在分析零件事物特性表的基础上,提出了基于系列化配置原理的产品设计技术.分析了使用该技术的产品开发的一般流程.研究了将产品配置和工艺配置在同一配置表中的存储技术;从三维CAD产品模型中进行特征提取的算法;零件工序简图的自动生成技术等关键技术和算法.以发动机气门产品为研究对象,使用UML的包图设计了发动机气门产品设计系统的组件模型,基于该组件模型和SolidWorks 三维CAD平台,使用Visual C 6.0实现了原型系统.  相似文献

由于传统的产品设计流程存在较多弊端,如何缩短产品设计周期显得尤为重要。借助描述标准化和规范化的产品信息的事物特性表,基于大批量定制产品的开发设计技术上,以Solidworks为具体应用对象,研究了基于事物特性表进行产品变型设计的原理及关键技术,通过二次开发技术,实现了产品变型设计的方法和过程。最后,通过应用实例,验证了方法的可行性,并且给出了基于事物特性表的敏捷设计系统流程。  相似文献

该文基于物元动态系统理论提出了产品虚实模型、产品潜显模型、产品正负模型等产品创新设计模型,分析了产品的同素多构性、一关系多实体性、同构多素性、虚实统一性、一显多潜性、一正多负性等性质。给出在一定的条件下,异构同功,异素同功、同潜产品同功,以及同正产品可互相转化产品、同负产品可互相转化的产品创新设计新原理。新模型和新原理有利于开发计算机辅助产品创新设计系统CAPCDS。  相似文献

In recent years, there has been a paradigm shift on providing design services from manufacturing/marketing to sustainability. Although a number of studies have been conducted on sustainable issues in many aspects, impacts such as multidisciplinary integration and product life-cycle consideration have not been thoroughly investigated. Therefore, it is worthwhile to investigate into the integration of functional, marketing, and commercial perspectives with product sustainability in the early stage of product conceptualization. In this study, a sustainable product conceptualization system (SPCS) is proposed. The product platform of a specific product is first generated by designers or domain experts using general sorting, a requirement acquisition technique, and design knowledge hierarchy (DKH), a knowledge representation structure. Based on the product platform, initial design options can be obtained using morphological configuration, i.e., combining different part options. Subsequently, the Hopfield network is used to narrow down initial design space based on initial design criteria solicited by domain experts. To select the preferred design options for the purpose of sustainable product conceptualization, the sustainability-cost pairs can be obtained based on the rated sustainability and cost criteria solicited using repertory grids by domain experts. Consequently, the results are discussed on the coordination between product sustainability degree and cost efficiency. A case study on cellular-phone design is conducted for system illustration.  相似文献

This paper presents an extended object model for case-based reasoning (CBR) in product configuration design. In the extended object model, a few methods of knowledge expression are adopted, such as constraints, rules, objects, etc. On the basis of extended object model, case representation model for CBR is applied to product configuration design system. The product configuration knowledge can be represented by the extended object. The model can support all the processes of CBR in product configuration design, such as case representation, indexing, retrieving, and case revising. The presented model is an extension of the traditional object-oriented model by including the relationship class used to express the relation between the cases, constraints class used in the product configuration knowledge representation, index class used in case retrieving, and solution class used in case revising. Therefore, the product configuration knowledge used in the product configuration design can be represented by using this model. In the end, a metering pump product configuration design system is developed on the basis of the proposed product configuration model to support customized products.  相似文献

We present an approach to model-driven software product line engineering which is based on feature models and domain models. A feature model describes both common and varying properties of the instances of a software product line. The domain model is composed of a structural model (package and class diagrams) and a behavioral model (story diagrams). Features are mapped onto the domain model by annotating elements of the domain model with features. An element of a domain model is specific to the features included in its feature annotation. An instance of the product line is defined by a set of selected features (a feature configuration). A configuration of the domain model is built by excluding all elements whose feature set is not included in the feature configuration. To ensure consistency of the configured domain model, we define constraints on the annotations of inter-dependent domain model elements. These constraints guarantee that a model element may be selected only when the model elements are also included on which it depends. Violations of dependency constraints may be removed automatically with the help of an error repair tool which propagates features to dependent model elements.  相似文献

Dynamic software product lines (DSPLs) propose elaborated design and implementation principles for engineering highly configurable runtime-adaptive systems in a sustainable and feature-oriented way. For this, DSPLs add to classical software product lines (SPL) the notions of (1) staged (pre-)configurations with dedicated binding times for each individual feature, and (2) continuous runtime reconfigurations of dynamic features throughout the entire product life cycle. Especially in the context of safety- and mission-critical systems, the design of reliable DSPLs requires capabilities for accurately specifying and validating arbitrary complex constraints among configuration parameters and/or respective reconfiguration options. Compared to classical SPL domain analysis which is usually based on Boolean constraint solving, DSPL validation, therefore, further requires capabilities for checking temporal properties of reconfiguration processes. In this article, we present a comprehensive approach for modeling and automatically verifying essential validity properties of staged reconfiguration processes with complex binding time constraints during DSPL domain engineering. The novel modeling concepts introduced are motivated by (re-)configuration constraints apparent in a real-world industrial case study from the automation engineering domain, which are not properly expressible and analyzable using state-of-the-art SPL domain modeling approaches. We present a prototypical tool implementation based on the model checker SPIN and present evaluation results obtained from our industrial case study, demonstrating the applicability of the approach.  相似文献

Product family design and product configuration based on data mining technology is identified as an intelligent and automated means to improve the efficiency of product development. However, few of previous literatures have proposed systematic product family design method based on data mining technology. To make up for this deficiency, this research put forward a systematic data-mining-based method for product family design and product configuration. First, the customer requirement information and product engineering information in the historical order are formatted into structural data. Second, principal component analysis is performed on historical orders to extract the customers' differentiated needs. Third, association rule algorithm is introduced to mine the rules between differentiated needs and module instances in the historical orders, thus obtained the configuration knowledge between customer needs and product engineer. Forth, the mined rules are used to construct association rule-based classifier (CBA) that is employed to sort out the best product configuration schemes as popular product variants. Fifth, sequence alignment technique is employed to identify modules for popular product variants, so that the module instances are divided into optional, common and special module, respectively, thereby the product platform is generated based on common modules. Finally, according to new customer needs, the CBA classifier is used to recommend the best configuration schemes, and then popular product variants are configured based on the product platform. The feasibility of the proposed method is demonstrated by the product family design example of desktop computer hosts.  相似文献
