高速永磁电机铁耗的分析和计算   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2  
高速电机由于高频供电,定子铁心内磁场变化频率的增高,导致铁耗增大,准确的铁耗计算显得尤为重要.本文通过实际测量有取向电工钢片不同频率和不同轧制方向的铁心损耗,对实验数据进行回归分析,确定铁耗计算模型中磁滞和涡流损耗系数.通过有限元分析,根据定子铁心不同区域磁场的变化规律,综合考虑电机中交变与旋转磁场的影响,对一台额定转速为60000r/min的高速永磁电机的铁耗进行了分析计算,并与试验结果进行了比较.结果表明,考虑旋转磁场及谐波磁场分量影响时的铁心损耗更接近实际测量值.  相似文献

The use of larger high-speed synchronous motors is increasing in the process industry. For these applications there are two basic types of machines, i.e., laminated pole and solid pole. Motors of these designs are available for across the line starting in sizes to 50 000 hp at 1800 r/min. Even larger machines can be expected for future applications. While the theory behind the design and use of these machines is not new, problems are highlighted in the areas of motor starting and/or acceleration, torsional vibration, lateral vibration, couplings, excitation controls, and surge protection.  相似文献

This paper investigates a new approach to designing high-speed interior permanent-magnet (IPM) synchronous machines using a bi-state soft magnetic material. The bi-state material can have its normally high magnetic permeability permanently reduced in localized regions to that of air by means of heat treatment. This new work significantly expands a previous investigation by considering offset-coupled IPM machines that make it possible to significantly increase the rotor speed while retaining all of the other specifications of the 6-kW starter/alternator application. Lumped-parameter models, Monte Carlo optimization, and both electromagnetic and structural finite-element analysis are used to develop new offset-coupled IPM machine designs with the new material at speeds of 40 000 r/min or higher. Results from this work demonstrate that the bi-state material offers a promising approach for designing high-speed IPM machines that offer weight and volume advantages compared to their lower speed counterparts at comparable system cost.  相似文献

如何考虑磁场饱和的影响是当前电机设计中一个亟待解决的重要问题。近年来提出的冻结磁导率技术越来越多地被应用到电机负载电磁性能和参数计算中。本文详细阐述了冻结磁导率的原理及其在各种电机中的应用现状。研究表明,冻结磁导率技术可以用来精确分离各种电机负载状态下的电磁分量,如磁场、磁链、电感、转矩、转矩波动、反电势和端电压、弱磁性能以及径向力等均可以用冻结磁导率技术预测,并用来辅助电机及其驱动控制系统的设计。因此,冻结磁导率技术为高性能电机的研发提供了一个全新的方法。  相似文献

计算机辅助设计技术网络化能有效地整合各种科技资源,提升创新能力。该文提出了一种基于Web的网络化电机CAD系统架构和技术路线。阐述了网络化电机CAD系统的组成要素,信息流和数据流的传输特点。利用ActiveX组件技术和ASP(active server pages) Web应用程序开发技术,将电机CAD、ANSYS有限元分析和HTML有机结合。详细给出了电机设计ActiveX DLL的具体实现,建立了直接用网页浏览器进行电机设计仿真的集成平台,并给出具体示例,验证了系统架构的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

This paper presents the results of a study of magnetic rotor systems of high-speed electromechanical energy converters in the Ansoft Maxwell software package, followed by experimental test. Two magnetic systems were considered: with semicircular and cylindrical permanent magnets. It has been found out that the system with semicircular permanent magnets makes it possible to create an electromechanical energy converter with less dense current in the windings and lower losses at identical weight and dimensions. Moreover, the rotor magnet system with semicircular permanent magnets reduces mechanical stresses in the shrouding rotor shell and, correspondingly, its mechanical expansions during operation. We have considered a case of selecting the number of terminal pairs of high-speed electrical machines with permanent magnets, which required preliminary calculations of losses in the magnetic circuit with aimed parameters for different numbers of terminals.  相似文献

High-speed applications involve technical and economical advantages because, as direct drives, they avoid the gear as an additional mechanical drive component. Permanent-magnet synchronous machines (PMSMs) are attracting growing attention for high-speed drives. Surface-mounted PMSMs request a glass- or carbon-fiber bandage to fasten the magnets to the rotor surface at high speed. At rotors with "buried" magnets, the rotor iron itself fixes the magnets. This paper presents simple calculation strategies and discusses their limits for the mechanical design of high-speed machines with either surface-mounted or buried magnets. The results of the calculations are compared with finite-element calculations.  相似文献

An implementation in the ELMEC software system is presented for the method for computing the electromagnetic field in an electrical machine, which relies on the precision numerical simulation of electrodynamical processes. This article presents the investigation and comparison of the capabilities and characteristics of high-speed flux-switching permanent magnet machines using ferrite and rare earth permanent magnet materials. Special design considerations for ferrite flux-switching permanent magnet machines under high-speed operation are proposed. Two ferrite and one NdFeB flux-switching permanent magnet machines, rated at 10 kW and 15 krpm, were designed for performance assessment. Various machine performances, including torque characteristics and loss distribution, are compared. In addition, the risk of partial demagnetization and the performance degradation due to partial demagnetization are also investigated. This research reveals several promising characteristics of the ferrite flux-switching permanent magnet machine, such as lower total loss, negligible magnet eddy current loss, and better cooling potential. The results also show the possibility of designing a high torque density ferrite flux-switching permanent magnet machine, which is comparable to the NdFeB flux-switching permanent magnet machine, taking advantage of the flux concentrating effect.  相似文献

介绍了电网动态监测系统中的通信网关。针对监控系统具有多种通信介质、互联不方便的情况,提出开发数字通信网关。首先从硬件和软件两方面详细讨论了数字通信网关的研发方案。硬件设计采用高性能的CPU、高速以太网控制芯片,以太网光接口和电接口,高速光串行接口;软件设计分为两部分:第1部分为驱动程序开发,以太网接口驱动针对所采用的以太网控制芯片开发,光串行接口链路层驱动采用了高级数据链接控制(HDLC)协议;第2部分应用程序开发,主要介绍了以太网接口的应用程序的开发思路。最后从网络组成模式、软件设计、通信协议的角度详细讨论了数据传输的实时性。  相似文献

A comprehensive inspection and acceptance-test program for electric motors and generators of 300 HP (225 kW) and larger is outlined. Induction and synchronous machines are included, and references are made to IEEE, ANSI, and NEMA standards for the electrical tests. Recommended electrical and mechanical inspections and tests are described, and bearing housing and shaft vibration limits are recommended for all types of electric machines. The mechanical test procedures and vibration limits described are proposed for inclusion in future editions of IEEE and NEMA standards.
