将胎面纵向花纹沟与周向夹角由30°改为20°,中间花纹沟宽度改为小于边部花纹沟宽度,胎肩设计由切线型改为反弧型后,设计并试制了数种规格轻型载重轮胎。室内高速试验表明,轮胎破坏速度提高6.67%,达到160km·h-1以上。里程试验表明,车辆持续行驶速度达到120km·h-1后,方向灵活,轮胎回正性能优良.最高速度可达135km·h-1。由此证明,花纹设计是改善轻型载重轮胎速度性能的关键。  相似文献

依据提高载重斜交轮胎速度性能的技术思路,结合新疆地区公路的特点,对9-00-20 16PR载重斜交轮胎整体配方结构进行优化设计。改进后轮胎耐久性能达到115 h,较改进前提高近25% ,速度性能达到100 km·h- 1行驶2 h,达到了预期目标,轮胎的其它技术指标也符合国家标准。  相似文献

分析了载重汽车斜交尼龙轮胎在高等级公路上使用损坏的原因,阐述了提高速度性能的技术措施,从而使11.00-2016PR轮胎全面达到攻关指标。耐久性最高达158.72h,高速性能通过110km.h^-12h均超过耐久性100h,高速100km.h^-12h的攻关指标。  相似文献

对3个国外品牌和5个国内品牌的9.00R2014PR轮胎进行强度、耐久性物高速性能对比试验。结果表明,9.000R2024ZPR轮胎的3项试验结果均达到相应的国家标准及技术规范要求,国产9.00R2014PR的强度值居中且数值相近;耐久性能超过国家标准规定的47h,人武部达到70h以上;高速性能通过100km.h^-1行驶2h检验。  相似文献

对含硅烷偶平剂的白炭黑填充胎面胶料进行了小配合和大配合试验。大配合试验结果表明,胶料各项性能均达到了一钢载重子午线轮胎面胶的技术指标。按大配合试验胶料配方和工艺条件试制了一批9.00R20轮胎,成品轮胎参加实际里程试验,平均单耗接近1.7万km.mm^-1,且胎面磨损光滑,无崩花掉块现象。  相似文献

根据8.25-16轻型载重斜交轮胎使用条件的变化,有针对性地对原施工设计进行了改进,调整胎面结构,使下层胶的分布更加合理;加大缓冲层宽度;胎体帘布选用6层1870dtex/2。改进后极大地提高了轮胎的超负荷性能(累计时间达到63.4h),缓解了肩空问题,每条轮胎可节约制造成本26.59F元。  相似文献

对 68 0× 2 60无内胎航空轮胎的结构及设计参数的选取进行了优化 ,并对轮胎各部位应力进行了分析。轮胎成品性能试验结果表明 ,680× 2 60无内胎航空轮胎的额定速度可以达到 360km·h- 1 ,临界速度达380km·h- 1 ,轮胎外缘尺寸、强度、气密性、水压爆破等性能均符合国家军用标准 ,完全达到设计和使用要求。  相似文献

以海藻酸钠为主要基质原料,用凝胶法制备了黄芩苷巴布剂。用L9(34)正交实验,以180℃剥离强度、抗张强度、断裂伸长率及测试前后胶面的破坏状况为衡量指标,对巴布剂基质配方进行了优化。结果表明,海藻酸钠用量和增黏剂GAT与GAE的质量比是影响巴布剂综合性能的主要因素,巴布剂基质的优选配方为:海藻酸钠0.3 g、卡波姆0.2 g、三乙醇胺0.4 g、GAT 0.25 g、GAE 0.25 g、甘油1.8 g、柠檬酸0.03 g、聚乙烯醇0.2 g、苯甲酸钠0.01 g。体外释放及透皮吸收实验结果表明,黄芩苷巴布剂具有良好的体外释放性能(体外释放速率为239.697 36μg.cm-2.h-1)和体外经皮释放性能(体外经皮速率为1.807 07μg.cm-2.h-1)。  相似文献

