对干法熄焦和稳定熄焦的技术特点和优势进行了分析比较。指出:干法熄焦回收占焦炉能耗的35%~40%的红焦显热是稳定熄焦所不具备的优势;干法熄焦改善焦炭质量是稳定熄焦所无法比拟的;干法熄焦在减少对环境污染方面显著优于稳定熄焦;各国能源情况和能源价格的差异决定了这些国家选择哪一种熄焦方式。  相似文献

For plate quenching on a roller quenching machine, heat transfer process is investigated. According to the practical online experiment of plate center temperature, average heat transfer coefficient under different conditions and temperature fields are analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that, at the water temperature of 15 ℃, the instantaneous maximum quenching cooling rate is 17.6 ℃/s for the plate of 50 mm in thickness in roller quenching process. In the temperature range of 400-850 ℃, the maximum is 12.1 ℃/s. With the plate surface temperature decreasing, surface heat transfer coefficient increases at first, and reaches the maximum value of about 15 000 W/(m~2·K), and then decreases. The calculated heat transfer coefficients are applied to analyze plate temperature field of different thicknesses, and the difference between the calculated and measured temperature is less than 5%.  相似文献

为满足中厚板热处理线高强度板材产品的淬火工艺开发需要,通过构建基础自动化和过程自动化两级控制系统,自主开发出中厚板辊式淬火机淬火工艺控制系统。基础自动化用于满足淬火机的顺序控制、逻辑控制及设备控制功能,工艺过程控制用于实现淬火工艺参数的模型计算及设定,实现了中厚板辊式淬火机淬火过程的自动控制。将该工艺系统用于中厚板淬火工艺开发及生产,淬火后板材平直度及性能指标达到或优于国外同类进口先进设备的工艺技术水平。  相似文献

In Atomized Spray Quenching, water is atomized to a fine spray by compressed air and sprayed onto the hot metallic surface. On the surface, the single drops partially evaporate. Afterwards they are taken away by the superposed airflow. Thus a water film cannot form. By quenching one edge, it is shown that an undefined water film collapses at the edges and corners; roughness, as known from Water Spray Quenching, does not occur. In this way a defined adjustment of heat transfer including quality improvement is possible. The influence of impingement density, spray characteristics, drop velocity, drop diameter and surface temperature on heat transfer was investigated. The heat transfer was measured with infrared thermography. The spray characteristics were measured with a combination of 2D‐Phase‐Doppler‐Anemometer and Patternator. Heat transfer coefficients up to 3000 W/(m2 K) were measured.  相似文献

利用有限元法研究了重轨轨头在淬火过程中的应力场分布。模拟计算的过程中利用等效热容法处理相变潜热对温度场的影响,用等效线膨胀系数法处理相变引起的组织应力,同时考虑了材料的非线性参数对温度场的影响。研究结果表明温度的模拟结果与实测结果吻合较好,喷风淬火可以产生较小的残余热应力,避免了钢轨的变形和开裂。  相似文献

通过测定焦炭强度和水分 ,对干法熄焦和湿法熄焦对焦炭质量的影响进行了对比分析。结果表明 :干熄焦炭提高了成熟度 ,减少了微裂纹的产生 ,改善了内部结构 ,其抗碎强度 M40比湿熄焦炭提高了 6% ,焦炭水分降低 5 %。  相似文献

 Abstract: Three dimensional finite element flow field model of spraying pipe of roller-type quenching machine is built. The flow field under different structural parameters is computed. After grouping the nozzles, the spraying uniformity is analyzed under different water inlet pipe diameter, different water inlet pipe distance, nozzle diameter, nozzle distance. And the spraying intensity absolute deviation and relative deviation are computed under different conditions. The effect rule of different structural parameters to cooling uniformity is obtained. The results provide theoretical support for improving production quality and optimizing cooling device design.  相似文献

Obese (Lepr(fa)/Lepr(fa)) Zucker rats have a missense mutation in the leptin receptor gene. One amino acid substitution in the extracellular domain common to all known leptin receptor proteins results from this mutation. Obese Zucker rats are unable to respond behaviorally to leptin which is peripherally administered. However, conflicting reports exist on whether obese Zucker rats can respond to centrally administered leptin. The purpose of this study was to determine whether obese Zucker rats responded behaviorally and metabolically to intracerebroventricularly (i.c.v.) administered leptin and to compare the responses of lean and obese Zucker rats. We found that both lean and obese Zucker rats had similar body weight and food intake responses when administered a single i.c.v. leptin injection in a range of doses (1.25, 2.5, 5, and 10 microg), as well as daily i.c.v. administered leptin for five consecutive days. Both single and daily leptin administration also decreased respiratory quotient (RQ) similarly in lean and obese Zucker rats, indicating mobilization of fat as an energy source for leptin-treated rats. After withdrawal of daily leptin treatment, lean and obese Zucker rats exhibited different recovery responses. It is concluded that obese Zucker rats can respond to exogenous leptin when leptin is delivered into the brain ventricles.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To review the results of the operative treatment of posterior urethral injuries in children. PATIENTS AND METHODS: A total of 29 children (25 boys and two girls, age range 3-14 years) with injuries to the posterior urethra were admitted to this department over 14 years. Twenty-three patients presented immediately after trauma and six were referred after unsuccessful attempt(s) at surgical repair. RESULTS: Fourteen patients underwent suprapubic diversion and primary realignment over a catheter. Urethral continuity with normal urinary continence was achieved in seven of these patients. Four patients underwent a re-operation; urethral reconstruction was successful in these patients, but one patient remained incontinent. Primary realignment with anastomosis was performed in nine patients; the results were satisfactory in six. Urethral stricture developed in all of four patients who were managed with a suprapubic cystostomy alone; a staged repair using the transpubic approach was carried out in two of them and one improved. Partial urethral tears in two patients healed with urethral catheterization alone. CONCLUSION: Primary realignment of the urethra with anastomosis and suprapubic diversion resulted in the highest rate of success for normal urethral continuity. Urethral strictures or urinary incontinence were not major problems in this group. Therefore, we recommend this approach for the initial management of urethral injuries in childhood. Transpubic urethroplasties may be reserved for secondary repair.  相似文献
