本文主要研究了如何利用SKILL汇编语言实现对PDK程序化QA,并且以MOS管为例,着重介绍了在实现自动化QA过程中出现的主要问题以及有关难点的解决方法。从而可以得出,PDK的QA是一项非常复杂化的设计工作,需要一套行之有效的设计开发流程。不仅需要对大量的参数进行处理,同时对PDK中每一项参数的变化也需要进行验证,量化,进而对整个数据包进行系统建模,整体验证等等。  相似文献

An overview of the MEMS activity at the French Space Agency (CNES) is presented. At present, MEMS are in the introduction phase and failure analysis and quality assurance (FA/QA) activities are underway for a large variety of MEMS technologies. This paper presents the CNES roadmap and methodology developed to assess the reliability of MEMS for space applications. The presented approach focuses, in particular, on the use of advanced analytical models, test vehicles, process control monitoring test structures and simulation tools to control and validate the quality of a technology. It also discusses the FA know-how and associated techniques acquired by CNES to observe, characterize, prepare and test in controlled environment MEMS processes. Finally, case studies illustrating the CNES MEMS FA/QA strategy are presented.  相似文献

Practical considerations for implementing the discrete extended Kalman filter in real time with a digital signal processor are discussed. The system considered is a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) without a position sensor, and the extended Kalman filter is designed for the online estimation of the speed and rotor position by only using measurements of the motor voltages and currents. The algorithms developed to allow efficient computation of the filter are presented. The computational techniques used to simplify the filter equations and their implementation in fixed-point arithmetic are discussed. Measurement of visual quality is of fundamental importance to numerous image and video processing applications. The goal of quality assessment (QA) research is to design algorithms that can automatically assess the quality of images or videos in a perceptually consistent manner. Image QA algorithms generally interpret image quality as fidelity or similarity with a "reference" or "perfect" image in some perceptual space. Such "full-reference" QA methods attempt to achieve consistency in quality prediction by modeling salient physiological and psychovisual features of the human visual system (HVS), or by signal fidelity measures. In this paper, we approach the image QA problem as an information fidelity problem. Specifically, we propose to quantify the loss of image information to the distortion process and explore the relationship between image information and visual quality. QA systems are invariably involved with judging the visual quality of "natural" images and videos that are meant for "human consumption." Researchers have developed sophisticated models to capture the statistics of such natural signals. Using these models, we previously presented an information fidelity criterion for image QA that related image quality with the amount of information shared between a reference and a distorted image. In this paper, we propose an image information measure that quantifies the information that is present in the reference image and how much of this reference information can be extracted from the distorted image. Combining these two quantities, we propose a visual information fidelity measure for image QA. We validate the performance of our algorithm with an extensive subjective study involving 779 images and show that our method outperforms recent state-of-the-art image QA algorithms by a sizeable margin in our simulations. Performance studies on LAN/MAN-BISDN interworking have mainly focused on the requirements of isochronous and connectionless services. In this paper we extend performance results to cover also the case of non-isochronous connection oriented (CO) services supported by the queued arbitrated (QA) mode of access of the DQDB protocol. Using this case we stress the more general issue of service integration impact on the interworking unit (IWU) architecture design in terms of protocol stacks and expected performance. We herein evaluate the performance of IWU architectures tailored to relay information in the lowest possible layer while implementing several service priority schemes and buffer management policies towards QoS objectives. The conditions under which the IWU design is efficient regarding performance, protocol complexity and implementation cost in this integrated services environment are identified.  相似文献

The lack of precise control of particle sizes is the critical challenge in the assembly of 3D interconnected transition‐metal oxide (TMO) for newly‐emerging energy conversion devices. A self‐embedded templating strategy for preparing the TMO@carbon quasiaerogels (TMO@C‐QAs) is proposed. By mimicking an aerogel structure at a microscale, the TMO@C‐QA successfully assembles size‐controllable TMO nanoparticles into 3D interconnected structure with surface‐enriched carbon species. The morphological evolutions of intermediates verify that the self‐embedded Ostwald ripening templating approach is responsible for the dual‐channel TMO@C‐QA formation. The general self‐embedded templating strategy is easily extended to prepare various TMO@C‐QAs, including the Co3O4@C‐QA, Mn3O4@C‐QA, Fe2O3@C‐QA, and NiO@C‐QA. Benefiting from the unparalleled 3D interconnected network of aerogels, the Co3O4@C‐QA displays superior bifunctional catalytic activities for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) and hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), as well as high specific capacity and excellent long‐term stability for lithium‐ion battery (LIB) anode. A proof‐of‐concept battery‐powered electrolyzer with Co3O4@C‐QA cathode and anode powered by a full LIB with Co3O4@C‐QA anode is presented. The battery‐powered electrolyzer made of the state‐of‐the‐art TMOs can exhibit great competitive advantages due to its supreme multifunctional energy conversion performance for future water electrolysis.  相似文献
