结晶器循环水冷却技术探讨

介绍结晶器常用的3种不同循环水冷却流程:闭路循环水冷却系统、半闭路循环水冷却系统、开路循环水冷却系统.综合分析比较,原水暂时硬度较高地区,连铸结晶器冷却水质暂时硬度设计值可以设为小于40 mg/L(以CaO计),推荐采用软水闭路循环水冷却系统;在原水暂时硬度较低的地区,冷却水质暂时硬度设计值可以设为80 mg/L(以CaO计)左右,推荐采用开路循环水系统,补充水采用部分工业水和部分软水混合使用.

高炉软水闭路循环冷却系统成败关键是设计的合理性和生产操作中严格的科学管理。系统模式有局部系统，整体系统和组合系统，可根据具体条件选定。设计应充分考虑系统稳定性，特别是脱气功能。脱气罐和膨胀罐的位置宜设在冷却元件总出水口标高相应的平台处。系统循环水量，水压，水温差，水速等工艺参数，应根据系统安全可靠和经济的原则确定。武钢５号高炉采用高炉整体软水闭路循环冷却系统，投产后二年半运行正常，未发现冷却壁烧坏     

综合治理 循环利用 济钢耗水量持续降低

济钢确立了“分质供应、分级处理、温度对口、梯级利用、小半径循环、分区域闭路”的分布式治理思路，根据各工序不同的工艺特点，采用不同的水质、水温处理技术，形成了新水、软水、净环水、浊环水、生活处理水、回收再用水6个质级，制氧、轧钢、炼钢、炼铁等17个小系统循环、13个区域闭路的分布式水治理格局，把污水消化在工艺之中。以技术进步促进用水方式转变，
