本文通过对逐次逼近型ADC原理的分析,设计了一种用于视频采集10 bit,900KS/s的逐次逼近型模拟数字转换器(SAR ADC),该模数转换器主要由采样保持、DAC、比较器和数字逻辑控制器组成。其中,DAC采用电荷定标型结构,利用对称电容阵列结构减少电容所占面积,同时提高缩放电容的匹配精度;比较器采用三级预放大器加一级动态锁存器结构,并且该比较器采用了失调校准技术来提高比较器的精度。电路采用SMIC 0.13um 1P6M CMOS工艺进行设计,仿真结果表明,在900KS/s的采样速率下,有效位数可达8.7bit,功耗仅为1.02mW。  相似文献

为了解决高分辨率逐次逼近模数转换器(SAR ADC)中,电容式数模转换器(DAC)的电容失配导致精度下降的问题,提出了一种电容失配自测量方法,以及一种可适用于各种差分电容DAC设计的低复杂度的前台数字校准方法。该方法利用自身电容阵列及比较器完成位电容失配测量,基于电容失配的转换曲线分析,对每一位输出的权重进行修正,得到实际DAC电容大小对应的正确权重,完成数字校准。数模混合电路仿真结果表明,引入电容失配的16位SAR ADC,经该方法校准后,有效位数由10.74 bit提高到15.38 bit。  相似文献

本文设计了用于14bit逐次逼近型模数转换器(SAR ADC)的DAC电路。针对该DAC,介绍一种全差分分段电容阵列结构以缩小DAC的版图面积;高二位权电容采用热码控制,用以改善高位电容在转换时跳变的尖峰以及DAC的单调性;对电容阵列采用数字校准技术,减小电容阵列存在的失配,以提高SAR ADC精度。校准前,SAR ADC的INL达到10LSB,DNL达到4LSB;与校准前相比,校准后,INL〈0.5LSB,DNL〈0.6LSB。仿真结果表明,本DAC设计极大改善SAR ADC的性能,已达到设计要求。  相似文献

为了实现较高精度(16位及更高)的逐次逼近(SAR)ADC,提出了一种误差自动校准技术。考虑到芯片面积、功耗和精度的折中,采用了电荷再分配分段电容DAC结构,并采用准差分输入方式提高ADC的信噪比。为了消除电容失配引入的误差,提出了一种误差自动校准算法,利用误差校准DAC阵列对电容失配误差进行量化并存储在RAM中,在AD转换过程中实现误差消除。  相似文献

为缩短高速模数转换器(ADC)中高位(MSB)电容建立时间以及减小功耗,提出了一种基于分段式电容阵列的改进型逐次逼近型(SAR)ADC结构,通过翻转小电容阵列代替翻转大电容阵列以产生高位数字码,并利用180 nm CMOS工艺实现和验证了此ADC结构。该结构一方面可以缩短产生高位数码字过程中的转换时间,提高量化速度;另一方面其可以延长大电容的稳定时间,减小参考电压的负载。通过缩小比较器输入对管的面积以减小寄生电容带来的误差,提升高位数字码的准确度。同时,利用一次性校准技术减小比较器的失配电压。最终,采用180 nm CMOS工艺实现该10 bit SAR ADC,以验证该改进型结构。结果表明,在1.8 V电源电压、780μW功耗、有电路噪声和电容失配情况下,该改进型SAR ADC得到了58.0 dB的信噪失真比(SNDR)。  相似文献

本文提出了一种应用于生物医学的超低功耗逐次逼近型模数转换器(SAR ADC).针对SAR ADC主要模块进行超低功耗设计.数模转换(DAC)电路采用vcm-based以及分段电容阵列结构来减小其总电容,从而降低了DAC功耗.同时提出了电压窗口的方法在不降低比较器精度的情况下减小其功耗.此外,采用堆栈以及多阈值晶体管结构来减小低频下的漏电流.在55nm工艺下进行设计和仿真,在0.6V电源电压以及l0kS/s的采样频率下,ADC的信噪失真比(SNDR)为73.3dB,总功耗为432nW,品质因数(FOM)为11.4fJ/Conv.  相似文献

