介绍了直联驱动泥浆泵用垂直反车调速型偶合器传动箱集成机组的研制情况。该机组的柴油机和垂直反车调速型偶合器传动箱安装在同一个公共底架上,柴油机通过一根较短的高弹联轴器与垂直反车传动箱相连。垂直反车传动箱输入轴中心与柴油机输出轴中心高保持一致,而其输出轴中心较柴油机输出轴中心高出一定距离,以达到与泥浆泵输入轴进行直联匹配的目的。垂直反车传动箱输出端通过万向轴与泥浆泵直接连接,机组可以对泥浆泵实现无级调速和离合功能。公共底架与泥浆泵的安装架之间有两套固定机构,以保持两底架稳固联接,使机组平稳、安全运行。  相似文献

In the variable speed wind turbine based on electromagnetic coupler (WT-EMC), a synchronous generator is directly coupled with grid. So like conventional power plants WT-EMC is able to support grid frequency inherently. But due to the reduced inertia of synchronous generator, its frequency support capability has to be enhanced. In this paper, the frequency support capability of WT-EMC is studied at three typical wind conditions and with two control strategies—droop control and inertial control to enhance its frequency support capability. The synchronous generator speed, more stable than the grid frequency which is the input signal for Type 3 and Type 4 wind turbine frequency support controller, is used for the calculation of WT-EMC supplementary torque command. The integrated simulation environment based on the aeroelastic code HAWC2 and software Matlab/Simulink is used to build a 2 MW WT-EMC model and study the frequency support capability of a wind farm consisting of WT-EMC.  相似文献

A comprehensive control strategy, that addresses all three control objectives in a wind generation system, i.e. control of the local bus voltage to avoid voltage rise, capture of the maximum power in the wind and minimization of the power loss in the induction generator is proposed. The control signals are the desired current wave shapes (instantaneous three-phase currents) of the rectifier and the inverter in a double-sided PWM converter system connected between the wind generating unit and the grid. Studies performed on a complete model for a variable speed cage machine wind generation unit, including wind profile, wind turbine, induction generator, PWM converter, local load and transmission line, show that even as the wind speed changes randomly, the proposed control strategy leads the system to the optimum operating conditions.  相似文献

A unified, modular, small-signal dynamic model for an induction machine-based wind farm is presented. The proposed model can represent an arbitrary number of fixed-speed, partially variable-speed (doubly fed) and variable-speed induction machine-based wind units in a wind farm. The model represents the dynamics of (i) each wind turbine-generator electromechanical system, (ii) each converter system and the corresponding controls and (iii) the host electrical grid, within the subsynchronous frequency range (0.1?60 Hz). In contrast to the widely used state-space formulation, the proposed approach is based on developing electrical and mechanical transfer-function matrices to formulate the overall system as a multivariable feedback system. Thus, it provides significant flexibility to represent a large number of wind units and their controllers, identical or nonidentical, within a wind farm. Based on the developed model, a frequency response-based method is also introduced, as an alternative to the eigen analysis approach, for small-signal subsynchronous dynamic analysis of the wind farm and its host electrical grid. The proposed method provides a new performance robustness criterion for performance evaluation and also a design tool based on the `size? of the system transfer-function matrix. The concept of induced norm is adopted here as a measure of matrix size. As an example, applications of the model and the analysis approach to a twounit wind farm is presented and the results are validated based on time-domain simulation studies in the PSCAD/ EMTDC environment.  相似文献

Inertia provision for frequency control is among the ancillary services that different national grid codes will likely require to be provided by future wind turbines. The aim of this paper is analysing how the inertia response support from a variable speed wind turbine (VSWT) to the primary frequency control of a power system can be enhanced. Unlike fixed speed wind turbines, VSWTs do not inherently contribute to system inertia, as they are decoupled from the power system through electronic converters. Emphasis in this paper is on how to emulate VSWTs inertia using control of the power electronic converter and on its impact on the primary frequency response of a power system. An additional control for the power electronics is implemented to give VSWTs a virtual inertia, referring to the kinetic energy stored in the rotating masses, which can be released initially to support the system's inertia. A simple Matlab/Simulink model and control of a VSWT and of a generic power system are developed to analyse the primary frequency response following different generation losses in a system comprising VSWTs provided with virtual inertia. The possibility of substituting a 50% share of conventional power with wind is also assessed and investigated. The intrinsic problems related to the implementation of virtual inertia are illustrated, addressing their origin in the action of pitch and power control. A solution is proposed, which aims at obtaining the same response as for the system with only conventional generation. The range of wind speeds near the power limitation zone seems to be the most critical from a primary response point of view. The theoretical reasons behind this are elucidated in the paper. This paper presents a detailed analysis of semi-empirical methods to calculate mass flow rate, shaft power and discharge temperature for three types of variable speed compressors: reciprocating, scroll and piston rotary. The proposed methods are an integration of physical-based models for constant speed compressor and the physical characteristics of volumetric efficiency and isentropic efficiency between different speeds. The physical-based models were first validated with good agreement with experimental data from publication for the three types of constant speed compressors. The comparison between modeling results and experimental data from publication for the three types of variable speed compressors shows the RMS errors are less than 3%, 3% and 3 °C for refrigerant mass flow rate, compressor power input and discharge temperature, respectively. The model of variable speed compressor will allow the reduction of the number of experimental data required to characterize variable speed compressor behavior in the modeling of refrigeration systems because of its physical mechanisms.  相似文献

Reliable and powerful control strategies are needed for wind energy conversion systems to achieve maximum performance. A new control strategy for a variable speed, variable pitch wind turbine is proposed in this paper for the above-rated power operating condition. This multivariable control strategy is realized by combining a nonlinear dynamic state feedback torque control strategy with a linear control strategy for blade pitch angle. A comparison with existing strategies, PID and LQG controllers, is performed. The proposed approach results in better power regulation. The new control strategy has been validated using an aeroelastic wind turbine simulator developed by NREL for a high turbulence wind condition.  相似文献
