针对城市二次供水系统的非线性、随机性、大惯性和纯滞后特性,提出一种模糊PID混合控制策略实现变频恒压供水。该策略在偏差很小时,控制量主要由PID控制算法给出:在偏差较大时,控制量主要由模糊控制算法给出,充分利用了PID控制的高调节精度和模糊控制良好动态响应性能的优点。仿真实验结果表明:该控制策略能较好地解决城市二次供水的水压不稳问题,同时对供水系统模型参数变化具有很好的适应性,在城市二次供水系统中具有广阔应用前景。  相似文献

电液制动系统(electro-hydraulic brake system,EHB)作为未来制动系统发展的重要方向,已受到广泛关注.本文基于一套自主设计的集成式电液制动系统(integrated electro-hydraulic brake system,I–EHB)系统进行研究,为确保其压力控制动态响应及精度,克服工作中存在的延迟及能量损失,设计了两种液压力控制方法,分别是基于田口方法优化的自适应PID控制和基于滑模变结构的补偿控制,并搭建台架对两种控制方法进行测试.通过对两种控制方法下系统响应的比较分析,发现滑模变结构补偿控制效果较好,系统响应快、稳态误差小、鲁棒性好,尤其在系统常用的低频及中高压阶段控制表现突出,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性,并为进一步探索提出了方向.  相似文献

针对电液可变气门系统的升程控制,提出了基于支持向量机(SVM)的α阶逆系统控制模型.该方法适合高阶非线性系统的控制问题.根据系统的输入输出,离线建立变气门逆系统的辨识模型,然后将SVM逆系统串接在原系统之前,构成伪线性系统.仿真结果表明:基于SVM的α阶逆系统控制模型,对电液变气门系统的升程,表现出了良好的控制特性.  相似文献

The computer aided design of variable voltage, single-phase, linear power supplies using an SCR bridge is discussed. The effects of transformer leakage reactance, resistance, filter capacitance, the low power integrated circuit voltage regulator and the current boost circuit used to increase output power from such supplies is taken into account in the design. By controlling the firing angle of the SCR bridge, the resultant linear supply is more energy efficient in power conversion than the traditional diode bridge based linear power supply. The increase in amplitude of the low frequency harmonics in the line current of the SCR bridge based supply is quantified vis-á-vis the diode bridge based supply. A prototype SCR bridge based design is used to experimentally validate the design computations. An implementation of a controller to operate the SCR bridge based supply efficiently is discussed.  相似文献

为充分发挥机器人群集的协作优势,克服单机器人能力不足问题,利用偏微分方程约束理论,设计机器人群集运动控制系统;扩大机器人群集间通信网络范围,改装机器人传感器、运动控制器和驱动电机设备;在硬件设备的支持下,考虑机械结构、运动与动力工作原理,建立机器人群集数学模型;分配机器人群集运动任务,利用偏微分方程规划机器人群集编队运动路径,设置规划路径作为机器人群集运动的约束条件;从位置和姿态角两个方面计算运动控制量,通过控制指令的生成与转换,实现系统的机器人群集运动控制功能;通过系统测试实验得出结论:与传统运动控制系统相比,在优化设计系统的控制下,机器人群集的运动跟踪控制误差为13 cm,机器人群集运动过程中产生的碰撞次数平均值为15次,得到明显减少,即优化设计系统具有良好的控制效果。  相似文献

