通过对两种典型改性沥青(SBS和橡胶粉)聚酯胎防水卷材的自然曝晒老化性能、耐酸碱盐腐蚀性能、耐水性以及抗冻融性能的测试,分析了改性沥青防水卷材的耐久性。结果显示:SBS改性沥青聚酯胎防水卷材表现出优异的耐久性,相比之下橡胶粉改性沥青聚酯胎防水卷材的耐久性较差。  相似文献

Flat roofs in current buildings include a waterproofing system, often made of bituminous membranes with a self-protection constituted by mineral granules. These granules constitute the barrier against the fundamental environmental agent of degradation, the UV radiation. Therefore it is of paramount importance to understand the long-term performance of the self-protection layer, namely its adhesion to the coatings of bituminous membranes. This paper presents an experimental study on the behaviour of the self-protection granule of bituminous membranes when subjected to environmental agents of degradation. Different types of atactic polypropylene (APP) and styrene–butadiene–styrene (SBS) modified bituminous membranes, comprising different finishing systems, were exposed to the effects of elevated temperature and water for up to 24 weeks and 4 weeks, respectively. Following accelerated ageing, specimens of the different types of membranes were subjected to brushing tests, carried out according to EN 12039, in order to evaluate the adhesion of the self-protection granules. The results obtained in this study, which are compared with performance limits recommended by UEAtc directives, show that the higher loss of self-protection granule of bituminous membranes occurs in membranes modified by APP polymers. In addition, it was concluded that the effect of water is much more severe than that of elevated temperature.  相似文献

Pullout resistance is one of the most important factors governing seismic stability of reinforced soil walls. The previous studies on the seismic stability of reinforced soil walls have focused on the axial resistance of the reinforcement against the pullout. However, the kinematics of failure causes the reinforcement to be subjected to the oblique pullout force and bending deformation. Considering the kinematics of failure and bending deformation of the reinforcement, this paper presents a pseudo-static seismic analysis for evaluating the pullout resistance of reinforcements in soil wall subjected to oblique pullout forces. A modified horizontal slice method (HSM) and Pasternak model are used to calculate the required force to maintain the stability of the reinforced soil wall and shear resistance mobilized in the reinforcements, respectively. In addition, this paper studies the effect of various parameters on the pullout resistance of the reinforcements in soil wall subjected to seismic loads. Results of this study are compared with the published data and their differences are analyzed in detail.  相似文献

为了有效改善沥青路面防水抗裂层的路用性能,对0、3.5%、4.0%和4.5%等4种不同玄武岩纤维掺量下的沥青混合料进行了高温车辙、低温抗裂、水稳定性、渗水以及粘结强度试验。结果表明:沥青路面防水抗裂层各矿料的最佳级配比为(2.36~4.75)集料∶(0~2.36)集料∶矿粉=31.5∶67.5∶1.0;适量掺入玄武岩纤维能够有效改善防水抗裂层的高温稳定性和低温抗裂性,同时不影响其防渗和粘结性能;综合各项指标,认为沥青路面防水抗裂层的纤维掺量取值宜为3.5%~4.0%。  相似文献

根据试验数据,研究了FRP与混凝土粘结的非线性模型Ⅱ界面规律。所提出的界面规律基于差分方程,并考虑了高剪应力下粘性剂和混凝土保护层的非线性作用。模型中的参数均在拉—拉剥离试验下校准,同时采用了不同荷载水平、不同粘结长度、沿FRP板方向的最大传递荷载与应变。通过有限粘结长度决定的最大传递荷载的估计值来确定界面规律中的断裂能,同时根据应变确定剪切-滑移关系。并通过一系列文献的试验结果验证参数优化程序。在粘结-滑移模型中采用所提出的界面定律进行数值模拟计算,得出粘结区域中FRP的应变、剪应力和滑移与试验结果很吻合。  相似文献

对大麻纤维增强不饱和聚酯合成材料进行低速冲击响应试验,研究无编织大麻纤维增强材料冲击性能的效果。对纤维体积分数为0,0.06,0.10,0.15,0.21,0.26的大麻纤维增强不饱和聚酯合成材料试件的冲击响应与包含相同纤维体积分数被E—玻璃纤维缠绕的试件进行比较,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)评估冲击后的损坏程度。当大麻纤维作为加固材料时,承载力和冲击能量吸收显著提高。结果表明:纤维体积分数、复合层压板的刚度、冲击荷载和总吸收能之间存在明确的相关性。当出现低峰荷载、低冲击能以及破坏时间小于大麻纤维增强不饱和聚酯合成材料时,不饱和聚酯合成材料控制试件显示脆性破坏的性能。冲击试验结果显示:纤维体积率含量为0.21的大麻增强加固试件的冲击响应,与包含相同纤维体积分数被E—玻璃纤维缠绕的不饱和聚酯合成材料试件具有可比性。  相似文献

This paper deals with the viability of using starch (ST) and styrene–butadiene–styrene (SBS) as an additive in stone matrix asphalt (SMA) mixtures. A 5% of ST and SBS by weight of bitumen were blended with (70/100)-paving grade asphalt. Unmodified and modified bitumen were subjected to physiochemical tests. The performance tests including, Marshall stability, tensile strength, tensile strength ratio and resilient modulus were carried out on unmodified and modified SMA mixtures. A mechanistic-empirical design approach was used for estimating the improvement in service life of the pavement or reduction in thickness of SMA and base layer for the same service life due to modification the SMA mixtures. The analyses of test results show that the moisture damage and temperature susceptibility can be reduced by the inclusion of ST and SBS in the asphalt mixture. The results also revealed that ST-modifier can be used as anti-stripping agent, and reduced plant emissions and energy consumption by 30%, as well as it shows resistant to fuels, most common chemicals and solvents. The results of multi-layer elastic analysis presented herein indicate that the pavement consisting of ST and SBS-modified SMA as a surface layer is beneficial in reducing the construction materials. In addition, the safe pavement design criteria of unmodified and modified SMA mixtures based on the anisotropic elasticity analysis through finite-element simulation were obtained and reported herein.  相似文献

设计了模拟再生剂在老化沥青中扩散过程的试验方案,并基于软化点试验结果进行回归分析,得到了反映再生剂在老化沥青中扩散程度的相对指标——扩散系数p;分析了再生剂品种、沥青老化程度和环境温度对扩散系数p的影响;基于劈裂强度试验,分析了再生剂扩散程度对再生沥青混合料性能的影响.结果表明:再生剂黏度越大或沥青老化程度越深,再生剂在老化沥青中的扩散程度越低;环境温度和扩散时间的增加能显著提高再生剂的扩散程度;再生剂在老化沥青中的充分扩散有利于再生沥青混合料强度的提高.  相似文献

An overview of building materials from local resources is briefly presented with a particular attention on natural fibres based composites. Natural fibres are low-cost, locally available in abundance and obtained from renewable resources. At the Central Building Research Institute, Roorkee, the potential of sisal and jute fibres as reinforcements have been systematically investigated to overcome their well-defined problems of moisture absorption. The performance of polymer composites made from these natural fibres and unsaturated polyester/epoxy resin was evaluated under various humidity, hygrothermal and weathering conditions. Consequent to this, various composite products such as laminates/panels, doors, roofing sheets, shuttering and dough moulding compound have been prepared. The suitability to these products is assessed as an alternate material according to the existing Indian standard specifications. The process know-how for the manufacturing of natural fibre composite panels/door shutters has also been commercialized.  相似文献
