Experimental and Quantum Studies on Adsorption and Corrosion Inhibition Effect on Mild Steel in Hydrochloric Acid by Thiophene Derivatives 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The inhibition effect of synthesized diethyl 3,4-bis(4-methoxybenzylideneamino) thieno[2,3-b]thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylate(Inh I) and diethyl 3,4-bis(benzylideneamino) thieno[2,3-b]thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylate(Inh Ⅱ),on corrosion of mild steel in 15%HC1 solution was investigated using weight loss measurements,electrochemical polarization,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques.The experimental results show that the inhibition efficiency of studied inhibitors increased with the increase of inhibitors concentration but decreased with the increase of temperature.Corrosion inhibition efficiencies of 94.5%and 92.1%were obtained with 250 ppm of Inh I and Inh Ⅱ at 303 K,respectively.The potentiodynamic polarization measurements indicate that the studied inhibitors act as mixed inhibitor.The thermodynamic parameters of the corrosion and adsorption processes were calculated and evaluated.The adsorption of these inhibitors was found to obey Langmuir adsorption isotherm.Scanning electron microscopy was used to characterize the surface morphology of the mild steel specimens in presence and absence of inhibitors.The mechanism of the inhibition process was discussed in the light of the chemical structure and quantum-chemical calculations of the investigated inhibitors. 相似文献

采用电化学阻抗和动电位极化曲线研究了磷酸三乙酯(TEP)对Cu在0.5 mol/L盐酸溶液中的缓蚀作用,考察了TEP与稀土Ce4+对Cu在0.5 mol/L盐酸溶液中的协同作用。结果表明,在TEP浓度不变的情况下,随着Ce4+浓度的增加,缓蚀率先增后减,当Ce4+浓度为1.0 mmol/L时,缓蚀效果最好。在Ce4+浓度不变的情况下,随着TEP浓度的增加,缓蚀率逐渐增大。当复配缓蚀剂浓度为1 mmol/LCe4++58.7 mmol/L TEP时,其缓蚀率达到最大,为80.6%。 相似文献

The inhibition effect of Rhodanine on the corrosion performance of mild steel (MS) was studied in 0.5 M HCl solution. For
this purpose, potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and long-term corrosion tests including
hydrogen evolution and change in open-cirquit potential during immersion time were used. To determine activation energy of
corrosion process, potentiodynamic polarization curves were also obtained in a temperature range from 298 to 328 K. The results
show that Rhodanine effectively inhibits the MS corrosion in hydrochloric acid solution.

The protection effects of tin, zinc, nickel, iron, and copper chlorides and their binary mixtures with cadmium chloride or thallium nitrate were compared, their effective concentrations being equal. In some cases, the mixtures proved to be better inhibitors than their constituents. 目的对N,N'-二(二苯基膦基)-1-苯乙胺(NPM)的合成、结构表征及其在盐酸介质中对碳钢的缓蚀性能进行研究。方法用红外光谱、元素分析和熔点测试等方法对NPM的结构进行表征,采用静态失重法、动电位极化曲线法和电化学阻抗法研究NPM在盐酸介质中对碳钢的缓蚀作用,研究腐蚀体系温度、HCl浓度、NPM浓度和腐蚀体系静置时间对NPM缓蚀率的影响,探讨NPM在碳钢表面上的吸附机理。结果动电位极化曲线法研究结果表明NPM是一种混合型缓蚀剂。NPM的缓蚀率随NPM浓度的增加而增大,当NPM的质量浓度为140 mg/L时,NPM在25℃的1.0 mol/L HCl溶液中的缓蚀率达到94.71%;NPM的缓蚀率随腐蚀体系温度的升高而降低,随HCl浓度的增大而减小,但随腐蚀体系静置时间的延长缓蚀率逐渐增大。NPM在碳钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温方程式,属于自发进行的物理和化学吸附。结论所合成的化合物NPM是一种高效的混合型有机缓蚀剂。 相似文献

目的开发盐酸清洗领域的天然绿色缓蚀剂。方法通过95%乙醇浸提法从猪殃殃草茎叶中提取植物缓蚀剂,用红外光谱(FTIR)表征了其主要官能团,采用失重法、极化曲线和电化学阻抗(EIS)谱研究了其在1 mol/L盐酸介质中对Q235钢的缓蚀性能,并探讨了缓蚀机理。结果猪殃殃草提取物可明显减缓Q235钢在1 mol/L盐酸介质中的腐蚀,属阴极控制为主的混合型缓蚀剂,缓蚀效率随其浓度的增加而增大,当其质量浓度达到1.2 g/L时,25℃下的缓蚀效率可达82%以上,受浸泡时间的影响不大。其缓蚀机理为"几何覆盖效应",有效缓蚀成分在Q235钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir等温式,吸附平衡常数为10.62 L/g,且属于物理吸附。结论在1 mol/L盐酸溶液介质中,猪殃殃草提取物对Q235钢的缓蚀作用明显,是一种在盐酸清洗领域有一定应用价值的环境友好型缓蚀剂。 相似文献
