The objective of this study is to investigate the use of recycled brick powder as replacement of mineral filler in asphalt mixture. A comparative study was carried out on the performance of two mixtures using recycled brick powder and limestone filler. The experimental performed were indirect tensile tests, static and dynamic creep tests, water sensitivity tests and fatigue tests. The results show that the mixtures prepared with recycled brick powder have better mechanical properties than the mixtures with limestone filler. Thus, it is promising to use recycled brick powder as mineral filler in asphalt mixture. 相似文献

The nonlinear visco-elastoplastic behavior of asphalt mastic is studied. A series of uniaxial compression creep tests are conducted under different temperatures of 20, 40, 45, 50 and 60 °C and stress levels of 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25 and 0.3 MPa. A visco-elastoplastic model that can completely characterize three-stage creep deformation behavior of asphalt mastic is proposed by adding an additional viscoplastic string to the Burgers model. The creep constitutive equation of the model is established for uniaxial loading conditions. The effects of loading stress and temperature on the creep behavior are investigated, and the model parameters in the creep constitutive equation are expressed as functions of stress and temperature. The predictions from the proposed model and the power model are compared with the experimental results. It is shown that the presented model has better agreement with the experiments. 相似文献

以某10年龄期的既有建筑物废弃混凝土作为再生粗骨料原料,配制了坍落度达140 mm的C40泵送混凝土。以再生粗骨料取代率、粉煤灰取代率为主要研究参量,对配制的混凝土试块的立方体抗压、棱柱体抗压、劈裂抗拉和弹性模量等力学性能指标进行了系统的试验研究。结果表明,再生混凝土的抗压、劈裂抗拉破坏形态与普通混凝土基本一致。在满足坍落度一定的前提下,立方体抗压强度、棱柱体抗压强度和弹性模量随着再生骨料取代率的增加而降低,而随着粉煤灰取代率的增加而有所提升;劈裂抗拉强度离散性较大,无明显规律;各力学指标间关系受再生粗骨料和粉煤灰取代率的影响也不明显。研究结果可为再生粗骨料的应用提供参考。 相似文献

为了实现建筑固废的资源化利用,以再生微粉为研究对象,探究了PVA纤维掺量、水胶比、砂胶比、再生微粉替代率、减水剂掺量对再生微粉混凝土抗拉性能的影响规律。试验研究表明,水胶比是影响高延性再生微粉混凝土抗拉强度的最主要因素,随着水胶比的增大,抗拉强度逐渐降低;PVA纤维掺量是影响抗拉强度的次要因素,当PVA纤维掺量为1.5%时,抗拉强度达到最大,随后随PVA纤维掺量而降低;再生微粉掺量在25%时抗拉强度达到峰值,如果掺量继续增加,抗拉强度将下降。适量的再生微粉可以改善高延性再生微粉混凝土的应变硬化性能,因此具有较好的推广应用前景。 相似文献

再生混凝土多孔砖与再生混凝土相比有混凝土强度要求低、再生骨料利用率高、生产成本低等优点,非常适合再生混凝土技术的推广应用.粒径0-10mm再生骨料基本性能的试验研究是再生混凝土多孔砖性能研究的基础和关键.再生骨料中细骨料比例取85%,90%.95%3个水平,再生骨料中碎砖含量取0.25%.50%,75%,100% 5个水平,用全组合的方式在试验室中配制出3个系列共15种再生骨料.按照GB/T 14684-2001及GB/T 14685-2001对这15种再生骨料的级配、表观密度、吸水率、压碎指标进行实验.试验结果表明,粒径0-10 mm再生骨料随着骨料中碎砖含量的增多,再生骨料的表观密度、吸水率、压碎指标增大;压碎指标与吸水率、压碎指标与表观密度呈正比.这个性质与目前再生粗骨料的规律不同,说明混凝土砖用0-10 mm再生骨料的性质不同于再生粗骨料. 相似文献

