露天采矿工艺中,采煤工艺采用电铲-自移式破碎工艺在露天煤矿应用不多,还处于试验阶段,它的适用条件比较苛刻,一般要求水平煤层。白音华二号露天矿煤层有一定的倾角,在应用这套系统就会存在电铲向自移式破碎机装载物料时,出现电铲卸载高度满足不了自移式破碎机要求的高度的现象,针对此问题,结合现场及设备实际,从生产工艺方面提出了解决方案。 相似文献

ABSTRACT A fundamental step of process analysis and modelling for the scooping and loading function of a loader type excavating machine is carried out. This is a part of the essential work towards automation of such a machine. Emphasis is given here to Load-Haul-Dump mining machines, frequently used in underground mining operations. However, for many other applications, such as remote excavating and contaminated soil removing with a loader type excavator, the same theory applies and the same sort of experimental work becomes necessary. In this work the loading gear is first modelled as a mechanical manipulator, then the nature of the involved resisting forces, that also depend on the properties of the material to be loaded, and the fact that some knowledge about these stochastic forces is required, is pointed out. The paper, moreover, presents a discussion about the more appropriate trajectory of motion of the loader bucket. 相似文献

The shovel-truck system is used in surface mines due to its flexibility, low-cost operations, maintainability and multi-face operating capability. Technological advances have resulted in large shovels and trucks for bulk, economic operations causing high-impact shovel loading operations (HISLO). The resulting HISLO impact forces cause significant vibrations, which are transmitted through the truck frame into an operator's cabin. Long-term exposure to these vibrations could cause lower back injuries, spine injuries and other musculoskeletal diseases. Previous research has focused on truck dynamic simulation using multi-body dynamics and finite element method within the haulage segment of the production chain. This article focuses on truck vibrations in the dumping process. Mathematical models are developed to capture the vibration response of an integrated operator–machine–material system. Virtual prototype models are developed to simulate the response of the integrated system suspension to vibrations in MSC.ADAMS. The results affirm the ineffectiveness of current suspension mechanisms to eliminate shock wave propagation into the operator's cabin during dumping, with adverse impact on operator's safety and health. 相似文献

A shovel performance monitoring study was undertaken in two oil sands mines operated by Syncrude Canada Ltd. using performance data obtained from P&H 4100 TS and BOSS electric mining shovels. One year of shovel performance data along with geological, geotechnical and climatic data were analysed. The approach adopted was to use current and voltage data collected from hoist and crowd motors to first identify dig cycles and then to calculate the energy and/or power associated with digging. Analysis of performance data while digging uniform material along with operator team schedules showed that the performance of a shovel can vary significantly depending on which operator is digging. Up to 25% variability in hoist power consumption and 50% variability in productivity was noted between different operators. Shovel type and dipper teeth configuration can also influence the power draw on electrical motors during digging. 相似文献