Abstract

This paper reviews hybrid motion/force control, a control scheme which enables robots to perform tasks involving both motion, in the free space, and interactive force, at the contacts. Motivated by the large amount of literature on this topic, we facilitate comparison and elucidate the key differences among different approaches. An emphasis is placed on the study of the decoupling of motion control and force control. And we conclude that it is indeed possible to achieve a complete decoupling; however, this feature can be relaxed or sacrificed to reduce the robot’s joint torques while still completing the task.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the optimal control of a Brownian motion on R+. The process is controlled by switching control action to affect the variance and the drift. There is a cost which depends on the state of the process and the action used to operate the system. There is another cost incurred instantaneously to switch the control action. This paper presents an electrically actuated roll motion control of a vehicle using simulation and experimental analysis. The controller is designed with an H control scheme based on the 3 DOF vehicle model considering parameter variations, which affect the roll dynamics. To investigate the feasibility of the active roll control system, its performance is evaluated by simulation in a full vehicle model under various conditions. The Hil setup with the electrically actuated roll control system was devised and its performance was investigated through experimental works. Finally, to enhance the performance in a transient region, an integrated control strategy is presented.  相似文献

中枢模式发生器(CPG)在六足机器人的运动步态控制中起着至关重要的作用。为了研究六足机器人的运动控制方法,首先基于仿生学原理设计了六足机器人的机械结构,并在虚拟样机软件ADAMS中搭建其三维模型;其次选择Hopf振荡器作为CPG单元,并改进了振荡器模型;然后设计了六足机器人的CPG网络拓扑结构,包含单腿关节映射函数方案和腿间CPG环形耦合网络方案,并对其进行了改进;最后通过ADAMS和MATLAB联合仿真实验,验证了所设计六足机器人的运动稳定性和CPG控制方案的可行性与有效性。仿真结果表明,该方法能够满足六足机器人不同运动步态的控制需求,对六足机器人的运动控制具有一定的实际应用价值。  相似文献

针对一个单轮系统,采用欧拉群描述其位形空间,对于Wei-Norman方程中不能精确求解的参数,采用平均方法对其进行近似计算,从而使被控系统在满足李代数可控性秩条件下,在李群上的平均轨迹能以一定的精度逼近真实轨迹.通过对单轮系统的仿真实验与结果分析,证明了所用方法的有效性,并指出该方法更适合驱动一类量子力学系统的状态.  相似文献

随着技术的不断发展电液伺服系统的用途越来越广泛,电液伺服系统在工业设备工程机械、冶金机械、机械制造等领域占据着举足轻重的地位.本文建立位置压力非线性自适应双闭环控制,通过李雅普诺夫函数算法的稳定性探索闭环系统的稳定性.通过李雅普诺夫函数逐步分析算法的半负定.根据半负定判定该算法的稳定性,若为半负定则此时的函数为渐近稳定的.若不是半负定则不是渐进稳定的.采用李雅普诺夫函数算法的稳定性的控制方法,可以使系统的误差逐渐减小,从而使系统趋于稳定状态.从结果分析可以看出采用非线性自适应双闭环控制对跟踪位置压力的期望值有明显的提高,并且误差值也越来越小.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose an interactive character motion control interface that uses hands. Using their hands and fingers, the user can control a large number of degrees of freedom at the same time. We applied principal component analysis to a set of sample poses and assigned the extracted principal components to each degree of freedom of the hands (such as the hand positions and finger bending/extending angles). The user can control the blending weights of the principal components and deform the character's pose by moving their hands and bending/extending their fingers. We introduced pose and action controls, so that we can alter the standing pose and perform various actions with deformations. So that various types of actions were possible, we constructed a number of action models in advance. We introduced action model selection and action execution mechanisms. We developed methods for computing the feature vector, for applying principal component analysis, and for pose and action synthesis. In addition, we introduced a pose transition method for performing a step motion when necessary to prevent foot sliding. A nonlinear control system with uncertain dynamics described by a single ordinary differential equation with scalar control and available state is given. Based on knowledge of upper and lower estimates of the unknown dynamics, we show that the system can be transformed to an asymptotically equivalent linear model (arbitrarily fixed) described by a single linear ordinary differential equation of the same order, by using an (explicitly described) discontinuous feedback control law of variable structure type.The linear behaviour is obtained up to an (arbitrarily fast) exponentially decaying error term.  相似文献
