In practice, in purchasing decision-making, many quantitative and qualitative factors, with vagueness and imprecision, have to be considered. This makes the decision process very complicated and unstructured. Besides the fuzzy sets theory, vague sets theory is one of the methods used to deal with uncertain information. Since vague sets can provide more information than fuzzy sets, it is considered superior in mathematical analysis of uncertain information. In this paper, a new approach based on vague sets group decision is proposed to deal with the supplier selection problem in supply chain systems. The work procedure is shown briefly, as follows: First, linguistic values are used to assess the ratings and weights for quantitative or qualitative factors. Second, degree of similarity and probability of vague sets are used to determine the ranking order of all alternatives. Finally, a numerical example of the selection problem of suppliers is shown, to highlight the procedure of the proposed approach, at the end of this paper. 相似文献

伙伴选择是虚拟企业建立过程中的核心问题,分析了虚拟企业的特点、虚拟企业环境下协商问题的特点,提出了一个适合于虚拟企业环境的多Agent协商模型。该模型支持多Agent多议题的多轮谈判,并将Agent类型引入到协商中来,作为指导协商Agent提议的一个重要因素。在不完全信息的条件下,应用贝叶斯学习的方法,更新既有信息,并通过分析对方Agent的历史提议序列,推测其类型,来指导自身的提议策略和战术,使自己的提议更具有针对性,避免了盲目性,从而节约协商时间,提高了协商的效率,使得盟主企业能在尽短的时间里寻找到理想的合作伙伴。 相似文献

伙伴选择是虚拟企业建立过程中的核心问题。在基于多agent的虚拟企业体系结构基础上,通过本体驱动的虚拟企业目标体系描述与分解,将虚拟企业伙伴选择问题表示为分布式约束满足和优化问题,并进一步以agent谈判的方式来求解该问题,最终得到优化的伙伴选择方案。本体驱动的虚拟企业目标描述与分解方法,为不同企业之间的谈判提供了通用词汇;用分布式约束满足和优化的方法对问题进行形式化描述,可以为企业之间的谈判提供论域和决策支持。分布式约束满足和优化方法的应用,为解决虚拟企业伙伴选择问题提供了一种新思路。 相似文献

It is believed that agile manufacturing is the twenty-first century manufacturing enterprise strategy and should be realized by agile virtual enterprise (AVE) which is dynamically configured for the manufacturing of one or more products. Agile manufacturing creates a significant challenge for the partner selection in configuring an AVE. This paper presents a brief introduction to the task decomposition for the manufacturing of a product in multisite environment. A bidding process should be carried out for each task so as to get the information necessary for the configuration of AVE. To minimize the manufacturing cost, an integer programming (IP) formulation is presented for the partner selection problem. The IP formulation is then transformed into a graph-theoretical formulation by taking the advantage of the precedence relationship between the tasks. The graph obtained turns out to be a directed multipartite graph. Based on the graph-theoretical formulation, an efficient solution algorithm is proposed for the problem. It is shown that the algorithm is polynomial bounded. Therefore, it is applicable to large practical problems. 相似文献

To deal with the nondeterministic information, uncertainty theory is proposed as a powerful tool. Within the framework of uncertainty theory, in this paper, a concept of tree index of uncertain graph is proposed. It also gives a method to calculate tree index of uncertain graphs. A virtual enterprise (VE) is an organization intended to cope with the rapidly changing manufacturing environment. Organization building is important in virtual domains because it has largely been affecting the success of VEs. However, the process of forming a VE is based on self-determination by the participants. This paper adopts a bargaining model under a scenario of incomplete information to formalize the formation process, considers the characteristics of the VE formation process, presents the pricing strategies for the corresponding bargaining, and verifies the correctness and validity of the pricing strategies using computer simulation. This paper breaks through the relative research that compares the formation process with partner selection from the core enterprise’s perspective and also provides the basis for the intelligent information platform of VE, whose key part is pricing software. 相似文献

To cope with the rapidly changing manufacturing environment, enterprise collaboration is getting increasingly more attention than ever before. The virtual enterprise (VE) is a concept that supports temporary alliances of manufacturing enterprises that have various collaboration models, such as extended enterprise, networked enterprise, concurrent enterprise, etc. Selection of trustworthy partners and trust building are important in virtual domains because they have largely been affecting the success of a VE. However, because of its complexity of trust, trust models in the literature are limited in their ability to cope with dynamic and virtual environment. In this paper, we propose a trust evaluation method of supporting enterprise collaboration and maximizing the satisfaction of cooperation. In this context, trust means the goal achievement probability. Trust value of an enterprise can be obtained by a fuzzy inference system whose rule-base is based on the top-level goal of a VE. According to the selector’s preference, various rules can be applied to trust evaluation. For further study, the planning and scheduling problems should be considered along with the trust-based partner selection for collaboration among manufacturing enterprises. 相似文献

Enterprises are now facing growing global competition and the continual success in the marketplace depends very much on how efficient and effective the companies are able to respond to customer demands. The Internet has provided a powerful tool to link up manufacturers, suppliers and consumers to facilitate the bi-directional interchange of useful information. The formation of virtual enterprise network is gathering momentum to meet this challenge. The idea of virtual enterprise network is meant to establish a dynamic organization by the synergetic combination of dissimilar companies with different core competencies, thereby forming a “best of everything” consortium to perform a given business project to achieve maximum degree of customer satisfaction. In this emerging business model of virtual enterprise network, the decision support functionality, which addresses the issues such as selection of business partners, coordination in the distribution of production processes and the prediction of production problems, is an important domain to be studied. This paper attempts to introduce a Neural On-Line Analytical Processing System (NOLAPS), which is able to contribute to the creation of decision support functionality in a virtual enterprise network. NOLAPS is equipped with two main technologies for achieving various objectives, including neural network for extrapolating probable outcomes based on available pattern of events and data mining for converting complex data into useful corporate information. The q‐rung orthopair fuzzy sets (q‐ROFs) are an important way to express uncertain information, and they are superior to the intuitionistic fuzzy sets and the Pythagorean fuzzy sets. Their eminent characteristic is that the sum of the qth power of the membership degree and the qth power of the degrees of non‐membership is equal to or less than 1, so the space of uncertain information they can describe is broader. Under these environments, we propose the q‐rung orthopair fuzzy weighted averaging operator and the q‐rung orthopair fuzzy weighted geometric operator to deal with the decision information, and their some properties are well proved. Further, based on these operators, we presented two new methods to deal with the multi‐attribute decision making problems under the fuzzy environment. Finally, we used some practical examples to illustrate the validity and superiority of the proposed method by comparing with other existing methods. 相似文献

为了实现虚拟企业群的协同生产调度, 提高企业群整体运作水平, 建立了基于多智能体的虚拟企业群制造企业生产调度模型, 分析了生产计划调度及信息交互作用。在企业协同层, 提出了基于多目标和价格协商的供应商选择过程, 确定了合作伙伴的初选过程方法, 企业层采用了基于EDD+SCR规则组合确定企业任务分配, 并为所有订单任务确定交货期, 各车间层则根据企业层的生产计划进行车间生产调度安排。最后, 运用Swarm仿真软件平台对案例进行仿真分析, 验证了提出的生产调度模式可以有效提高各企业的车间负载率, 并使车间负载率在短时间内达到稳定状态, 从而合理有效地利用企业资源。 相似文献
