采用锻造、锻造开坯+轧制、轧制3种热加工方式制备出了5 mm厚的厚钼板,讨论分析了加工方式及总变形量对钼板退火组织的影响。结果表明,在同样的加工变形量下,锻造加工或者锻造开坯的加工方式更有利于退火后板材细小均匀晶粒组织的形成。在同样的压力加工方式下,加工总变形量越大,钼板完成再结晶的温度越低,晶粒组织也相对细小均匀。在板材的热加工过程中,应该使其总的加工变形量大于70%,并尽可能采用大的道次变形量。  相似文献

航空透明件外形越来越趋向于复杂曲面,给透明件的生产制造增加了难度。透明件的边缘与机身直接接触,其精度将直接影响透明件装配。本文根据透明件的外形和加工要素特点,分析了透明件加工定位的方案,以及复杂曲面透明件各类加工固定方法的优缺点。通过计算和验证方式,确定了透明件加工所使用工装的重要参数,提高了透明件数控加工的效率。  相似文献

J. S. Nairne, S. R. Thompson, and J. N. S. Pandeirada (2007) suggested that our memory systems may have evolved to help us remember fitness-relevant information and showed that retention of words rated for their relevance to survival is superior to that of words encoded under other deep processing conditions. The authors present 4 experiments that uncover the proximate mechanisms likely responsible. The authors obtained a recall advantage for survival processing compared with conditions that promoted only item-specific processing or only relational processing. This effect was eliminated when control conditions encouraged both item-specific and relational processing. Data from separate measures of item-specific and relational processing generally were consistent with the view that the memorial advantage for survival processing results from the encoding of both types of processing. Although the present study suggests the proximate mechanisms for the effect, the authors argue that survival processing may be fundamentally different from other memory phenomena for which item-specific and relational processing differences have been implicated. It is suggested that the distinction between global versus local processing styles exists across sensory modalities. Activation of one-way of processing in one modality should affect processing styles in a different modality. In 12 studies, auditory, haptic, gustatory or olfactory global versus local processing was induced, and participants were tested with a measure of their global versus local visual attention; the content of this measure was unrelated to the inductions. In a different set of 4 studies, the effect of local versus global visual processing on the way people listen to a poem or touch, taste, and smell objects was examined. In all experiments, global/local processing in 1 modality shifted to global/local processing in the other modality. A final study found more pronounced shifts when compatible processing styles were induced in 2 rather than 1 modality. Moreover, the study explored mediation by relative right versus left hemisphere activation as measured with the line bisection task and accessibility of semantic associations. It is concluded that the effects reflect procedural rather than semantic priming effects that occurred out of participants' awareness. Because global/local processing has been shown to affect higher order processing, future research may activate processing styles in other sensory modalities to produce similar effects. Furthermore, because global/local processing is triggered by a variety of real world variables, one may explore effects on other sensory modalities than vision. Emotion information processing may occur in 2 modes that are differently represented in conscious awareness. Fast online processing involves coarse-grained analysis of salient features and is not represented in conscious awareness; offline processing takes hundreds of milliseconds to generate fine-grained analysis and is represented in conscious awareness. These processing modes may be studied using event-related electroencephalogram theta synchronization as a marker of emotion processing. Two experiments were conducted that differed on the mode of emotional information presentation. In the explicit mode, subjects were explicitly instructed to evaluate the emotional content of presented stimuli; in the implicit mode, their attention was directed to other features of the stimulus. In the implicit mode, theta synchronization was most pronounced in the early processing stage, whereas in the explicit mode, it was more pronounced in the late processing stage. The early processing stage was more pronounced in men, whereas the late processing stage was more pronounced in women. Recent research on simultaneous and successive processing is reviewed as these processes relate to certain linguistic functions and mental abilities. In comprehending ambiguous sentences, successive processing appears to be involved in surface structure and underlying structure ambiguities, whereas simultaneous processing is related to lexical ambiguity. Successive processing is also involved in the syntactic organization of expressive speech. Several studies reported here suggest that in reading, successive processing is important for the development of elementary decoding skills, whereas simultaneous processing is related to the development of advanced levels of comprehensive skills. In terms of abilities, simultaneous processing was significantly related to spatial ability, inductive reasoning, and associative memory, while successive processing was significantly related to associative memory.
