1 前言 ZCG(ZrO_2-CaO-C)质浸入式水口,作为防止连铸时因Al_2O_3附着而引起水口内孔狭窄、堵塞的技术之一已实用化。其防止机理可理解为:水口内壁附着的Al_2O_3粒子与水口中ZrO_2-CaO骨料分解生成的CaO反应,生成低熔点化合物,继而被钢水除去。但是,目前实际上还存在着必须与吹Ar沸腾并用,以及防止附着效果不明显等不清楚之处。尤其是防止附着机理虽然有许多研究例子,但关于ZCG质  相似文献

镁质和白云石-碳试块系由不同等级的死烧中国镁砂和埃及白云石加工而成的。作为碳源采用10%~20%片状石墨以及适宜数量的沥青,采用甲阶酚醛树腊作为含碳结合剂及金属Al作为抗氧化剂。加工出的试块其抗氧化性、致密参数和常温耐压强度与还原气氛下在1500℃烧成后的固相组成和显微结构有关。在200%热处理镁碳和白云石-碳试块后常温耐压强度达到最大值,在还原气氛中于1000%烧成届稍微降低。这和沥青,树脂成分聚合成细的空心的纤维有关,持续达到1500℃。增加片状石墨的含量,从10%到15%和20%,在还原气氛中于1500℃烧成后体积密度随显气孔率的增加而显著降低。  相似文献

探讨了连铸用石英质及刚玉石墨质侵入式水口砖的生产工艺、性能及应用的现状。刚玉石墨质水口砖具有较低的抗热震性、较高的空气渗透性及在环保方面存在着危险性。在浇铸不脱氧钢及其它牌号钢时,采用以已知的方法改进的刚玉石墨质水口砖时仍未能解决铸孔堵塞的问题。按照传统工艺制造的石英质水口砖则消除了上述缺点,但是在浇铸低合金刚时,由于钢的构均不相同的石英质浸入式水口砖的对比试验结果表明,以石英玻璃为原料生产用于浇铸普通钢及低合金钢的制品的新型工艺和方法是有发展前途的。为了浇铸普通品种的钢,研制了结构经过改进的石英质浸式入水口砖,用它在板坯连铸机浇铸时,其寿命达720t钢,而资源性寿命为1200t钢。为了浇低合金钢,推荐采用经过变性处理的石英质水口砖,其使用寿命为360t钢,而资源性寿命为540t钢。  相似文献

An investigation was conducted to determine the hot modulus of rupture strength, the tendency to burst under iron oxide attack, the tendency to creep, and the hot-load-bearing strength of chromite-bearing basic refractories fired from 1400° to 2000°C. Petrographic examination was employed to define the mechanisms of improved bonding which resulted from firing at high temperatures. The results of these physical and chemical tests and the observed microstructure indicated that a greatly improved, highly stabilized basic refractory could be obtained by proper brick design and firing to temperatures of approximately 1700°C. Control of design features such as total silica content, chromite/periclase ratio, and chromite sizing was found to be necessary to achieve superior properties through high-temperature firing.  相似文献

Decarbonization of resin-bonded magnesia-graphite refractories, as one of the most important parameters for brick lining performance in service, has been studied kinetically in the temperature range from 1000° to 1400°C in air, where carbon burnout by oxygen is the dominant decarbonizing mechanism. The rate of carbon burnout was followed by gas analysis, measuring the amount of CO converted into CO2 as a function of reaction time. The experimental results have been rationalized using a mathematical model proposed for the oxidation kinetics, wherein the rate of inward diffusion of oxygen from the exterior atmosphere is predominant.  相似文献