以再生微粉混凝土为研究对象,探究了PVA纤维掺量、水胶比、砂胶比、再生微粉替代率、减水剂掺量等因素对再生微粉混凝土工作性及抗压性能的影响规律。研究表明,随PVA掺量、再生微粉掺量增加,拌合物流动度降低;当水胶比为0.24和0.28时拌合物保水性较好;再生微粉吸水率较高,使得流动性降低,即使添加过量减水剂也会出现泌水现象;各因素对再生微粉混凝土28 d抗压强度影响的主次顺序是水胶比>减水剂>再生微粉掺量>砂胶比>PVA纤维掺量;再生微粉掺量在25%时试件抗压强度最高。 相似文献

试验研究了一种再生混凝土路面砖的制备方法。首先通过正交试验进行再生混凝土路面砖配合比设计,以抗压与抗折强度作为主要性能指标,分析水泥用量、水胶比、再生粗骨料取代率等因素对再生混凝土路面砖性能的影响,运用极差分析法进行敏感性分析,再经补充试验确定再生混凝土路面砖的最优配合比。然后研究了再生混凝土路面砖的成型方法,提出了振动成型的工艺流程图,并按该工艺流程制备出两种规格的路面砖。最后依据JC/T 446—2000《混凝土路面砖》对生产出的路面砖进行了外观质量、尺寸偏差、物理力学性能检测,结果表明:按振动成型工艺生产的再生混凝土路面砖可达到标准对合格品的质量要求。 相似文献

The objective of this paper is to detect the healing effect of asphalt mastic and porous asphalt concrete caused by induction heating. It was found that the broken mastic beams could be healed many times by induction heating. Moreover, the stiffness of porous asphalt concrete recovered more and faster when induction heating was applied to the samples. It was also found that fatigue life of porous asphalt concrete was significantly extended by induction heating. Based on these findings, it was concluded that the self healing rate of asphalt mastic and porous asphalt concrete can be increased by induction heating. 相似文献

The main objective of this study is to investigate the potential of using recycled fine aggregates powder (RFAP) as filler in asphalt mixtures. RFAP is a by-product of the production of Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA). The disposal of RFAP may cause many serious environmental problems. It is necessary to find potential usage to avoid these problems.In this study, RFAP is used as filler in asphalt mixture by totally replacing conventional limestone powder (LP). Firstly, the properties of RFAP is studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF). Then the indirect tensile strength and modulus tests, three-point bending tests, dynamic creep tests and fatigue tests are conducted to compare the properties between asphalt mixtures with RFAP and traditional asphalt mixture with LP. Results indicate that RFAP can improve the properties of asphalt mixture, such as including water sensitivity and fatigue resistance. However, it may cause a little decrease of the low-temperature performance. All the results indicate that the RFAP can be used in asphalt pavement, especially in hot regions. 相似文献

配制了4组不同水泥用量的黏土砖再生骨料混凝土,通过试验测试和分析了4组混凝土物理、力学和变形方面基本性能的变化规律.试验结果表明.在骨料用量和水灰比不变的情况下,水泥用量的增加,可以在一定程度上提高黏土砖再生骨料混凝土强度、弹性模量和导热系数,降低其干表观密度、吸水率、干燥收缩率和泊松比.适当选择骨料和设计配合比,黏土砖再生骨料混凝土可以用于保温轻骨料混凝土和结构保温轻骨料混凝土制品. 相似文献

通过试验研究了再生混凝土多孔砖砌体的抗剪强度。试验结果表明:再生混凝土多孔砖采用半盲孔设计,提高了砖和砂浆的粘结性,大大增加了剪切面积;砂浆的销键作用能有效提高砌体的抗剪强度;再生混凝土多孔砖砌体的抗剪强度高于烧结普通砖、烧结多孔砖砌体、混凝土空心砌块砌体的抗剪强度。提出了再生混凝土多孔砖砌体的抗剪强度计算公式和设计值的建议取值:再生混凝土多孔砖砌体的抗剪强度平均值计算公式为:fV,m=0.142!f2,砌体的抗压强度设计值f为:f=0.35fV,m。 相似文献
