采用非均相催化酯化法合成醋酸丙酸纤维素(CAP),研究了反应时间、温度和催化剂用量对CAP乙酰和丙酰取代度、特性粘度的影响,发现反应温度、反应时间和催化剂浓度增加虽可使产物的取代度增大,但粘度降低,得到优化的反应条件为:催化剂用量1%(wt,相对于纤维素),反应温度60℃,反应时间2 h。酯化反应使纤维素的结晶度降低。 相似文献

Cellulose acetate butyrates (CAB) were homogeneously synthesized in an ionic liquid, 1-allyl-3-methyl-imidazolium chloride (AmimC1).By a sequence of first adding butyric anhydride and then acetic anhydride in the cellulose/AmimCl solutions, CAB products with the butyryl contents ranging from 33% to 47%(mass) were obtained.NMR analysis showed that among the three OH groups of the anhydroglucose unit (AGU) of the synthesized CAB, the distribution of the butyryl moieties showed a preference at the C6 position, while the partial degree of substitution of acetyl moieties at the C6 position showed the minimum values.Solubility measurement showed that CAB samples readily dissolved in the common organic solvents, such as methyl ethyl ketone, dichloromethane, and ethyl acetate. 相似文献

用浸渍法制备SO42-/ZrO2-MgO固体酸催化剂,利用X射线衍射、红外光谱、NH3程序升温脱附等方法对SO42-/ZrO2-MgO固体酸催化剂进行表征。表征结果表明, SO42-/ZrO2催化剂中加入适量的Mg有利于四方晶相ZrO2(t)的形成;有利于增加固体酸表面酸强度和酸量。SO42-/ZrO2-MgO催化剂在合成醋酸丙酸纤维素(CAP)的反应中有很高的活性,当n (ZrO2):n(MgO)=15:1,焙烧温度500℃时,催化活性最佳,50℃下,反应8 h 后,CAP质量收率达到116.40%。 相似文献

Abstract For pervaporation separation of ethanol and ethyl tert-butyl ether mixtures, a cellulose acetate propionate membrane was chosen as the experimental membrane because of its high selectivity and good mass fluxes. The properties of the membranes were evaluated by the pervaporation separation of mixtures of ethyl tert-butyl ether/ethanol and the sorption experiments. The experimental results showed that the selectivity and the permeates depend on the ethanol concentration in the feed and the experimental temperature. With increases of the ethanol weight fraction in the feed and the temperature, the total and partial mass fluxes increased. With respect to the temperature, ethanol mass flux obeys the Arrhenius equation. The selectivity of this membrane decreases as the temperature and the ethanol concentration in the feed increase. This membrane shows special characteristics at the azeotropic composition. In the vicinity of the azeotropic point, minimum values of ethanol concentration in the permeate and in sorption solution are obtained. The swelling ratios increase when temperature and the ethanol concentration in the feed are increasing. The ethanol concentration in the sorption solution is also influenced by the temperature and the mixture's composition. When the temperature increases, the sorption selectivity of the membrane decreases. 相似文献

Herein a novel process to synthesize cellulose acetate (CA) is reported in a solvent-free ball-milling reactor in the presence
of solid superacid SO4
2−/ZrO2 as green catalyst. FT-IR and H1-NMR spectra reveal that the maximum degree of substitution (DS) of formed cellulose acetate can achieve 1.8, and the DS depends
