为使外贸业务分析决策系统在互联网环境下提供更加灵活和强大的服务,文中研究了中国外贸出口综合评价体系(CPTI,Chinese Trade Performance Index)的建立,论证了Web Service技术在外贸业务分析决策系统中应用的必要性,详细介绍了本系统在实施决策支持过程中遇到的问题以及如何采用Web Service技术来解决问题的过程.该系统体系模型能带来更好的灵活性、可扩充性和更广的可访问性,并且简化了系统的设计与实现,从而充分体现出了Web Service技术在外贸业务分析决策系统设计和实现中的必要性及优越性. 相似文献

Bidding and production decisions, including the estimation of optimal mark-up on price, represent major decision problems for companies formulating a successful business strategy. The objective of this research was to develop a strategy for developing an integrated bidding/production management expert system to assess the suitability of incoming enquiries for a particular company and suggests a ‘bid/no bid’ decision. If a decision to bid is taken then the expert system should provide advice on the optimal mark-up to maximise the chance of winning potential contracts. The system developed in this paper is composed of an information system, that integrates design, estimation and production planning, and a knowledge-base to provide abstracted information and advice to managers in charge of bidding. The information system analyses the records of previous contracts and presents managers with vital information that minimises the risk of poor decisions associated with bidding. The knowledge-base is composed of intelligent rules which were elicited from previous contract records and experienced managers in charge of bidding. They are designed to advise managers on two major issues: bid/no bid and estimation of optimal tender price. A number of factors that affect bidding strategies were identified from reviewing previous bidding methodologies and surveying eight major companies in the UK by means of semi-structured interviews. 相似文献

Recently, as the Internet has become more widely used, Electronic Commerce (EC) has emerged and has developed a high-level business environment. The customer-centric EC model is important for the success of EC and this study presents a new customer-centric EC model in make-to-order (MTO) semiconductor manufacturing environment. In this study we proposed the EC model providing the process transparency of process sampling method that can provide online semiconductor customers with the performance information of available process sampling methods which can be used at all manufacturing process steps for their own products in MTO manufacturing environment, and then the capability to select a desirable one among them based on their purchase situations on EC web site. In the proposed EC model the customer can select a process sampling method that is most suitable to him/her according to the customer's purchase situation. In this model the use of intelligent decision support system called customized sampling decision support system (CSDSS) that can autonomously generate available customized sampling methods and provide the performance information of those methods to EC system is requisite. We implemented an Internet-based prototype of CSDSS which had an architecture based on intelligent agent technology and also the successful integration of data mining process for the generation of optimal sampling method into DSS framework by means of applying that technology. 相似文献

为了促进南水北调工程数据资源共享,推进数据资源的有效利用,通过座谈、调研、资料收集等手段,对南水北调工程业务信息系统的水量调度和防汛、水生态环境及工程管理等核心业务信息资源进行摸底, 梳理业务、监管及基础数据的需求,分析数据共享的现状。研究结果表明:目前南水北调工程各个调度运行管理系统独立运行,缺乏完整的、共享数据来源及统一的数据标准,且数据的横纵向共享水平有待进一步提高。 在保障网络和数据安全的前提下,进一步提出统一南水北调工程数据标准,建立数据的共享和更新整编机制, 并继续进行深度数据挖掘工作的建议,可为南水北调工程构建智慧水利体系提供决策支撑。 相似文献

In recent years the widespread application of outsourcing to help improve finance and maintain competitiveness is growing rapidly, and has been accompanied by a growth of academic research in this field. Most of the outsourcing literature has focused primarily on the social and cultural impacts, the organisational and management perspectives of outsourcing and very few tools have been developed to assist managers in making outsourcing decisions. Incorrect decision-making in outsourcing can lead to devastating consequences for their business. To guide decision makers in managing the complexity of outsourcing a holistic approach to outsourcing has been developed by taking business, information and organisational perspectives (HABIO). The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate how HABIO can be applied to help managers evaluate the impact of their decision-making by providing them with a set of ‘what-if’ scenarios, which are enacted by intelligent agents. The case example, discussed in this paper, demonstrates that HABIO can be applied effectively using a multi-agent system to analyse the outsourcing decision for a call centre sector in the retail industry. A prototype of the multi-agent system is presented where intelligent agents are endowed with specific domain ontologies, appropriate to solve a specific problem, and with a reasoning mechanism to achieve specific goals and to collaborate together to produce a set of “what-if scenarios” to the outsourcing managers. 相似文献
