分析讨论了汽车前托架零件的成形工艺及有限元分析前处理中工具体与板料的网格划分;探究了摩擦系数、压边力对板料成形的影响。结果表明,较小的摩擦系数增加了零件的起皱趋势,但对破裂缺陷有较大改善;基于模面破裂危险区的形变分析,对模面修改后进一步进行压边力优化,从而进行了符合实际工艺的多阶段前托架成形优化分析。采用优化后的工艺参数和模面形状进行实际试冲,得到了合格的零件,板料变薄率和增厚率分别在20%与5%的允许范围内。实际试冲与数值模拟的板料厚度应变误差在4%范围内,且板料轮廓收料情况相符。 相似文献

以典型覆盖件(汽车外轮罩)为研究对象,板料三维成形分析软件Autoform为平台,研究了板料与凸模、凹模的摩擦、压边力、拉深筋等因素对成形性能的影响。通过Autoform的成形仿真预测板料成形过程中减薄、拉裂、起皱等缺陷,同时分析缺陷产生的原因,进而优化板料成形工艺参数和改进模具结构。 相似文献

针对来源广泛、价格低廉的08Al钢,替代铜、覆铜冲挤拉伸雷管管壳存在的掉底、裂纹、成品率低等缺陷,通过七连冲床的5次冲挤拉伸实验,从工艺、热处理、润滑、参数等方面着手研究.研究结果表明:固体、液相复合润滑能显著提高金属08A1延展性;采用08A1钢板涂机油、冲盂、木粉滚光、退火、磷化、皂化、冲挤等工序,提高了管壳的强度;降低退火温度、缩短保温时间等工艺避免氧化脱碳;优化的冲挤拉伸和模角参数不仅便于管壳成型且提高了模具寿命.该冲挤拉伸工艺,提高了管壳的成品率,成形的产品满足GB8031-2005要求,实现了材料的彻底替代,有效地降低了生产成本. 相似文献

从动螺旋伞齿轮的形状复杂,摆动辗压难度大。采用刚粘塑性有限元对从动螺旋伞齿轮摆动辗压工艺进行了模拟,获得了从动螺旋伞齿轮的摆动辗压变形规律和力能曲线。通过对辗压力模拟计算与实验结果的比较,阐释了有限元模拟计算辗压力的有效性和不足。最后指出了对螺旋伞齿轮进行高精度的计算模拟要考虑的问题。 相似文献

针对直齿轮精锻成形工艺存在齿形充填困难和成形载荷大的两个问题,本文采用三维有限元分析软件DEFORM-3D对浮动凹模形式下,直齿轮冲挤—镦挤成形过程进行了数值模拟。通过分析金属材料内部的应力场、应变场的分布,挤压载荷和温度的变化,以及工艺参数对成形过程的影响,认为采用浮动凹模结构不仅有利于齿腔角部金属的充满,还可以极大地降低金属在成形终了阶段的变形力,从而为直齿轮精锻成形工艺的实用化提供了理论指导。 相似文献

研究了基于遗传算法的回弹优化模型的建立过程.以压边力和凸凹模间隙为优化变量,以板料变薄量为约束条件,以确定的回弹角度为目标函数,以DYNAFORM为目标函数求解器,建立了板料成形回弹控制的优化模型和优化系统.得到了满足工艺要求的压边力和凸凹模间隙,实现了板料成形过程的工艺参数优化,为板料成形工艺参数的优化提供了一个有效的途径. 相似文献

在铝土矿反浮选脱硅过程中,矿浆悬浮液的分散和凝聚状态对微细粒-水硬铝石的回收和精矿铝硅比有显著影响。要使各种硅酸盐矿物混合物达到有效的选择性分离,首先必需使矿浆悬浮液处于最佳分散状态,避免各种矿物细粒间的相互混杂和矿泥罩盖。针对高硅铝土矿反浮选脱硅过程,根据经典DLVO理论,从颗粒间的相互作用分析了微细粒-水硬铝石在各种含硅脉石矿物表面的粘附情况。结果表明:一水硬铝石与含硅脉石矿物颗粒间的范德化相互作用总是吸引;而它们间的静电相互作用在弱碱性条件下时为排斥,在弱酸性条件下时为吸引,一水硬铝石的夹带上浮较为严重,不利于铝土矿的反浮选。 相似文献

为了优化镁合金表面化学镀镍工艺,降低施镀过程中的污染,研究了AZ91镁合金表面直接化学镀镍工艺,并应用SEM对镀层表面形貌进行观察,通过EDS及XRD对镀层成分及物相进行了分析,采用划线划格法、静态浸泡法分别对镀层与镁合金基体的结合力、镀层的防腐蚀性能进行了分析.研究结果表明:AZ91镁合金表面可通过直接化学镀镍获得结合力良好、表面硬度较高的镍镀层.镀层的成分分析显示:由于NaH2PO2发生自身氧化还原反应,镀层中存在少量P.在3.5%NaCl溶液中的静态腐蚀试验结果表明:镀层的耐腐蚀性能良好,对合金基体可以起到较好的防护作用. 相似文献

Much attention has been paid to FSW as a useful joining process that provides superior characteristics compared with conventional fusion welding. However, the FSW equipment must have a high stiffness due to the applied load and the tool torque, which increases the size of the equipment. Therefore, it is difficult to use the FSW technique on-site for repairs and/or hand-operated welding. In this study, the relationship between the FSW parameters and the process loads was investigated for the FSW with a counterbalanced tool and preheating to evaluate the possible miniaturization of the equipment. The results revealed that the counterbalanced tool concept with preheating was effective for the miniaturization of the equipment because it reduces the applied l and the tool torque during the FSW. Welding direction force Fx and transverse direction force Fy can be reduced below 70 N and 50 N respectively. 相似文献

The chip segmentation process has a significant effect on the cutting force fluctuation during machining which could affect tool vibration and tool wear. This paper deals with a quantitative analysis of the chip segmentation phenomenon in metal machining. The notion of intensity of the phenomenon has been introduced. Various parameters have been proposed for this purpose. These parameters are based on dimensional characteristics of the segmented chip and the strain distribution within the chip. A Finite Element based modelling has been developed to simulate the chip formation process in the case of machining aeronautical aluminium alloy AA2024-T351 with WC-Co based cutting tools. From the simulated chip morphologies, introduced chip segmentation parameters are assessed. The impact of the cutting speed and tool geometry on the chip segmentation intensity is clearly highlighted. The relevance of each parameter is discussed. Cutting force and contact length fluctuations with respect to the cutting speed variation when segmentation occurs are discussed and deeply analysed. A correlation between average cutting force reduction and segmentation intensity when the cutting speed increases as well as between chip formation process and cutting force oscillation has been established thanks to the introduced parameters, showing thus their usefulness. 相似文献

应用三维有限元模型和PAM-STAMP软件对汽车地板纵梁的热冲压成形过程进行了数值模拟,通过模拟地板纵梁在不同压边力作用下的热成形过程,着重考察了压边力对工件成形质量的影响.研究发现:压边力增大到一定值后,继续增大压边力导致工件成形质量下降,其中压边力在200kN时,工件成形质量最好,为热冲压工艺的制定提供良好的理论依据. 相似文献
