本文对车间空气中的微量有机物的气相色谱测定方法进行了研究。通过对样品的富集,着重对样品抽样时间,解析温度,解析时间,吸附柱容量等吸附,脱附条件对色谱行为的影响规律进行了考察,找出了较佳条件,并在选定色谱条件下,确定了定性,定量方法,通过料样测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

对膜碱中向量三价铁的测试条件进行了探讨,对测定结果误差进行了详细地分析,就目前分析方法的一些问题提出了一定的看法,且对分析方法进行改进,并对提出的改进方法与上前分析方法测得结果进行了比较,分析结果准确性有了较大的提高,更加客观反映了产品的真实质量。  相似文献

本文采用了在线流动注射离子交换预浓集原子吸收法,对天然水的中的重金属离子进行了测定,讨论了不同缓冲溶液,pH值,富集时间和离子交换树脂对富集效果的影响,并对天然水中的Cd,Mn,Cu,Zn的含量进行了测定,取得了满意的结果。  相似文献

报道了对甲苯酸与尿素反应,进行了直接氰化将羧基转变成氰基生成对甲苯腈的情况,改进了对甲苯甲酸直接氰化的工艺条件,当对甲苯甲酸与尿素的物质的量比为1:1.6,采用分段保温的加热方式,收率达75.6%,对未反应完全的原料,中间体及反应中使用的溶剂进行了回收和循环利用,没有严重的环境污染问题。  相似文献

运用HYSIM化工过程模拟系统对中型氮肥厂重油气化工序进行了流程模拟,通过气化炉模拟计算的混合模型,对气化炉进行了过程模拟。分析了模拟计算结果,对计算值与实测值进行了比较,结果表明,实测值与计算值吻合较好。对重油气化工序进行了优化,得到各主要工艺参数对气化炉操作的最适宜条件。  相似文献

从反应工程的角度,通过对催化剂颗粒模型的分析和计算,对催化剂外形的优化设计进行了研究,定义了形状优化的指标参数-颗粒的相对活性F,以及异形化形状描述因子-无因次开孔半径X,并提出了颗粒的最佳X的求解方法,在对基本几何形状(无限大平板,无限长圆柱,球形)颗粒的异形化后的颗粒模型进行解析求解的 提出了简化算法,并对颗粒异形化后的X,Thiele模数φ对F的影响进行了探讨。  相似文献

对微晶蜡无催化剂氧化改性工艺进行了研究,考察了反应温度,空气流量和反详时间对微晶蜡氧化过程的影响,并对氧化微晶蜡产品进行了红外分析,结果表明,不采用催化剂,适当提高反应温度,不但能对微晶蜡进行快速氧化,而且能够得到性能优良的氧化微晶蜡产品。  相似文献

Halloysite nanotubes are cheap, abundant in their deposits, natural green clays with cylindrical structure having a chemical composition similar to that of kaolin. Because of their lumens, high aspect length–diameter ratio and low hydroxyl density on their surface they are readily suitable for a number of interesting applications. In this review we focus only on their use as ‘nano‐bazooka’ drug carriers, able to shoot their cargo against major diseases. Their structure, controlled release and loading are described. Mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (MSCs) are widely described in the context of their regenerative and immunomodulatory activity. MSCs are isolated from various tissues and organs. The most frequently described sources are bone marrow and adipose tissue. As stem cells, MSCs are able to differentiate into other cell lineages, but they are usually reported with respect to their paracrine potential. In this review, we focus on MSCs derived from adipose tissue (AT-MSCs) and their secretome in regeneration processes. Special attention is given to the contribution of AT-MSCs and their derivatives to angiogenic processes described mainly in the context of angiogenic dysfunction. Finally, we present clinical trials registered to date that concern the application of AT-MSCs and their secretome in various medical conditions.  相似文献

Borosilicate glasses of two compositions are synthesized and investigated with the aim of preparing glass microspheres from them. Using the Appen and Okhotin additive methods, the physicochemical properties of the glasses and melts are calculated, their crystallization ability and water stability are experimentally studied, their intrinsic temperatures are determined using dilatometry and differential scanning calorimetry, and their TLCE values are obtained.  相似文献

The intestinal epithelium plays a key role in managing the relationship with the environment, the internal and external inputs, and their changes. One percent of the gut epithelium is represented by the enteroendocrine cells. Among the enteroendocrine cells, a group of specific cells characterized by the presence of yellow granules, the enterochromaffin cells, has been identified. These granules contain many secretion products. Studies showed that these cells are involved in gastrointestinal inflammatory conditions and hyperalgesia; their number increases in these conditions both in affected and not-affected zones of the gut. Moreover, they are involved in the preservation and modulation of the intestinal function and motility, and they sense metabolic–nutritional alterations. Sometimes, they are confused or mixed with other enteroendocrine cells, and it is difficult to define their activity. However, it is known that they change their functions during diseases; they increased in number, but their involvement is related mainly to some secretion products (serotonin, melatonin, substance P). The mechanisms linked to these alterations are not well investigated. Herein, we provide an up-to-date highlight of the main findings about these cells, from their discovery to today. We emphasized their origin, morphology, and their link with diet to better evaluate their role for preventing or treating metabolic disorders considering that these diseases are currently a public health burden.  相似文献

Nanostructuring and functionalizing polymers with cyclodextrins   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We summarize our recent studies employing the cyclic starches called cyclodextrins (CDs) to both nanostructure and functionalize polymers. Two important structural characteristics of CDs are taken as advantages to achieve these goals. First the ability of CDs to form non-covalent inclusion complexes (ICs) with a variety of guest molecules, including many polymers, by threading and inclusion into their relatively hydrophobic interior cavities, which are roughly cylindrical with diameters of ∼0.5 to 1.0 nm for α-, β-, and γ-CD containing 6, 7, and 8 α-1,4-linked glucose units, respectively. When guest polymers are coalesced from the CD-ICs by removing their host CDs, they are observed to solidify with structures, morphologies, and even conformations that are distinct from bulk samples made from their solutions and melts. Molecularly mixed, intimate blends of two or more polymers that are normally immiscible can be obtained from their common CD-ICs, and the phase segregation of incompatible blocks can be controlled (suppressed or increased) in CD-IC coalesced block copolymers. In addition, additives may be more effectively delivered to polymers in the form of their soluble or crystalline CD-ICs or rotaxanes. Secondly, many -OH groups attached to the exterior rims of CDs, in addition to conferring water solubility, provide an opportunity to covalently bond them to polymers either during their syntheses or via post-polymerization reactions. Polymers containing CDs in their backbones or attached to their side chains are observed to more readily accept and retain additives, such as dyes, fragrances, etc. They may also be further reacted or treated through their CDs to cross-link and form networks or to form blends with other polymers having a propensity to thread through their attached CD cavities.  相似文献
