研究新型抗硫化返原剂Z500对NR胶料的硫化特性、硫化胶的物理性能和压缩疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,加入抗硫化返原剂Z500,可以增大胶料的MH,降低胶料生热,改善胶料的抗硫化返原性能,提高硫化胶的主要物理性能、过硫化胶的耐热老化性能及压缩疲劳性能。 相似文献

天然橡胶的有机促进剂-硫黄硫化是一个复杂过程,其硫化及促进机理取决于橡胶的结构、促进剂与活性剂(氧化锌及脂肪酸)的类型和用量及每个反应的反应热力学。硫化机理很复杂,所形成的交联键可能是单、双、三或多硫键,其各自数量比例主要取决于硫化体系、硫化时间和硫化温度。如文献所述,当硫黄用量不变时,硫化时间和交联密度随次磺酰胺类促进剂量的增加而增加。促进剂可以提高硫黄交联的硫化速率与效率,此时硫黄主要用于交联而非副反应。 相似文献

A novel nylon‐6/clay/acrylate rubber ternary nanocomposite has been prepared using a process developed by the authors. The process consists of two steps: firstly, an acrylate rubber/clay composite (ARCC) was manufactured by spray‐drying a mixture of clay slurry and irradiated acrylate rubber latex; secondly, the nylon‐6/unmodified clay/acrylate rubber ternary nanocomposite was prepared by blending ARCC and nylon‐6. It has been found that the acrylate rubber particles and clay platelets can help each other to disperse or exfoliate in the nylon‐6 matrix. The silicate layers without organic treatment are exfoliated with the aid of irradiated acrylate rubber particles and the irradiated acrylate rubber particles are uniformly dispersed in the matrix with the aid of clay platelets. The novel nanocomposite prepared using the new process shows simultaneously high impact strength, high flexural modulus and high heat distortion temperature. A new method, pre-enveloping sand with polymer, was adopted to make polymer-modified cement mortar (PCM). In the research, two kinds of latex, i.e., styrene acrylate rubber and styrene butadiene rubber, were used. The experimental results of physical and mechanical tests showed that, at the same level of polymer cement ratio, pre-enveloping method was better than normal method regarding the performance of the resulted composite. Moreover, in the condition of relatively low addition of polymer, the improvement of physical and mechanical properties, especially the resistance to cycling of freezing-thawing, by the pre-enveloping method was more significant. Additionally, it was found that styrene butadiene rubber can improve the fluidity of the mortar, and mortar with styrene acrylate rubber can maintain the same fluidity as the control sample by adding small quantities of a superplasticizer. The mechanism of radiation vulcanization of natural rubber with 2-ethyl hexyl acrylate (2EHA) monomer was investigated using electron spin resonance spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. The primary radicals formed in the arcylate molecule were found to abstract the allylic hydrogens of the polyisoprene. Crossliking may occur through the allylic radicals and/or main chain radicals formed on the polyacrylate. Acrylate was found to concentrate in the rigid regions of the crosslinked rubber indicating heterogeneity and a nonuniform distribution of the acrylate in the latex particles. The addition of the acrylate and the irradiation seems to effect the Brownian motion of the latex particles. Both the viscosity and the NMR peak widths are effected by the irradiation. Addition of 5% 2EHA increases the crosslinking by a factor of 3.6. The thermal stability of the rubber first increases with the dose in the presence of acrylate, but drops at higher doses due to peroxide formation. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 相似文献

采用溶液聚合法合成了以丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯为主链的液体橡胶,将其用于增韧改性环氧树脂/间苯二甲胺(EP 828/mXDA)体系,研究了聚丙烯酸酯液体橡胶用量对共混体系的微观形态、力学性能和玻璃化温度的影响。电镜观察显示液体橡胶改性EP828/mXDA的共混物呈海岛结构,连续相为环氧树脂,分散相为液体橡胶。随着丙烯酸酯液体橡胶用量增加,海岛相区的粒径和数量均呈增长趋势。当丙烯酸酯液体橡胶质量分数为15%时,共混物中海岛相区的尺寸为1μm左右,共混体系的冲击强度增加151.8%,玻璃化温度下降11.3℃。以丙烯酸液体橡胶改性EP828/mXDA环氧树脂体系,可以较大程度提高其韧性,同时其耐热性基本保持不变。 相似文献
