以固化剂、偶联剂及水泥用量,填料种类及其用量、促进剂及其用量等因素为考察对象,进行正交实验设计,考察了环氧胶黏剂中各组分用量对其剪切粘接强度的影响,并测试了其粘接性能及动态黏弹力学性能,同时进行了傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)结构表征和热重(TGA)分析。通过粘接性能测试,得到了自制固化剂复配环氧树脂及不同助剂的最优配方:环氧树脂100份、固化剂30份、偶联剂5份、水泥120份、填料10份、促进剂2.8份,该环氧胶黏剂的剪切粘接强度为22.0MPa左右,拉伸强度为12.50MPa左右,冲击强度为9.41kJ/m2。TGA表明:环氧胶黏剂在低于335℃时,热稳定性比较好,保留率为90%以上。DMA测试得到:该胶玻璃化温度Tg为50℃左右。通过探索,混凝土哑铃型试件水中固化环氧胶黏剂的拉伸粘接强度达2.5MPa以上。  相似文献

以改性胶液作为组分1,豆粕粉作为组分2,通过常温复配的技术手段制备了一种双组分豆粕基胶黏剂,并利用旋转流变仪对其流变行为进行了研究。结果表明:添加改性胶液的双组分豆粕基胶黏剂黏度增加,但剪切变稀现象与添加自来水的豆粕基胶黏剂保持一致;豆粕粉添加量对胶黏剂在高剪切速率下的流变行为的影响较为明显;Z试剂对胶黏剂在低配比(豆粕粉添加量≤10%)、低剪切速率(≤500 s-1)下的流变行为影响较大;填料和表面活性剂只影响豆粕基胶黏剂的黏度而不改变其剪切流变行为。  相似文献

在Brabender单螺杆挤出机上用狭缝型毛细管流变口模测试硅烷接枝高密度聚乙烯体系的加工流变特征。实验表明,硅烷交联聚乙烯为假塑性流体,配方的变化对其流变性有较大影响,引发剂、催化剂含量增加,熔体工增大;硅烷用量增加熔体粘度先增后减,出现了个极值。  相似文献

交联氧化淀粉胶黏剂的制备及性能研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用交联氧化法,先用高锰酸钾氧化可溶性淀粉制得低取代度氧化淀粉,再用戊二醛交联成交联氧化淀粉主剂,最后在高温无水条件下加入甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)得到氨基甲酸酯交联氧化淀粉胶黏剂。初步探讨了交联氧化机理,分析了交联氧化淀粉胶黏剂的影响因素,利用红Pb(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)对其进行了表征,对产品的各项性能进行测试研究。结果表明,氧化程度影响其粘结性能,低取代度氧化淀粉粘结性好,且有利于淀粉进一步交联反应,交联提高淀粉耐水性,TDI能够显著提高氧化淀粉的耐水性和粘结强度。当淀粉浓度为10%,高锰酸钾用量为0.0290g,戊二醛用量为2mL,TDI用量为1mL时,制得的交联氧化淀粉胶黏剂的耐水时间为24d。  相似文献

研究开发以淀粉为主要原料的环保型胶黏剂替代"三醛类"木材胶黏剂,对彻底解决人造板及其制品的甲醛释放问题具有重要意义。以野生葛根淀粉为原料,通过降黏处理,并与聚醋酸乙烯酯和异氰酸酯复配,制备出胶合强度达到国家Ⅱ类要求的淀粉基木材胶黏剂。研究了降黏剂用量、降黏时间、聚醋酸乙烯酯和异氰酸酯用量对淀粉基木材胶黏剂胶合强度的影响。优化工艺条件下制备胶黏剂胶接胶合板的胶合强度为1.89 MPa,能够满足国家Ⅱ类胶合板强度要求。  相似文献

介绍了一种新型快速固化环氧胶黏剂的研制过程及其性能。选用不同固化剂和增韧剂,以及通过调整固化剂和增韧剂的添加量,对胶黏剂配方进行了优选。在固化工艺方面,研究了固化剂含量和固化温度对于凝胶时间的影响。当增韧剂Q含量在15—20份(质量)时,固化剂在21—24份(质量)时,胶黏剂的剪切强度和剥离强度最佳。结果表明,所研制的胶黏剂具有良好的耐湿热老化和耐介质性能,该胶黏剂同时具有胶接强度高和固化工艺方便的优点。  相似文献

预聚物作为胶黏剂的主要成膜物质,它的性能基本决定了固化后胶黏剂的主要性能.采用不同类型的丙烯酸酯共混聚合的方法研究了预聚物对紫外光固化胶黏剂性能的影响.主要讨论了预聚物的种类、含量及复配对胶黏剂的固化速率、黏附力及粘接强度的影响.实验发现预聚物的种类和含量是胶黏剂的主要影响因素,脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯6148J和改性脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯6079性能较好,且二者比列为3:7,含量为50%时胶黏剂综合性能较好.  相似文献

UV胶黏剂的固化收缩率与固化后的残留应力乃至粘接强度有着密切关系。对比UV胶黏剂中不同丙烯酸单体、几种低聚物和阳离子单体的收缩率和相应的粘接强度。讨论了单体和树脂类型对收缩率和粘接强度的影响。介绍了以低收缩丙烯酸酯树脂和阳离子树脂为主体树脂,以低收缩单体为稀释剂、配合填料和适当增强剂制备出混合型UV胶黏剂。该胶黏剂粘接强度和耐久性好,其固化收缩率为3.5%,远低于普通自由基型UV胶黏剂。经湿热老化试验后,粘接强度保持率仍保持在80%。  相似文献

