在150kW等离子体感应炉内,进行了加热半钢升温,增碳和脱硫的实验。研究了等离子枪的类型、功率、枪位以及底吹搅拌等因素对加热效率和熔池分布的影响规律。在等离子枪加热控制熔池温度的条件下,可将半钢中的碳含量从1.92%增至4.58%,碳利用率高达61.57%,脱硫率达66.58%以上。 相似文献

本文从理论探索到小规模工业试验结果证实,含硫0.11~0.8%,碳2.1~2.45%,低硅锰的半钢通过喷射冶金新工艺可得到优质铸铁和电炉强化脱硫工艺炼成优质钢,对于该两种工艺的经济效益分析,认为半钢炼成优质铸铁比较合理。 喷射冶金工艺流程为:半钢温度大于1400℃,在铁水包中先喷吹1.3~2.8%碳粉,增碳至3.5%C以上,然后向已增碳的铁水中喷吹1~2%脱硫剂,脱硫至小于0.05%,最后进行合金化处理可得到优质铸铁。 相似文献

摘要:针对攀钢半钢冶炼热源不足带来的问题,通过分析转炉热补偿技术优缺点,提出在提钒转炉出半钢时加入硅铁对半钢进行化学热补偿的增硅热补偿工艺,解决了增硅后预处理脱硫渣 铁难分离的问题。结果表明,半钢增硅热补偿新工艺减少半钢温降5℃,降低兑铁时碳烧损0.06%,使得半钢碳质量分数平均提高了0.16%,温度平均提高5.3℃,半钢质量更为稳定。新工艺应用后,攀钢中高碳钢转炉终点钢水碳质量分数由原来的0.05%提高到0.12%,终点钢水碳质量分数在0.07%~0.15%的比例由原来的32.2%大幅度提高到92.4%。该工艺在降低转炉冶炼成本的同时,提高了钢水质量,同时减少了烟尘排放量,具有明显的经济效益和环保效益。 相似文献