为了降低触摸屏控制电路的功耗,本文提出了一种低功耗逐次逼近型模数转换器(SAR ADC)。对该SAR ADC所采用的电容阵列数模转换器(DAC)、比较器和逐次逼近寄存器等进行了研究与设计。首先,基于两级并串耦合电容设计电容阵列DAC结构,并设计配套的参考电平转换方案。接着,设计两级全动态比较器,并分析比较器的工作原理。然后,基于动态逻辑设计低功耗低误码逐次逼近寄存器。最后,基于180nm CMOS工艺,在1V电源电压,200kHz采样频率和96.243kHz输入频率条件下对SAR ADC进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:积分非线性误差(INL)和微分非线性误差(DNL)分别为0.222/-0.203LSB和0.231/-0.184LSB,无杂散动态范围(SFDR)为76.56dB,信噪失真比(SNDR)为61.50dB,有效位(ENOB)为9.92位,功耗为0.464μW,品质因素(FOM)值为2.4fJ/Conv.-step。本文设计的低功耗SAR ADC满足触摸屏控制电路应用要求。  相似文献

在高精度逐次逼近寄存器模数转换器(SAR ADC)中,电容阵列是SAR ADC的核心之一。电容阵列中的电容失配问题是导致转换精度降低的一个重要原因。为了尽可能改善这一问题,设计了一种6+6+6分段电容阵列,并且基于这种阵列设计了权重迭代算法的前台数字校准。该方法不需要额外的电容阵列,利用自身的电容阵列与比较器量化出电容失配,计算出每一位输出码的权重校准系数,用来对正常量化出的输出码进行编码,实现校准功能。仿真结果表明,引入电容失配的18 bit SAR ADC经过该算法校准后,信噪比(SNR)从77.6 dB提升到107.6 dB,无杂散动态范围(SFDR)从89.8 dB提升到125.6 dB,有效位数(ENOB)从12.54 bit提升到17.54 bit。在SMIC 0.18μm工艺下,该校准算法对高精度SAR ADC的动态性能具有较大提升。  相似文献

基于标准0.18μm CMOS工艺,设计了一款采样率为500 kSa/s的13位逐次逼近型模数转换器(SAR ADC)芯片。该转换器内集成了多路复用器、比较器、SAR逻辑电路和数模转换器(DAC)电容阵列等模块,实现了数字位的串行输出。使用7+6分段式电容阵列及下极板采样和电荷重分配原理,有效降低了ADC整体电容值及功耗。使用两级预放大的比较器和电荷存储技术降低了失调误差,比较器精度为0.3 m V。在2.5 V电源电压和500 kSa/s的采样率下,后仿真结果表明,ADC的无杂散动态范围为97.14 dB,信噪比为78.78 dB,有效位数为12.78 bit。  相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system.  相似文献

The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's.  相似文献

A new quantum protocol to teleport an arbitrary unknown N-qubit entangled state from a sender to a fixed receiver under M controllers(M < N) is proposed. The quantum resources required are M non-maximally entangled Greenberger-Home-Zeilinger (GHZ) state and N-M non-maximally entangled Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs. The sender performs N generalized Bell-state measurements on the 2N particles. Controllers take M single-particle measurement along x-axis, and the receiver needs to introduce one auxiliary two-level particle to extract quantum information probabilistically with the fidelity unit if controllers cooperate with it.  相似文献

A continuous-wave (CW) 457 nm blue laser operating at the power of 4.2 W is demonstrated by using a fiber coupled laser diode module pumped Nd: YVO4 and using LBO as the intra-cavity SHG crystal With the optimization of laser cavity and crystal parameters, the laser operates at a very high efficiency. When the pumping power is about 31 W, the output at 457nm reaches 4.2 W, and the optical to optical conversion efficiency is about 13.5% accordingly. The stability of the out putpower is better than 1.2% for 8 h continuously working.  相似文献

It is well known that adding more antennas at the transmitter or at the receiver may offer larger channel capacity in the multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) communication systems. In this letter, a simple proof is presented for the fact that the channel capacity increases with an increase in the number of receiving antennas.
