布尔控制网络的能控性与能观性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用矩阵的半张量积,布尔控制网络被转化为离散时间系统.本文从离散时间系统的结构矩阵出发,讨论了逻辑控制系统的能控能观性条件,得到了一个新的能控性条件.新的条件简化了原有能控性矩阵的计算复杂性,矩阵的最高阶数由原来的2m+n降到了2n.另外,还得到了检验布尔控制网络能观性的条件.与原有条件相比,新的条件更容易计算检验.最后,给出一个实例,检验给出的能控能观性判断条件的正确性.  相似文献

Based on the linear expression of the dynamics of Boolean networks, the coordinate transformation of Boolean variables is defined. It follows that the state space coordinate transformation for the dynamics of Boolean networks is revealed. Using it, the invariant subspace for a Boolean control network is defined. Then the structure of a Boolean control network is analyzed, and the controllable and observable normal forms and the Kalman decomposition form are presented. Finally the realization problem, including minimum realization, of Boolean control networks is investigated.  相似文献

In this paper the identification of Boolean control networks is addressed. First, necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained for the identification of state equation from input-state data. Then a necessary and sufficient condition for a controllable Boolean network to be observable is presented. Based on these two results, a necessary and sufficient condition for the identification from input–output data is achieved. To practically identify the model, a numerical algorithm is proposed. Two particular cases: (i) identification of systems with a known network graph; (ii) identification of a higher order Boolean network, are also investigated. Finally, the approximate identification for large size networks is explored.  相似文献

矩阵的半张量积是将逻辑变量转化为向量研究的主要工具.本文利用半张量积把逻辑控制系统表示为离散时间仿射线性系统,在逻辑系统的状态空间框架下研究了以布尔控制网络为代表的逻辑动态系统的输出稳定与镇定.首先给出布尔网络输出稳定的定义,研究了布尔网络输出稳定的充要条件;其次讨论了布尔控制网络的输出镇定,分别得到了布尔控制网络由常值输入变量、自由控制序列、状态反馈控制序列输出镇定的条件.本文讨论的系统输出稳定与镇定是(部分)变量稳定与镇定的推广.  相似文献

In this paper, using semi-tensor product and the vector form of Boolean logical variables, the Boolean control network (BCN) is expressed as a bilinear discrete time system about state and control variables. Based on the algebraic form, the reachability and controllability avoiding undesirable states set are discussed. The reachability and controllability discussed here are under certain constraint and tile definitions of reachability and controllability avoiding undesirable states set have practical meaning. Also, the necessary and sufficient conditions for reachability and controllability are given. At last, the control sequence that steers one state to another is constructed.  相似文献

The controllability and observability of Boolean control networks are investigated. After a brief review on converting a logic dynamics to a discrete-time linear dynamics with a transition matrix, some formulas are obtained for retrieving network and its logical dynamic equations from this network transition matrix. Based on the discrete-time dynamics, the controllability via two kinds of inputs is revealed by providing the corresponding reachable sets precisely. Then the problem of observability is also solved by giving necessary and sufficient conditions.  相似文献

In the literatures, to design state feedback controllers to make the response Boolean network synchronise with the drive Boolean network is rarely considered. Motivated by this, feedback control design for the complete synchronisation of two coupled Boolean networks is investigated in this paper. A necessary condition for the existence of a state feedback controller achieving the complete synchronisation is established first. Then, based on the necessary condition, the feedback control law is proposed. Finally, an example is worked out to illustrate the proposed design procedure.  相似文献

