提出了两种通用有源电流模式滤波器:1.用两个电流传送器(CCII)实现的电流模式三介滤波器新电路,选择不同的输入信号组合即能获得低通、高通、带通、陷波和全通五种二阶滤波函数;2.由CCII和多输出地运算放大器(OTA)实现的单输入多输出滤波器新电路、所提电路结构简单、中心频率ω0和品质因数Q独立可调、无源元件人武部接地,滤波器特性参数对的元件灵敏度低,理论分析和计算机仿真表明所提电路方案正确。  相似文献

文章根据四种典型的信号流图提出了相应的四种新颖的基于 MOCCII( 多端输出的CCII) 的电流模式滤波器电路及 MOCCII 的CMOS实现电路。这四种滤波器电路均能同时实现二阶低通、带通滤波器。文中各电路仅含两个MOCCII器件,比较诸文献的多功能电流模式CCII 滤波器,所用的CCII 器件数要少。由于MOCCII由CMOS器件实现,电路中所有RC 元件均接地,所以文中各电路便于集成且与VLSI工艺兼容  相似文献

本文给出了一种结构简单性能优良的改进型电气传送器,并提出了由该电流传送器实现的电流模式多功能双二阶滤波器,该滤波器由三个CCII±和五个无源元件构成,可以实现二阶低通,高通,带通变阻和全通滤波功能,且可以多端输出,电路中电阻电容器全部接地,适于全集成,中心频率和品质因九的无源灵敏度很低,面向实际电路完成MOS管级的PSPICE仿真,结果表明所提出了电路方案是可行的。  相似文献

提出了一种新颖的多输出端差动差分电流传送器(MDDCC)及其CMOS实现电路,用计算机模拟比较了MDDCC和第二代电流传送器(CCⅡ)的特性;以MDDCC构成了全差分式连续时间电流模式跳耦结构低通滤波器,分析并模拟了所提出的滤波器的特性,仿真结果表明所提出的电路方案正确有效;MDDCC电路兼有差动放大器(DDA)和CCⅡ两者的优点,适于实现全集成连续时间滤波器。  相似文献

本文提出了一种多输出电流传送器(MOCCS)的改进CMOS实现,并以此对无源RLC梯形网络进行模拟,获得一种新的电流模式滤波器结构,它们比用CCⅡS实现的同类型滤波器节省一半有源器件。此外,还分析了MOCCS的高频非理想特性及补偿方法,最后给出了截频为1MHz、0.5dB波纹的五阶全极点低通滤波器和截频为2.4MHz、0.173dB波纹的三阶椭圆滤波器实例,并经1.2μmCMOS工艺参数仿真证实  相似文献

Linear transformation (LT) active filters using operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs) and capacitors are presented. Based on the LT, two simple and systematic design tables are given to realise OTA-C filters efficiently. Using the proposed design tables, the synthesised all-pole and elliptic filters employ minimum numbers of OTAs and only grounded capacitors. As an example, a new third-order elliptic lowpass filter is realised. Experimental results are obtained to verify the theoretical analysis  相似文献

A transformation called current-mode linear transformation (CMLT) and its filter applications using multiple output second-generation current conveyors (MOCCIIs) are presented. The systematic method is developed to realize CMLT MOCCII-based filters efficiently. Based on the proposed design tables, we can synthesize high-order current-mode all-pole and elliptic filters with MOCCIIs, grounded resistors and capacitors. Moreover, the high-frequency elliptic filter can also be efficiently realized by adding capacitors to the relative all-pole filter, although floating capacitors are needed. Third-order Chebychev and elliptic lowpass filters are described in this paper. Experimental results that confirm the theoretical analysis are obtained. Furthermore, the proposed circuits can be extended to higher-order filters.  相似文献

Design techniques and element value tables are presented for the construction of compact high-selectivity diplexers using digital elliptic component filters. A brief review of an applicable diplexer theory is given and the derivation and use of the element value tables are discussed. The tables provide values for component filters with an even number of branches n for n=4 through n=12 with a prototype ripple value corresponding to maximum diplexer input VSWR of approximately 1.26 to 1. For n=8, 10, and 12 branch filters, additional tables with permuted transmission zero orders are given. Test results for an n=6 branch experimental diplexer of 2.25 to 1 bandwidth are presented. The design and construction of this diplexer is described in detail and serves to illustrate the use of the element value tables and design procedures presented. Many practical construction and alignment suggestions are given which are useful in obtaining designs with good response characteristics. The experimental diplexer has crossover frequencies at 1.5 and 3.4 GHz and provides greater than a 50 dB isolation at frequencies 0.2 GHz from crossover. The diplexer has an input VSWR 相似文献

A synthesis procedure for distributed elliptic-function filters utilizing published tables of lumped-constant elliptic-function filters has been devised. It is dependent upon the application of a new generalized transformation for distributed networks. The filters often require the realization of distributed Brune sections, and several novel practical realizations are given both for general and degenerate Brune (i.e., Foster) sections. Examples are given of elliptic function stop band and pass band filters having both wide and narrow bandwidths, and experimental results show good agreement with theory.  相似文献

The singlet, which contains one resonator and generates one transmission zero, is introduced as the most basic building block for modular design of elliptic filters. Higher-order elliptic filters are designed by cascading singlets to generate the required transmission zeros. A novel model, the nonresonating node model (NRNM), which contains both resonating and nonresonating nodes is then introduced. The model allows a high level of modularity in the design of elliptic filters. Example filters are designed and measured to validate the model and the design approach.  相似文献

This paper presents a novel method that is applied to realize the Linear Transformation(LT)Switched-Capacitor Filter(SCF).It adopts the Voltage Control Voltage Source(VCVS)equalized transfor-mation to revise the original LC ladder filter and induce it into 16 basic sections and then extend the princi-ple of the LT in order to fit active and 3 port networks and give out switched-capacitor circuits corre-sponding to the 16 basic sections,which can realize all four kinds of filters——LP,HP,BP,BS filters.De-signed examples are given here.An Nth order filter only requires N amplifiers and the circuit is insensitive toparasitic capacitances.The experimental results of a 3rd order elliptic LP and a 6th order elliptic BP are giv-en and agree with the theory.  相似文献

A new systematic method for designing Sinh-Domain linear transformation (LT) filters is introduced in this article. For this purpose, a substitution scheme containing the Sinh-Domain LT equivalent of each passive prototype has been introduced. The proposed equivalents have been realised by employing appropriate Sinh-Domain building blocks with low-voltage operation capability. As an example, a third-order Sinh-Domain elliptic LT filter has been designed and its performance has been evaluated through simulation results. In addition, a detailed comparison with the corresponding Sinh-Domain and log-domain counterparts has been performed and the obtained results have been further discussed.  相似文献

Using the "natural prototype" for elliptic function filters, a design procedure is presented for a class of waveguide bandstop filters, which exhibit equiripple passband and stopband responses. Due to the availability of explicit formulas for element values in the natural prototype elliptic function filter, the design procedure is entirely analytic and does not require numerical synthesis techniques. The resulting physical structure is the familiar uniform guide with iris-coupled series stubs. Unlike the bandstop filters designed from maximally flat or Chebyshev prototypes, the elliptic function design results in stubs that are not exactly three-quarter-wave coupled.  相似文献

Practical design tables are presented for partial-response class 1 data transmission filters. These tables give the pole and zero locations and the main sample point of several filters. This information can be used to analyse the performance of the filters, both in the time domain and frequency domain, thus assisting the user in the choice of a filter to meet the requirements. The filters given in the tables can be syntheised in either active or passive form.  相似文献
