实验室管理信息系统的设计与开发

以实验室现有的网络为依托,利用动态网络技术和数据库技术开发一套适合于实验室内部管理的信息系统,用户通过网络浏览器操作界面,实现对资源学院实验室设备、人员、实验项目、实验信息、实验室文件、实验课程开设情况、实验课程安排等信息的输入、存储、更新和查询。提高实验室管理效益及水平,实现实验室数据安全共享,将实验室管理推上一个新台阶。     

Cellular Telephone-Aided Real-Time Reporting System for Emergency Laboratory Test Results

The authors established a system for real-time reporting of clinical laboratory test results utilizing the mailing function of a cellular telephone service. The reporting system is composed of systems for sample transportation and automatic analysis, verification of test results, and reporting of test results. The introduction of the system has completely eliminated time delays at all stages of the laboratory testing process from start of testing to reporting of the test result. This has enabled doctors to receive test results in a timely manner wherever they are and to respond promptly to the patient condition.     

Laboratory Accreditation The Next Generation of Quality Improvement in Thailand

A Thailand quality assessment program called “The External Quality Assessment in Clinical Chemistry, EQAC” was found in 1986. A blind lyophilized control serum is monthly-cycle distributed to the participants and the returned test-report values are evaluated by a computed program. Evaluated report Mean Variance Index Scores (MVIS) and mean score of all tests are posted back to the participants.In 1999 the program was applied by 324 laboratory participants of which 59% of general hospital and community health hospital laboratory, 29% of private hospital laboratory including polyclinics, and 12% of the others. By now as many as 144 trials of 23 biochemistry tests at different methods were assessed from the EQAC program. Participant communication, knowledge update and enhanced quality encouragement have been managed by mean of participants' VIS from 120 to 93 during 1987–1998.For the next millennium, the implementation of ISO/IEC Guide 25 for quality system in clinical laboratory will be a promising strategy of quality improvement in Thailand. The Ministry of Public Health is step forward to adopt this guide for certifying standard laboratories. These efforts will be a first step towards the next generation of quality improvement for clinical laboratory in Thailand.     

Standardizing Laboratory Data Interchange in Clinical Trials

The Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium has developed a Laboratory Model for laboratory data that is generated during the conduct of clinical trials. The Laboratory Model is the first step in proposing standards for the interchange of clinical trial laboratory data. Standards will decrease the time and resources required by stakeholders in the pharmaceutical development process (pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, contract research organizations and laboratories). Standardization will therefore contain costs as well as improve data quality.

Transferring Industrial Automation Technology to the Laboratory

Over the past few years, there has been much discussion about transferring industrial technology to laboratories. While it is easy to look at the superficial similarities, it is more important to examine the different requirements of different industries. In this way, it is possible to identify the technologies and techniques that can be successfully transferred to the laboratory to improve performance.This paper takes three very different industries - the bakery, High Throughput Screening (HTS) and mobile phone assembly and examines their different requirements. These industries have been selected from among the many sectors where the RTS Group operates - thus allowing real data from a number of situations to be used.One of the most important areas in automation design is the relationship between flexibility and throughput. This paper focuses on this relationship and its influence over machine configuration when comparing the requirements of the different industries.     

开放实验室系统现场控制器

为提升实验室的开放式、信息化管理水平,利用Zigbee和多种传感器设计了一套应用于开放实验室系统的现场控制器。该控制器可实现对室内环境参数及灯光、窗帘运行状态数据的采集和上报,并根据预置策略执行对灯光、窗帘的远程及联动控制。在介绍开放实验室系统组成的基础上,分析了控制器的硬件结构及软硬件实现方法,并通过实验验证了设计方案的可行性和有效性。     

基于Android智能手机的实验管理系统

移动互联时代已经全面向人们走来,渗透到高校学习、生活的每一个角落。针对高校中基于B/S模式的实验室管理系统已不能满足移动性和便携性的需求,通过Android技术在Eclipse平台上编写用户界面,以GET和POST方式与Tomcat轻量级服务器进行交互,服务器采用Servlet模块完成登录验证和指令响应,选取JDBC方式与后台MySQL数据库进行数据存储和处理交互,实现Android智能手机上的实验管理系统,使学生和教师能够便捷快速地完成实验预约、获取课程变更通知,此外重点实现实验室实景模块使教师可在手机端随时随地查看实验室情景,实验指导书模块便于学生预习实验或在实验过程中查看,提高实验管理工作的便携性和时效性。     

实验室信息管理系统的构建

从技术和实现两个方面,对实验室信息管理系统的总体结构作了深入的分析。采用JSP作为主要开发技术,Mysql作为后台数据库,根据实验室管理的实际需要,构造了设计和技术适用性较强的实验室信息管理系统。

随着医院信息化、数字化建设,实验室信息系统(laboratory information system,LIS)成为医院信息系统不可缺少的部分。该文简述了医院信息系统(HIS)中LIS系统的设计和实施过程。     

基于事件触发的虚拟实验室架构设计

论文提出了一种基于事件触发的远程虚拟实验室的系统架构。系统的仿真采用离散事件仿真模型中的三阶段法实现,通过调度事件队列触发事件处理流程,能有效处理随机并发流程,可用于计算机网络等具有随机并发流程处理要求的课程的虚拟实验室的开发。系统采用基于JavaBean的组件技术,能够提高开发效率,实现软件重用,使得系统易于维护和扩充。     

基于ASP的实验室管理系统

为适应目前校园数字信息实验室的管理形式,以实验室信息管理为例,对基于ASP的实验室办公管理系统进行研究,开发了适合校园实验室的信息管理系统,同时对实验室管理系统的网络化实现进行了系统的研究,初步实现了实验室办公管理系统的无纸化和网络化办公;介绍了基于ASP的实验室管理系统的设计方法和实现技术,对系统进行了分析和功能设计,把系统分成若干层次的模块,进而提出了Web数据库编程的解决方案:应用ASP、ADO和Access,最后给出了部分源代码。     

基于ZigBee技术的实验室环境监测系统

研究了基于ZigBee技术的实验室环境监测系统,应用于实验室的管理,以便能够在实验室出现异常情况时以最快和最佳的方式发出警报和提供有用的信息。对传感器节点和控制器、ZigBee主控器、PC管理监测系统进行了设计和说明,以CC2530作为核心处理器,以ZigBee无线技术为数据传输手段,利用C#软件编写管理系统,将整个系统组成一个无线传感器网络,实现对实验室环境监测。经过测试,该系统实现了监测功能并能正常运行。本系统稍加修改和扩展,可以应用到其他需要监控的地方,具有一定的研究价值和实用价值。     

基于WEB的高校实验室信息管理系统设计

根据高校实验室教学管理的实际需求,设计了基于Web的通用实验室管理信息系统。该系统基于浏览器/服务器式结构,采用ASP.NET技术及SQL数据库,结合学校实验室工作实际情况开发。该系统功能齐全,安全稳定,在实践教学中运行良好。
