介绍芳纶骨架材料和EP帆布的性能和应用。芳纶骨架材料强度和模量高,断裂伸长率和密度较小;耐热性能好,受热后强度保持率高;对腐蚀物、霉菌和锈蚀不敏感。高模量低收缩(HMLS)EP浸胶帆布强度高,耐热性能佳,干热收缩率低,尺寸稳定性好,密度小;低硬度高曲率(HCLH)EP浸胶帆布有利于解决胶带通过转弯处时起褶和过度跑长问题。芳纶骨架材料适合在高性能橡胶制品中应用,HMLS和HCLHEP浸胶帆布的使用有利于提高胶带的性能。 相似文献

采用大型非线性有限元分析软件MSC.Marc/Mentat 2005对帆布芯输送带硫化过程热传导进行模拟.模拟结果表明,随着硫化时间的延长,输送带断面各节点间温度梯度减小;达到一定硫化时间后,各节点间温度梯度均为零,此时硫化导热达到平衡状态.根据模拟结果可计算出输送带各部位均达到正硫化状态时的等效硫化时间,从而为输送带硫化工艺确定提供参考. 相似文献

鉴于普通叠层帆布输送带阻燃效果差、PVC浸渍整芯输送带使用寿命短,认为开发阻燃叠层帆布输送带很有必要。采用浸胶法制备了阻燃PP和EP帆布用以生产阻燃叠层帆布输送带。阻燃浸渍胶液主要由卤代烃类混合溶剂、CR、叔丁基酚醛树脂及溴类、有机磷类、三氧化二锑和硼酸锌等阻燃剂组成。详细描述了浸渍胶液的制备和阻燃浸胶帆布的生产,并分析了阻燃浸胶帆布的生产成本和市场前景。 相似文献

Structural changes during the creep process of ultrahigh‐strength polyethylene fiber (UHSPE) were investigated using X‐ray and the solid‐state NMR techniques. As the creep strain increases, the quantity of the amorphous phase area estimated by the 13C‐NMR method increases until the final creep rupture. On the other hand, the amorphous quantity estimated by the X‐ray method does not change noticeably. To explain this contrast, we proposed a new model that illustrates how the defects such as chain ends incorporated into the crystalline phase are excluded from the crystallite and agglomerate to generate a new amorphous area, which has a size hardly detected by the X‐ray method. Thin adhesive composite films were prepared by melt‐compounding and compression molding of a thermoplastic resin (Paraloid® B72) widely used for art protection and restoration with a microcrystalline cellulose powder (MCC). To simulate an oil painting restoration work, MCC‐based composites were applied as lining adhesives on two kinds of canvases (English linen and woven polyester). Interestingly, single–lap shear tests both in quasi‐static and creep conditions showed a remarkable stabilizing effect provided by MCC addition. Post‐mortem microstructural analysis of the overlap adhesive area proved how MCC introduction did not change the fracture behavior of the bonded joints. The visual assessment of transparency and color measurements evidenced a chromatic variation of MCC‐based films with a filler amount of 30 wt%, while, UV‐vis analysis showed a decrease of relative transmittance in proportion to the MCC content. Additionally, rheological tests highlighted a viscosity increase for Paraloid B72 in both dry and wet conditions (T = 23°C and RH = of 55%) as the MCC content increases. POLYM. ENG.