Renewable resources, including vegetable oils, can be used as feedstock for the manufacture of pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA) that can compete with those derived from petrochemical sources, but with the environmental benefit of being sustainable. Completely bio‐based PSA with tunable viscoelastic properties were synthesized from mixtures of epoxidized soybean oil and sebacic acid by a solvent‐free one‐step reaction, in the absence of catalyst. Curing conditions and pot‐life were determined for formulations with stoichiometric acid/epoxy ratio. Curing time ranged from the gel point (tgel) to tgel + 30 min at the selected temperature (170 °C) to study the correlation between the reaction, rheological behavior, and potential adhesive performance. These renewable PSA can be tailored by controlling the curing parameters according to the desired application, since the rheological profile and gel content were greatly dependent on the curing conditions. In particular, the obtained adhesives cured at 170 °C between 65 and 75 min showed the best balance between tack and cohesion.  相似文献

The thermoset epoxy systems of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A (DGEBA) and different imidazoles (unsubstituted imidazole, N-methyl-im., 2-methyl-im., 4(5)-methyl-im., 2-ethyl,4-methyl-im., 2-ethyl-im., 2-phenyl-im.) as catalytical curing agents were characterized. From microcalorimetric experiments it was deduced that each molecule of imidazole induces more than 20 epoxy groups to undergo polyaddition. Therefore, optimum glass transition temperature-ranges can be obtained with 0.025 to 0.05 mol of catalyst/equivalent of epoxy. The different alkyl-and aryl-substituted imidazoles show rather similar catalytic effects, with the kinetics differing by a factor of 3 at most. Mechanical properties (flexural modulus and strength, ultimate strain and fracture toughness) at ambient temperature do not correlate with the crosslinking density of the polymer network.  相似文献

The effects of different curing and post-heating treatment procedures on the electrical properties of isotropic conductive adhesives (ICAs) were investigated in this work. The results showed that the bulk resistivity of ICAs cured by multi-step method was lower than that cured by the one-step method, even though they were cured for the same periods. It was also found that the electrical resistance of ICAs continued to decrease during the subsequent post-heating treatment processes. The in situ monitoring the variations in electrical resistance was studied during the curing and post-heating treatment process, and it was found that the cooling process continued to decrease the electrical resistivity of ICAs. The trend of the evidence has been consistent and indicated that the internal stress of ICAs, which depended on the curing and post-heating treatment temperatures, had a significant effect on the electrical resistivity of ICAs. Meanwhile, it was proved that the bulk resistivity of ICAs increased as the internal stress of ICAs weakened by the addition of PEG.  相似文献

采用曼尼希反应,将玉米芯木质素改性制备木质素胺(AL),然后与水性聚酰胺(PAE)、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(PEGDE)混合,以豆粕粉为原料,通过AL/PAE/PEGDE改性制备高固体含量的豆粕基胶黏剂(豆胶)。对豆胶性能进行表征和测试,结果表明:复合改性豆胶固化后的红外谱图中酰胺Ⅰ带吸收峰由1632 cm^(-1)处蓝移至1640 cm^(-1),酰胺Ⅱ带吸收峰由1533 cm^(-1)蓝移至1538 cm^(-1),此现象说明固化豆胶中形成了结构致密相互交联的网状结构;热重分析结果也说明PAE、PEGDE、AL与蛋白质分子之间形成了结构更为致密的网络结构;流变行为分析显示固化豆胶具有假塑性流体的特征;改性豆胶含固体高达42.5%,而表观黏度仅为3746 mPa·s,具有较好的涂布性能,适于工业化应用;所得胶合板的胶合强度为0.86 MPa,合格率100%,符合国家Ⅱ类胶合板的标准要求(胶合强度≥0.70 MPa,合格率≥90%)。  相似文献

利用HAAKE流变仪的D100/300测量系统,对聚苯乙烯/苯乙烯(PS/St)、高抗冲聚苯乙烯/苯乙烯(HIPS/St)及甲基硅油/环已烷等体系的流变行为进行了测定。测得40%PS/St和50%HIPS/St的平均流变行为指数分别为0.998和0.969,可近似作为牛顿流体处理。甲基硅油则是典型的牛顿流体,并得出了其粘度的关联式。  相似文献

The optical, mechanical and durability performance of selected epoxy, polyester, UV-curable acrylic, cyanoacrylate and silicone adhesives were evaluated and measured for bonding applications of optically transparent glasses in the visible and infra-red regions of the electromagnetic spectra.

From the initially selected adhesives only the UV-curable modified acrylic, two-component silicone and room temperature cured epoxy, were found to be of high performance characteristics, having good transmission properties and enhanced endurance in a combination of heat and humidity and following thermal cycling.

Sodium chloride substrates served as adherends for the transmission characterization of the optical adhesives, due to their high transmission properties in the 0.4-10 m μ spectral range. A modified lap shear specimen was designed for studying the mechanical properties and failure mechanisms of the adhesives and their durability in a humid and not environment. Finally, a two-piece glass doublet was used for investigating the optomechanical characteristics of the optical adhesive following environmental conditioning and thermal shock cycling.

Due to the inherent C-C bond, polymer adhesives are limited in utility, as far as transparency is concerned, close to 3.5 μm and in most of the 8-12 μm spectral range.  相似文献