This paper presents the feedback control and output feedback control for the stabilisation of switched Boolean network. A necessary condition for the existence of a state feedback controller for the stabilisation of switched Boolean networks under arbitrary switching signal is derived first, and constructive procedures for feedback control and output feedback control design are provided. 切换布尔网络是一种典型的网络化控制系统, 在基因调控、信息安全、人工智能、电路设计等领域具有重 要应用. 本文基于牵制控制方法, 研究切换布尔网络在任意切换下的分布式集合镇定问题. 首先, 利用矩阵半张量积 方法,得到切换布尔网络的代数形式. 其次, 基于代数形式, 提出构造性的算法来实现切换布尔网络在牵制控制的 作用下任意切换集合镇定, 并设计出状态反馈牵制控制器. 再次, 利用逻辑矩阵分解技术和分布式控制方法, 设计任 意切换下切换布尔网络的分布式集合镇定控制器, 并提出分布式控制器存在的充分条件. 文中给出3个例子来说明 所获得结果的有效性.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the stability of Boolean networks and the stabilisation of Boolean control networks with respect to part of the system's states. First, an algebraic expression of the Boolean (control) network is derived by the semi-tensor product of matrices. Then, some necessary and sufficient conditions for partial stability of Boolean networks are given. Finally, the stabilisation of Boolean control networks by a free control sequence and a state-feedback control is investigated and the respective necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained. 在给定一个子集的条件下, 本文研究了在状态翻转控制下布尔控制网络的全局镇定问题. 对于节点集的给定子 集, 状态翻转控制可以将某些节点的值从1 (或0)变成0 (或1). 将翻转控制作为控制之一, 本文研究了状态翻转控制下的 布尔控制网络. 将控制输入和状态翻转控制结合, 提出了联合控制对和状态翻转转移矩阵的概念. 接着给出了状态翻转 控制下布尔控制网络全局稳定的充要条件. 镇定核是最小基数的翻转集合, 本文提出了一种寻找镇定核的算法. 利用可 达集的概念, 给出了一种判断全局镇定和寻找联合控制对序列的方法. 此外, 如果系统是一个大型网络, 则可以利用一 种名为Q学习算法的无模型强化学习方法寻找联合控制对序列. 最后给出了一个数值例子来说明本文的理论结果.  相似文献

This paper investigates the Morgan''s problem of Boolean control networks. Based on the matrix expression of logical functions, two key steps are proposed to solve the problem. First, the Boolean control network is converted into an output-decomposed form by constructing a set of consistent output-friendly subspaces, and a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of the consistent output-friendly subspaces is obtained. Secondly, a type of state feedback controllers are designed to solve the Morgan''s problem if it is solvable. By solving a set of matrix equations, a necessary and sufficient condition for converting an output-decomposed form to an input-output decomposed form is given, and by verifying the output controllability matrix, the solvability of Morgan''s problem is obtained.  相似文献

The controllability of probabilistic Boolean control networks(PBCNs)is first considered.Using the input-state incidence matrices of all models,we propose a reachability matrix to characterize the joint reachability.Then we prove that the joint reachability and the controllability of PBCNs are equivalent,which leads to a necessary and sufcient condition of the controllability.Then,the result of controllability is used to investigate the stability of probabilistic Boolean networks(PBNs)and the stabilization of PBCNs.A necessary and sufcient condition for the stability of PBNs is obtained first.By introducing the control-fixed point of Boolean control networks(BCNs),the stability condition has finally been developed into a necessary and sufcient condition of the stabilization of PBCNs.Both necessary and sufcient conditions for controllability and stabilizability are based on reachability matrix,which are easily computable.Hence the two necessary and sufcient conditions are straightforward verifiable.Numerical examples are provided from case to case to demonstrate the corresponding theoretical results.  相似文献

A Boolean network is one of the models of biological networks such as gene regulatory networks, and has been extensively studied. In particular, a probabilistic Boolean network (PBN) is well known as an extension of Boolean networks, but in the existing methods to solve the optimal control problem of PBNs, it is necessary to compute the state transition diagram with 2n nodes for a given PBN with n states. To avoid this computation, an integer programming-based approach is proposed for a context-sensitive PBN (CS-PBN), which is a general form of PBNs. In the proposed method, a CS-PBN is transformed into a linear system with binary variables, and the optimal control problem is reduced to an integer linear programming problem. By a numerical example, the effectiveness of the proposed method is shown.  相似文献

This paper investigates the output feedback stabilization of Boolean control networks (BCNs) by using the semi-tensor product method and presents a number of new results. First, based on the algebraic expression of BCNs, a necessary and sufficient condition is presented for the existence of output feedback stabilizers. Second, a constructive procedure is proposed to design output feedback stabilization controllers for BCNs. The study of an illustrative example shows that the new results obtained in this paper are very effective in designing output feedback stabilizers for BCNs.  相似文献

This paper investigates the controllability of Boolean networks with time-invariant delays in states. After a brief introduction on converting the logic dynamics to discrete time delay systems, the controllability via two kinds of controls is studied. One kind of control is generated by Boolean control networks, another kind of control is free Boolean sequences. In both cases, necessary and sufficient conditions of the controllability of Boolean control networks are proved. The stability of Boolean networks and the stabilization of Boolean control networks are investigated. Using semi‐tensor product of matrices and the matrix expression of logic, the dynamics of a Boolean (control) network can be converted to a discrete time linear (bilinear) dynamics, called the algebraic form of the Boolean (control) network. Then the stability can be revealed by analyzing the transition matrix of the corresponding discrete time system. Main results consist of two parts: (i) Using logic coordinate transformation, the known sufficient condition based on incidence matrix has been improved. It can also be used in stabilizer design.
