This paper formulates the multiple asymptotical stability for a general class of fractional-order neural networks with time delays. By exploiting the properties of upper bounded and lower bounded functions derived from the addressed fractional-order neural network model as well as the comparison principle for fractional-order calculus, a lot of sufficient conditions are obtained to guarantee the existence and multiple asymptotical stability of the equilibrium points for the fractional-order neural networks with time delays. It reveals that the results gained in this paper are applicable to analyses of both multiple asymptotical stability and global asymptotical stability. Besides, three numerical examples are presented to showcase the validity of the derived results.  相似文献

In this paper, the global exponential stability in Lagrange sense for continuous neutral type recurrent neural networks (NRNNs) with multiple time delays is studied. Three different types of activation functions are considered, including general bounded and two types of sigmoid activation functions. By constructing appropriate Lyapunov functions, some easily verifiable criteria for the ultimate boundedness and global exponential attractivity of NRNNs are obtained. These results can be applied to monostable and multistable neural networks as well as chaos control and chaos synchronization.  相似文献

This paper presents new theoretical results on global exponential stability of recurrent neural networks with bounded activation functions and time-varying delays. The stability conditions depend on external inputs, connection weights, and time delays of recurrent neural networks. Using these results, the global exponential stability of recurrent neural networks can be derived, and the estimated location of the equilibrium point can be obtained. As typical representatives, the Hopfield neural network (HNN) and the cellular neural network (CNN) are examined in detail.  相似文献

In this paper, the global robust stability is discussed for delayed neural networks with a class of general activation functions. By constructing new Lyapunov functionals, several novel conditions are derived to guarantee the existence, uniqueness and global robust stability of the equilibrium of neural networks with time delays. These conditions do not require the activation functions to be differentiable, bounded or monotonically nondecreasing. The results obtained here are generalizations of some earlier results reported in the literature for neural networks with time delays. In addition, two examples are given to illustrate our proposed results.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a new passive weight learning law for switched Hopfield neural networks with time-delay under parametric uncertainty. Based on the proposed passive learning law, some new stability results, such as asymptotical stability, input-to-state stability (ISS), and bounded input-bounded output (BIBO) stability, are presented. An existence condition for the passive weight learning law of switched Hopfield neural networks is expressed in terms of strict linear matrix inequality (LMI). Finally, numerical examples are provided to illustrate our results.  相似文献

In this paper, we addressed the problem of stability analysis for a class of generalised mixed delayed neural networks by delay-partitioning approach. A novel integral inequality is developed by employing Wirtinger's integral inequality and Leibniz–Newton formula. By constructing an augmented Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional with triple and quadruple integral terms and using some standard integral inequality techniques, asymptotic stability criterion is obtained to the concerned neural networks. By converting the sampling period into a bounded time-varying delays, the error dynamics of the considered generalised neural networks are derived in terms of a dynamic system with sampling. Finally, numerical examples are given to show that the proposed method is less conservative than existing ones.  相似文献

针对非匹配不确定性的严反馈块非线性系统,基于神经网络提出一种鲁棒控制方法.利用Lyapunov稳定性定理推导出RBF神经网络的全调节律,用于处理系统中的非线性参数不确定性,提高了神经网络的在线逼近能力;采用神经网络和鲁棒控制方法,利用已知信息的同时,对控制系数矩阵未知时的设计问题进行处理,避免了控制器可能的奇异问题;引入非线性跟踪微分器,解决了Backstepping设计中的“计算膨胀”问题.运用Lyapunov稳定性定理证明了闭环系统的所有信号均最终一致有界.  相似文献

In this paper, the conventional bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural network with signal transmission delay is intervalized in order to study the bounded effect of deviations in network parameters and external perturbations. The resultant model is referred to as a novel interval dynamic BAM (IDBAM) model. By combining a number of different Lyapunov functionals with the Razumikhin technique, some sufficient conditions for the existence of unique equilibrium and robust stability are derived. These results are fairly general and can be verified easily. To go further, we extend our investigation to the time-varying delay case. Some robust stability criteria for BAM with perturbations of time-varying delays are derived. Besides, our approach for the analysis allows us to consider several different types of activation functions, including piecewise linear sigmoids with bounded activations as well as the usual C1-smooth sigmoids. We believe that the results obtained have leading significance in the design and application of BAM neural networks.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to investigating a class of complex‐valued neural networks with bounded and unbounded delays. By means of Mawhin's continuation theorem, some criteria on existence and uniqueness of periodic solution are established for the complex‐valued neural networks. By constructing an appropriate Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functional and M?matrix theory, some sufficient conditions are derived for the global exponential stability of periodic solutions to the complex‐valued neural networks. This paper focuses on the adaptive control of a class of nonlinear systems with unknown deadzone using neural networks. By constructing a deadzone pre-compensator, a neural adaptive control scheme is developed using backstepping design techniques. Transient performance is guaranteed and semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded stability is obtained. Another feature of this scheme is that the neural networks reconstruction error bound is assumed to be unknown and can be estimated online. Simulation results are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.  相似文献

