不同絮凝剂在亚熔盐体系中的沉降性能研究

以亚熔盐法处理拜耳赤泥所得料浆为研究对象,以沉降速度、澄清度、分层效果为评价指标,采用量筒试验法考察了Nalco-9779、BASF-HP20、Lcb8、L1bb和90HS等有机高分子絮凝剂的絮凝性能,最终筛选出最佳絮凝剂为Nalco-9779。重点考察了时间、温度、添加量和碱浓度等因素对Nalco-9779絮凝性能的影响,结果表明,Nalco-9779絮凝沉降的最佳工艺条件为:沉降时间10min、温度100℃、Na2O浓度小于540g/L、添加量每吨赤泥160g。     

拜耳法赤泥沉降分离因素的探讨

通过正交试验重点探讨了在添加絮凝剂的情况下,固含、沉降温度、絮凝剂添加量对赤泥沉降分离过程的影响。稀释矿浆温度越高、稀释矿浆固含越低,赤泥沉降速度越快;而赤泥沉降速度先随絮凝剂浓度增加而增加,达到一定浓度后沉降速度又会降低。     

浅析絮凝剂在氧化铝生产中的应用

通过对絮凝剂添加量和添加方式的改变，对絮凝剂对拜耳法生产氧化铝中赤泥沉降分离的效果进行了分析试验。结果表明：絮凝剂的添加量对赤泥沉降分离效果有着重要影响。合适的絮凝剂添加量在0．02％～0．04％之间，二次添加比一次添加的效果要好，絮凝剂的添加还能有效的降低赤泥的压缩液固比。     

超细粒级锰矿浸出矿浆絮凝沉降试验

采用不同絮凝剂对电解锰锰矿浸出矿浆进行絮凝沉降试验,考察了絮凝剂电性、离子度、分子量以及添加量对矿浆絮凝沉降效果的影响。结果表明,矿浆含固率为6%时,添加60g/t分子量1 400万~1 700万、离子度30%的阳离子絮凝剂,矿浆沉降速度由自然沉降时的0.04m/h提高到0.69m/h,能够满足电解锰行业制液工序生产要求。     

用壳聚糖絮凝剂分离赤泥的比较研究

以虾蟹壳废料为原料制得的天然高分子絮凝剂壳聚糖 ,资源丰富 ,价格低廉。本文研究了壳聚糖对氧化铝烧结法赤泥的絮凝分离 ,比较研究了合成絮凝剂A -2 0 0 0和PAS-1与壳聚糖絮凝剂的絮凝能力 .实验结果表明 :壳聚糖对烧结法赤泥有一定的絮凝能力 ,在实验范围内壳聚糖的最佳添加量为 2 5× 1 0 - 4g (壳聚糖 ) g(干赤泥 ) ,前两分钟内的平均絮凝沉降速度达到 6 85cm·min- 1 .壳聚糖溶液放置 3 0h对絮凝影响不大     

絮凝剂沉降技术在卧式砂仓的应用研究

为了调整卧式沙仓溢流浓度、提高尾砂利用率,进行了尾砂添加絮凝剂的相关实验研究。尾砂沉降效果具体体现为沉降速度的大小,本实验通过观察澄清层高度随时间变化来计算得到尾砂沉降速度,进而对比各型号及不同浓度及絮凝剂配比尾砂浆沉降效果,选出最适合尾砂的絮凝剂型号、最佳沉降浓度及对应的絮凝剂添加量。

本文着重研究了PAS－1絮凝剂在拜尔法赤泥分离洗涤系统应用的工业试验情况,工业试验累计运行10天,结果表明,PAS－1絮凝剂配成0．3－0．32kg/m^3溶液,完全可以保证我厂高压溶出液以830m^3/h的流量顺利通过赤泥分离与洗涤沉降槽,添加量每吨干赤泥宜采用万分之一点四,其中分离系统为0．06－0．07kg/t－干赤,一洗为0．03－0．04kg/t－干赤,其代替Arclar-600或A－1000絮凝剂都有显著的经济效益。     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
