After final annealing, the cube + Goss texture is stronger at the higher final thickness reduction. The annealing texture becomes stronger with the decreasing bulk sulfur content. At a fixed bulk sulfur content, the cube + Goss texture is well developed under a pure hydrogen atmosphere compared with a mixed-gas atmosphere. The excellent magnetic properties are obtained from the strip containing the bulk sulfur content of 6 ppm. 相似文献

The influence of hot rolling conditions such as reduction rate, rolling temperature, rolling speed, lubrication, and initial
orientation on the formation of the Goss orientation near the surface of hot rolled 3 Pct silicon steel was studied. A (110)
[001] orientation was stably formed at the reduction rate of over 85 Pct in any initial orientation used, even from (100)
[001] and (100) [011] single crystals. A strong (110) [001] orientation was obtained in the specimen hot rolled by multi-pass
rolling (low reduction rate per pass) and by slower speed rolling in the range of 6 to 50 m/min. It was found that the Goss
orientation was formed not by recrystallization during and after hot rolling but by slip rotation near the surface due to
constrained deformation. The high friction between the roll and sheet characteristic to hot rolling was important for this
texture formation.

Recrystallization texture evolution in 2.1 pct Si electrical steel sheets was investigated with X-ray diffraction and electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD) analysis. The beneficial Cube ({100} 〈001〉 ) and Goss ({110} 〈001〉 ) components dominate primary recrystallization texture after final annealing at 1123 K (850 °C). It is found that Cube grains nucleate within {114} 〈481〉 deformed grains, and the nucleation of Cube grains is later than that of Goss grains during recrystallization. The formation of strong Cube and Goss texture is explained in terms of both the oriented nucleation and selective growth mechanisms. 相似文献

Growth Process of Goss Grains during Secondary Recrystallization of Grain‐oriented Electrical Steels
The coarsening behaviour of Goss grains in grain oriented electrical steel during annealing after cold rolling was investigated. The results show that the coarsening resistance of fine second phase particles was reduced inside the surface grains. This induced particle coarsening and the reduction of particle density. The reduction of particle density was grain orientation dependent because of the elastic anisotropy of ferrite. Experimental results also revealed that some small surface Goss grains exhibited higher particle density than their neighbouring grains. This may account for the higher coarsening resistance of fine particles and be responsible for the stronger pinning effect on the migration of grain boundaries. Therefore, these Goss grains may have grown at the expense of smaller neighbouring grains and most were very unlikely to be consumed by large neighbouring grains during secondary recrystallization annealing. When their sizes became even larger, they consumed the large grains in turn and consequently formed a strong Goss texture. 相似文献

研究了双辊薄带连铸Fe- 3%Si取向硅钢薄带在冷轧后二次再结晶过程中Goss晶粒的演化过程。结果表明:薄带连铸流程可以固溶较多的抑制剂元素,并且无需通过“γ→α”相变控制AlN的析出。铸带经过两阶段冷轧变形和高温退火后,可以获得完善且位向准确的Goss晶粒,B8值达到1. 92T以上。高温退火升温过程中,在抑制剂的作用下基体晶粒尺寸基本稳定,Goss晶粒在1035~1060℃范围内发生异常长大。长大方式为位向准确的Goss二次晶粒快速发生异常长大,吞并基体中稳定的初次晶粒,而后快速发生异常长大的二次晶粒继续吞并发展缓慢的Goss二次晶粒和一些尺寸较大的初次晶粒,最终完成全部二次再结晶过程。 相似文献

The data are presented on changes in the rat arcuate nuclear neuron ultrastructure after using cyproheptadine (peritol, Egyt Pharmaceutical Works, Hungary) in a water suspension at a dose of 20 mg/kg once daily during 7 successive days and twice a day within 10 days. It was shown that cyproheptadine decreases the functional activity of the arcuate nuclear neurons, depending on the total amount of the drug used. Cyproheptadine-induced inhibition of the forming neurohormone release from neurons is likely to be one of the mechanisms of its therapeutic effect in Itsenko-Cushing's disease. 相似文献

Vasomotor responses from the nasal mucosa and tongue, and contractions of the nictitating membrane, were recorded on stimulation of the cervical sympathetic or internal carotid nerves. Preganglionic sympathetic nerve fibres which elicited a membrane response possessed a lower threshold than those which evoked nasal vasoconstriction, while the latter displayed a lower threshold than fibres which evoked tongue vasoconstriction. The sympathetic vasodilator fibres to the tongue whose activity was revealed after alpha-receptor blockade, had a similar threshold to the vasoconstrictor fibres. Membrane contraction, nasal vasoconstriction and occasionally tongue vasoconstriction could be evoked by stimulating the internal carotid nerve. The postganglionic fibres innervating the nasal mucosa had a similar threshold to those of the nictitating membrane, which may indicate that there are small myelinated fibres innervating the mucosa. The preganglionic compound nerve action potential had four major components, S1-S4. S1, S2 and usually S3 fibres were associated with membrane contraction; S2, S3 and sometimes S1 fibres were associated with nasal vasoconstriction; and S3, usually S2 and occasionally S1 fibres were associated with vasoconstriction in the tongue. It is concluded that each of these three groups of nerve fibres, but not S4 fibres, may include fibres associated functionally with the three effectors. There was a considerable difference between the relative amplitude of the responses of the three effectors elicited by stimulation of the cervical sympathetic nerve at frequencies between 0.2 and 2 Hz. Vasoconstrictor responses were relatively larger than membrane contractions suggesting differences in the mechanisms of neurotransmission at the neuroeffector junctions. 相似文献
