微带发夹型阶梯阻抗滤波器有尺寸小、成本低、易于集成和寄生通带可调节等特点,在微波电路中有着广泛的应用。文章设计了一个X 波段阶梯阻抗滤波器,中心频率为8.1GHz,带宽超过400MHz ,在7.9 GHz -8.3 GHz 的通带内插损优于3.5dB,带内波动小于1dB,在6.5GHz 和9GHz 处衰减大于50dB,滤波器尺寸为10mm*10mm。  相似文献

利用小型化的阶梯阻抗谐振器设计了一种交叉耦合带通滤波器.引入的交叉耦合结构在带外产生了一对传输零点以更好地抑制带外干扰信号而不影响通带特性.由于采用了小型化的阶梯阻抗谐振器,交叉耦合带通滤波器尺寸大为减小,同时寄生通带移向更高端.实验和仿真结果基本一致.  相似文献

耦合谐振电路在微波滤波器的设计,尤其是在窄带滤波器的过程中起着非常重要的作用。本文采用 基于耦合系数和外部品质因数的耦合谐振电路滤波器的方法设计了X 波段的开环交叉耦合微带带通滤波器。由于 引入非相邻谐振器之间的交叉耦合,在滤波器的输入端口和输出端口之间有多个通路,这种多径结构能在有限频率 处产生多个传输零点,而且通过调整传输零点的位置,可以调整滤波器选择性和带内群时延性能。设计的滤波器在 介电常数为2. 2、厚度为0. 254mm 的RO5880 介质板上加工,测试结果显示,该滤波器具有结构简单紧凑、损耗低、选 择性高、带外抑制极佳的特点,具有较好的工程应用价值。  相似文献

设计了一种基于1/4波长阶梯阻抗谐振器(SIR)的交叉耦合微带双频带通滤波器,利用SIR终端加载的金属化短路通孔实现K倒置器,利用谐振器之间的级间耦合实现J倒置器,通过相邻谐振器之间的级联耦合和不相邻谐振器之间的交叉耦合,完成了四阶双频带通滤波器的设计。滤波器两个通带的中心频率分别为3.78GHz和8.69GHz,中心频率比大于2,对应的插入损耗分别为-1.28dB和-2.29dB,带内回波损耗分别为-12.38dB和-25.0dB。测量结果和仿真结果基本吻合,实现了双频带通滤波器的小型化和低损耗。  相似文献

结合阶梯阻抗谐振器的设计方法, 设计了一款基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)工艺的阶梯阻抗谐振器带通滤波器。所设计带通滤波器除了顶部、底部接地板,中间共有三层结构, 各个相邻的谐振器之间进行宽边耦合。该带通滤波器有两个谐振腔, 中心频率约为10 GHz, 通带范围为8.9 GHz 到11.7 GHz。该带通滤波器有效地减小了体积, 总体积为3.2 mm×1.6 mm×1.7 mm。  相似文献

交指带通滤波器是工程应用中常用的带通滤波器,但随着产品的小型化及带外抑制性能要求的多样化,常规交指带通滤波器在使用上受到较多限制。文中设计了一种新型SIR交指型微带带通滤波器结构,对常规交指微带带通滤波器进行小型化以及抑制性能优化。这种滤波器通过引入1 4波长SIR结构缩小单个谐振单元尺寸进行小型化,并引入发夹结构,通过其自身谐振特性以及交叉耦合在左端引入一传输零点,达到改善抑制性能的目的。通过HFSS建模仿真比对了同指标的两种结构滤波器特性,分析得出各自适用的抑制要求。测试结果表明,设计的带通滤波器性能曲线与仿真曲线相吻合,符合设计要求。  相似文献

介绍了一种新颖的微带三模谐振器,由该谐振器构成的微带滤波器具有较宽的通带以及较好的带外抑制。对传统的单模微带环形谐振器结构进行优化,使谐振器在通带内具有三个谐振点,并且在通带边缘有四个对称衰减极点。引入的阶梯阻抗谐振单元使得微带三模谐振器具有良好的带外抑制。依据传输线原理对宽阻带三模谐振器进行了分析,并完成了中心频率为1090 MHz的宽阻带带通滤波器设计和加工,其实际测试结果与软件仿真结果具有良好的一致性。  相似文献

通过在Hairp in滤波器的非相邻谐振间并联一段长度为λ0/2奇数倍的微带线使得在滤波器的通带两侧产生一对传输零点,构成一种新的微带Hairp in带通滤波器。该类滤波器的设计避免了交叉耦合带通滤波器求解耦合系数的复杂过程。最后给出了该类型滤波器的设计实例,仿真、测试结果证实了设计方法的正确性。  相似文献

