通过试井获得地层压力、产量等动态监测资料再借助现代试井分析技术可获取对储层的认知,进而预测气井产能,评价生产状况。而海上气井由于受作业条件、作业成本等因素限制,不便经常开展试井作业,这在一定程度了影响了对气藏的认知。而生产数据分析技术可直接从产量与油压关系出发,通过对特征曲线进行拟合分析,对单井生产动态进行诊断,同时获取地层参数及单井动态储量。将生产数据分析技术引入东海某气藏的单井动态分析中,井的生产动态拟合程度较好,地层参数的评价结果可靠性较高。应用结果表明:可直接采用生产数据借助典型曲线对储层参数进行评价,并为单井产量安排提供依据。该方法对于陆上不便进行压力测试的气井的动态分析具有一定的借鉴意义。 相似文献

Filling and coloring effect of pearl shell powder and dye-loaded pearl shell powder on polypropylene
Dye-loaded shell powder (DPSP), as a novel filler and pigment, was fabricated from pearl shell powder (PSP) and Direct Red 28. PSP (mean diameter of 1.94 μm) and DPSP (mean diameter of 1.62 μm) were individually incorporated into polypropylene (PP), and the mechanical, crystallization, and color properties of PSP/PP and DPSP/PP composites were investigated. As compared to PSP, DPSP exhibited superior reinforcing and toughening effects on PP, due to the ameliorated filler–polymer interfacial interaction. The optimal additive amount of DPSP was determined as 10 wt %, under which the tensile strength of PP was raised from 33.17 to 35.37 MPa, flexural strength from 41.16 to 44.35 MPa, and impact strength from 3.77 to 5.98 kJ/m2. In comparison with PSP/PP, higher content of β-PP phase was confirmed in DPSP/PP composites. Furthermore, uniform redness distribution was achieved in DPSP/PP specimens, demonstrating the good coloration performance of DPSP. In mollusks, the inner shell film is located in the shell-mantle zone and it is important in shell formation. In this study, we found that the film was composed of two individual films under certain states and some columnar structures were observed between the two individual films. The inner shell film was separated with the process of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) treatment and the film proteins were extracted. Amino acid analysis showed that the film proteins may consist of shell framework proteins. The calcite crystallization experiment showed that the film proteins could inhibit the growth of calcite, while the CaCO(3) precipitation experiment showed that the film proteins could accelerate the rate of CaCO(3) precipitation. All these results suggested that the film plays an important role in shell formation. It may facilitate the aragonite formation by inhibiting the growth of calcite and accelerate the shell growth by promoting the precipitation of CaCO(3) crystals. 相似文献

A series of epoxy resin (EP) composites were prepared using ground pearl shell powders, which had been calcined at various temperatures. The EP composite containing ~ 3% weight content of the calcined pearl shell powder had the highest impact strength and the presence of silane agent was found to be essential for the composite formulation. The impact strengths of the resultant EP composites were highly influenced by the specific surface area, surface morphological structure, and chemical composition of the calcined pearl shell powder. The highest mechanical improvement was obtained for the EP composite prepared with the pearl shell powder calcined at 700°C for 3 h. The layered biopolymeric materials were completely degraded for the pearl shell powder calcined at 700°C, resulting in “sponge‐like” or “net‐like” porous calcium carbonate powder. However, the degradation of the layered biopolymeric materials was not complete for the calcinations at lower temperatures (<600°C), while calcium carbonate decomposed to form calcium oxide at higher temperatures (>800°C). The mechanical improvements of the processed EP composites have been discussed along with the chemical compositions and surface microstructures of the incorporated pearl shell powders. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Multiple shell and tube heat exchangers in the series are employed to handle the temperature cross in the chemical process industries. Depending on the degree of temperature cross, certain number of heat exchangers (either E or F shell type) need to be connected in series such that the temperature cross in each exchanger is within allowable limit. Determination of the number of exchangers for the given terminal temperatures is essential during heat exchanger design phase. In this paper, using finite difference calculus, modeling has been done to calculate the number of shells required for both E and F shell cases. In addition, equations are developed to determine hot and cold fluid temperature profiles across all heat exchangers. Design procedure is illustrated with the help of a case study and the capital cost of both cases is compared. Issues related to E shell and F shells are also discussed. 相似文献