The design method of small-flow high-head centrifugal-vortex pump was presented. This pump, configured with inducer, complex-centrifugal impeller and open-vortex impeller, was put forward to deliver gas-liquid two-phase mixture. An HTB-5/60 type sample pump was developed and tested on a closed-loop test rig. Experimental studies on performance and cavitation tests for gas-liquid two-phase mixture were carried out compared with pure-water experimental results. Also the effect of gas phase on pump was analyzed and discussed. The experimental results show that performance and cavitation characteristics of the sample purnp deteriorates progressively with increasing volume fraction of gas. When the total capacity Qm is between 4.5 m^3·h^-1 and 6 m^3·h^-1 and the gas flow rate qg below 0.66 m^3·h^-1, or qg/Qm is lower than 15%, the characteristic curves are approximately parallel to those in pure water test, but the performance deteriorates sharply until an abrupt flow-cutting at a critical volume fraction of gas. This pump is found suitable for transporting gas-liquid two-phase mixture when working around rated capacity of 5 m^3·h^-1 with qglQm below 15%.  相似文献

Bipolar membrane electrodialysis (BMED) has already been described for the preparation of quaternary ammonium hydroxide.However,compared to quaternary ammonium hydroxide,di-quaternary ammonium hydroxide has raised great interest due to its high thermal stability and good oriented performance.In order to synthesize N,N-hexamethylenebis(trimethyl ammonium hydroxide) (HM(OH)2) by EDBM,experiments designed by response surface methodology were carried out on the basis of single-factor experiments.The factors include current density,feed concentration and flow ratio of each compartment (feed compartment:base compartment:acid compartment:buffer compartment).The relationship between current efficiency and the above-mentioned three factors was quantitatively described by a multivariate regression model.According to the results,the feed concentration was the most significant factor and the optimum conditions were as follows:the current efficiency was up to 76.2% (the hydroxide conversion was over 98.6%),with a current density of 13.15 mA·cm-2,a feed concentration of 0.27 mol· L-1 and a flow ratio of 20 L· h-1∶26 L· h-1 ∶20 L· h-1∶20 L· h-1 for feed compartment,base compartment,acid compartment,and intermediate compartment,respectively.This study demonstrates the optimized parameters of manufacturing HM(OH)2 by direct splitting its halide for industrial application.  相似文献

以醋酸锂、磷酸、七水合硫酸亚铁为原料,聚乙二醇为分散剂,通过一步水热法制备得到中空八面体LiFePO_4锂离子电池正极材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电化学性能测试仪对样品晶型、形电化学性能进行了表征测试。研究结果表明,在2.5~4.2 V电压范围内,以0.1 C(17 mA/g)倍率进行充放电,样品首次放电比容量为129.6 mA·h/g;0.2、0.5、1、2和5 C的充放电倍率时,首次放电比容量分别达到123.6、119.7、114.1、99.5g和90.6 mA·h/g。10 C的充放电倍率时首次放电比容量为84.3 mA·h/g,说明中空八面体LiFePO_4在高倍率下表现出优异的电化学性能。  相似文献

Pre-treatment, which supplies a stable, high-quality feed for reverse osmosis (RO) membranes, is a critical step for successful operation in a seawater reverse osmosis plant. In this study, ceramic membrane systems were employed as pre-treatment for seawater desalination. A laboratory experiment was performed to investigate the effect of the cross-flow velocity on the critical flux and consequently to optimize the permeate flux. Then a pilot test was performed to investigate the long-term performance. The result shows that there is no significant effect of the cross-flow velocity on the critical flux when the cross-flow velocity varies in laminar flow region only or in turbulent flow region only, but the effect is distinct when the cross-flow velocity varies in the transition region. The membrane fouling is slight at the permeate flux of 150 L穖-2-1 and the system is stable, producing a high-quality feed (the turbidity and silt density index are less than 0.1 NTU and 3.0, respectively) for RO to run for 2922.4 h without chemical cleaning. Thus the ceramic membranes are suitable to filtrate seawater as the pre-treatment for RO.  相似文献