A novel wideband bandpass filter with a very compact size is presented in this article. Using a side-coupled stepped impedance resonator, wideband characteristics with adjustable centre frequency and 3-dB fractional bandwidth can be obtained easily. Finally, a filter sample is designed and fabricated to provide an experimental verification on the proposed topology. Good insertion/return losses, flat group delay, wide bandwidth as well as ultra compact size are achieved as demonstrated in both simulation and experiment, which makes this filter a very promising candidate for applications in future wideband communication system.  相似文献

A dual-mode microstrip bandpass filter using the degenerate modes of a modified square ring structure is proposed. The size of the new structure is 50% less than conventional dual-mode bandpass microstrip square resonator filters at the same centre frequency. Bandpass filters with an optimal rejection bandwidth are designed using parallel-coupled stepped impedance resonators (SIRs). The fundamental (f/sub o/) and higher order resonant harmonics of an SIR are analyzed against the length ratio of the high-Z and low-Z segments. It is found that an optimal length ratio can be obtained for each high-Z to low-Z impedance ratio to maximize the upper rejection bandwidth. A tapped-line input/output structure is exploited to create two extra transmission zeros in the stopband. The singly loaded Q(Q/sub si/) of a tapped SIR is derived. With the aid of Q/sub si/, the two zeros can be independently tuned over a wide frequency range. When the positions of the two zeros are purposely located at the two leading higher order harmonics, the upper rejection band can be greatly extended. Chebyshev bandpass filters with spurious resonances up to 4.4f/sub o/, 6.5f/sub o/, and 8.2f/sub o/ are fabricated and measured to demonstrate the idea.  相似文献

In this article, an ultra wideband bandpass filter using the dumbbell-etched stepped impedance resonator (SIR) is presented. The filter consists of a dumbbell-etched SIR with an impedance ratio K?>?1 and the enhanced coupled input/output lines. The SIR is folded into a dumbbell shape to achieve a smaller circuit size than the filter with conventional SIR. The bandwidth can be analysed using the image-parameter method to obtain the proper dimension of the coupled lines and verified using electromagnetic simulation. The measured 3?dB fractional bandwidth of 110% and insertion loss |S 21| less than 3?dB over the entire passband are achieved.  相似文献

A new compact ultra wideband (UWB) bandpass filter (BPF) using modified multi-mode resonator (MMR) is presented. The filter consists of a multi-mode resonator with dual spur-lines for providing the dual notch bands at 5.2 and 5.8 GHz and connected with a stepped impedance structure for controlling the transmission zeros at lower and higher passband edge. The interdigital coupling input/output (I/O) lines are used for coupling enhancement. The |S21|-magnitude and the frequencies of notch bands can be well determined by tuning the dimensions of the dual spur-lines. The designed procedures are discussed and good agreement between the measurement and EM simulation are compared.  相似文献

A miniaturized microstrip bandpass filter based on a rectangular dual spiral resonator (DSR) is proposed in this paper. The rectangular DSR bandpass filter is centered at 3.65 GHz to suit for Wireless LAN (IEEE802.11y) application. The proposed filter offers transmission zero at the high side of out-of-band response. Across the bandwidth, the measured minimum insertion loss is about 1.7 dB, while the measured return loss is better than 19 dB. Measurement results are good agreement and closed to the simulated ones. The total circuit size of the miniaturized bandpass filter is about 0.145λg by 0.135λg, where λg is the guided wavelength at 3.65 GHz.  相似文献

Compact dual-band bandpass filter (BPF) for the 5th generation mobile communication technology (5G) radio frequency (RF) front-end applications was presented based on multilayer stepped impedance resonators (SIRs). The multilayer dual-band SIR BPF can achieve high selectivity and four transmission zeros (TZs) near the passband edges by the quarter-wavelength tri-section SIRs. The multilayer dual-band SIR BPF is fabricated on a 3-layer FR-4 substrate with a compact dimension of 5.5 mm ×5.0 mm ×1.2 mm. The measured two passbands of themultilayer dual-band SIR BPF are 3.3 GHz -3.5 GHz and 4.8 GHz -5.0 GHz with insertion loss (IL) less than 2 dB respectively. Both measured and simulated results suggest that it is a possible candidate for the application of 5G RF front-end at sub-6 GHz frequency band.  相似文献
