solids mar‐resistant clearcoats that could present enhanced processability and solvent resistance, relatively high pencil hardness, and at the same time very good elastic recovery to marring stress. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 采用丙酮法利用聚酯二元醇(PE-1000)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1,6-己二醇(HDO)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)反应,经中和、加水分散,合成出羟基型水性聚氨酯.并用制成的树脂和水性多异氰酸酯固化剂(Bayhydrol XP2655)以及消泡剂、流平剂、助溶剂等制备出柔性水性木器清漆.通过傅里叶红外光谱、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪、粒度仪、各种涂膜测试仪等仪器进行表征.测试结果表明:当树脂的数均分子量设计为5 000~6 000、DMPA的含量为4.5%~5.0%、HDO的含量为8.0%~10.0%、TMP的含量为5.0%~5.5%、中和度为1.0左右时制备出的树脂粒径、黏度和吸水率较小,贮存期l a以上.且条件范围内合成的水性木器清漆耐磨性好,丰满度高,柔软性佳,手感好,耐水、耐醇性好.  相似文献

Transmission UV spectroscopy measurements of clearcoat ul traviol et light absorber (UVA) disposition, electronspin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy measurements of clearcoat and basecoat Active hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) disposition, and transmission Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) measurements of photooxidation have been carried out on 5 μm thickslioes of clearcoat/basecoat/primer/e-coatpaint systems on steel panels as a function of outdoor exposure. These analysis results are combined with clearcoat fracture energy measurements to assess the possibility that a clearcoat/basecoat paint system will resistcatastrophic cracking/peeling failure at long times. Taken together, all results indicate that these nontraditional paint weathering performance metrics should be added to the existing repertoire of paint weathering performancemetrics to ensure that inferior clearcoat/basecoat automotive paint systems are not introduced into service. 以溶液聚合工艺制备了数均分子量在20000左右、羟基值为40~48mgKOH/g的丙烯酸树脂,将该树脂与固化剂N-75按适宜的比例混合为底涂层,淋涂于800mm×400mm的洁净有机玻璃(PMMA)表面,在真空镀膜机中依次沉积TiO2膜和Au膜,获得了PMMA/底涂/TiO2/Au/TiO2膜。研究了不同配方的丙烯酸树脂合成工艺和混合溶剂的选择及配比对PMMA/底涂/TiO2/Au/TiO2膜性能的影响,讨论了"形变"的原因。研究发现,当乙酸丁酯和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯以1∶1的质量比为混合溶剂,树脂和混合溶剂的质量比为1∶3时,所得涂膜具有良好的附着力。以Tego270为助剂,其质量分数为0.2%时能有效减少薄膜的"形变"缺陷。  相似文献
