以硫化钠和硝酸银为原料,采用了化学浴沉积法将Ag2S沉积在高度有序TiO2纳米管(TNTs)上制备出Ag2S/TNTs析氢电极。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)对电极进行表征,结果显示Ag2S颗粒均匀的沉积在TiO2纳米管表面,且没有破坏纳米管原有的形态结构。在0.5 mol/L H2SO4条件下,通过线性扫描伏安法(LSV)、塔菲尔曲线(Tafel)、双电层电容和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等电化学测试分析了不同Ag2S沉积圈数所得的复合电极的析氢性能。与TNTs相比,Ag2S/TNTs显示出更优异的析氢性能。Ag2S沉积圈数为9圈时制备出的复合电极在10 mA/cm2电流密度时,过电位达到了288.14 mV,Tafel斜率为61.8 mV/dec,双电层电容分别为54.7 mF/cm2... 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备掺杂金属改性的TiO2光催化剂,并研究其光催化还原CO2制甲酸甲酯的反应效果。以钛酸丁酯为主要原料,制备纳米TiO2。通过改变金属掺杂量、焙烧温度、前躯体pH等,确定出适宜的催化剂制备条件。结合SEM、XRD、UV-vis等对催化剂进行了形貌、结构和吸光行为的表征。进而考察了其光催化还原CO2的活性。结果表明:溶胶-凝胶法制备掺杂金属的TiO2,可使金属均匀地分布于TiO2表面,经催化活性评价,获得适宜的掺杂元素和掺杂量,优选的制备条件为溶胶pH=2.5~3、凝胶焙烧温度500℃,在催化剂用量1mg/mL,光照强度2880μw/cm2的反应条件下,可有效地促进TiO2光催化还原CO2制甲酸甲酯。 相似文献

为了寻求廉价、高效和稳定的光催化剂,用复合电沉积技术在紫铜片上制备了Sn/TiO2薄膜,经300℃热氧化使之形成SnO2/TiO2复合电极.利用SEM,XRD对薄膜进行了表征,以甲基橙为模型化合物,对复合电极的光催化和光电催化性能进行了测定.研究表明:该薄膜由0.3~1μm的颗粒构成,每个颗粒又由纳米晶粒形成;电极具有多孔结构,膜中的SnO2以两种不同的晶体结构存在;在薄膜质量相等的情况下,SnO2/TiO2薄膜的光催化活性是纯TiO2粒子膜的2.87倍;外加一定偏压下,其催化性能大幅度提高. 相似文献

This work investigated the degradation of an azo dye, cationic red X-GRL, by electrochemical oxidation on a novel PbO(2) anode modified by fluorine resin. The influences of treatment time, electrolyte concentration, current density, temperature and initial dye concentration on the color and COD removal were critically examined. This process showed a high current efficiency and competitive energy consumption for effective treatment of dye wastewater containing a certain salt content. In the investigated electrolyte concentrations, high salt content exhibited insignificant promotion on the color and COD removal but favored the decrease of energy consumption. During treatment, the current efficiency decreased but the energy consumption increased with treatment time; thus, this method was more suitable for the pretreatment of high-concentrated azo dye wastewater. Based on the degradation intermediates identification, a simplified degradation pathway for cationic red X-GRL was proposed. 相似文献

In order to improve the corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of NiTi surgical alloy, TiO2 and TiO2-SiO2 thin films were prepared by sol-gel method. The surface characteristics of the film, which include surface composition, microstructure and surface morphology, were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS), respectively. A scratching test was used to assess the interface adhesive strength between the film and substrate. The corrosion resistance of NiTi alloy coated with oxide films were studied by anodic polarization curves measurement in biological solution. Additionally, a preliminary study of the in vitro bioactivity of the films was conducted. The results indicated that TiO2 and TiO2-SiO2 (Ti/Si=4:1) films have higher electrochemical corrosion resistance and can be used as protective layers on NiTi alloy. In addition, TiO2-SiO2 composite films have better bioactivity than TiO2 film. 相似文献