提出一种新的神经网络模型---时滞标准神经网络模型(DSNNM),它由线性动力学系统和有界静态时滞非线性算子连接而成.利用不同的Lyapunov泛函和S方法推导出DSNNM全局渐近稳定性和全局指数稳定性的充分条件,这些条件可表示为线性不等式(LMI)形式.大多数时滞(或非时滞)动态神经网络(DANN)稳定性分析或神经网络控制系统都可以转化为DSNNM,以便用统一的方法进行稳定性分析或镇定控制.从DSNNM应用于时滞联想记忆(BAM)神经网络的稳定性分析以及PH中和过程神经控制器的综合实例,可以看出,得到的稳定性判据扩展并改进了以往文献中的稳定性定理,而且可将稳定性分析推广到非线性控制系统的综合.  相似文献

讨论了一类广义时变时滞递归神经网络的平衡点的存在性、唯一性和全局指数稳定性。这个神经网络模型包括时滞Hopfield神经网络,时滞Cellular神经网络,时滞Cohen-Grossberg神经网络作为特例。基于微分不等式技术,利用Brouwer不动点定理并构造合适的Lyapunov函数,得到了保证递归神经网络的平衡点存在、唯一、全局指数稳定的新的充分条件。新的充分条件不要求激励函数的可微性、有界性和单调性,同时减少了对限制条件的要求。两个仿真例子表明了所得结果的有效性。  相似文献

In this article, the global exponential robust stability is investigated for Cohen–Grossberg neural network with both time-varying and distributed delays. The parameter uncertainties are assumed to be time-invariant and bounded, and belong to given compact sets. Applying the idea of vector Lyapunov function, M-matrix theory and analysis techniques, several sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the existence, uniqueness, and global exponential robust stability of the equilibrium point for the neural network. The methodology developed in this article is shown to be simple and effective for the exponential robust stability analysis of neural networks with time-varying delays and distributed delays. The results obtained in this article extend and improve a few recently known results and remove some restrictions on the neural networks. Three examples are given to show the usefulness of the obtained results that are less restrictive than recently known criteria.   相似文献

In this paper, a class of interval bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with mixed delays under uncertainty are introduced and studied, which include many well-known neural networks as special cases. The mixed delays mean the simultaneous presence of both the discrete delay, and the distributive delay. Furthermore, the parameter of matrix is taken values in a interval and controlled by a unknown, but bounded function. By using a suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii function with the linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique, we obtain a sufficient condition to ensure the global robust exponential stability for the interval BAM neural networks with mixed delays under uncertainty, which is more generalized and less conservative, restrictive than previous results. In the last section, the validity of our stability result is demonstrated by a numerical example.  相似文献

This correspondence presents a sufficient condition for the existence, uniqueness, and global robust asymptotic stability of the equilibrium point for bidirectional associative memory neural networks with discrete time delays. The results impose constraint conditions on the network parameters of the neural system independently of the delay parameter, and they are applicable to all bounded continuous nonmonotonic neuron activation functions. By employing time scale calculus theory, free weighting matrix method and linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach, several delay-dependent sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of the equilibrium point for the neural networks with both infinite distributed delays and general activation functions on time scales. Both continuous-time and discrete-time neural networks are described under the same framework by the reported method. Illustrated numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis. This paper is concerned with the exponential stability analysis problem for a class of uncertain stochastic neural networks with Markovian switching. The parameter uncertainties are assumed to be norm bounded. Based on Lyapunov–Krasovskii stability theory and the nonnegative semimartingale convergence theorem, delay-dependent and delay- independent sufficient stability conditions are established. It is also shown that the result in this paper cover some recently published works. Two examples are provided to demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed criteria.  相似文献

This paper deals with the delay-dependent asymptotic stability analysis problem for a class of fuzzy bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with time delays in the leakage term by Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model. The nonlinear delayed BAM neural networks are first established as a modified T–S fuzzy model in which the consequent parts are composed of a set of BAM neural networks with time-varying delays. The parameter uncertainties are assumed to be norm bounded. Some new delay-dependent stability conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequality by constructing a new Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and introducing some free-weighting matrices. Even there is no leakage delay, the obtained results are also less restrictive than some recent works. It can be applied to BAM neural networks with activation functions without assuming their boundedness, monotonicity, or differentiability. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
