同侧型开铁口机优化设计

开铁口机为高炉出铁场的主要设备之一,其工作性能直接影响高炉生产的稳定运行。为适应新型出铁场的各种需要,对同侧型开铁口机进行优化设计。改进后的设备已解决凿岩机开口困难、车轮跑偏及滑动、链条断裂等问题,同时为了适应近些年高炉工艺的不断优化,设备增加水雾吹扫、深度测量功能。生产实践证明,优化改进后的开铁口机在使用过程中取得了良好的效果。     

进口液压开铁口机国产化研发与应用

液压开铁口机是高炉炼铁关键设备之一，其性能直接影响高炉的正常运行。目前，国内大型高炉使用的液压开铁口机均由国外进口，虽性能较优越，但价格昂贵，维修配件难以采购，给现场维护工作带来了不便，也增加了高炉炼铁维修成本。针对上述问题，对进口液压开铁口机从原理、设计理论等方面进行分析论证，对关键零部件的尺寸设计进行优化，同时，通过对关键零部件的材质和热处理工艺进行对比，对液压开铁口机的支座、回转机构、吊挂机构、钻架机构及液压系统进行改造，有效提升了液压开铁口机综合使用性能，实现液压开铁口机整机国产化，解决了国内钢铁工业领域大型高炉液压开铁口机关键技术瓶颈。     

我国引进高炉开铁口机概述

本文介绍了我国近十年来引进5台现代化高炉开铁口机的结构特点和工作原理,分析研究了各自的主要优缺点,为加速我国高炉炉前设备的现代化提供一些借鉴。     

KJC型开铁口机优化设计

利用某钢厂2500m³高炉提出液压开铁口机项目改造，分析了开铁口机存在问题并对其进行了改造。改造前设备存在设备运行稳定性差、凿岩机开口效率低、小车偏载等问题，改造后设备整体性能得到了大幅提高，有效解决了设备原有问题，达到预期效果。同时针对近些年炼铁高炉炉前工艺的新要求，增加了检测实时钻孔深度的智能辅助技术。
