提出了一种采埋入式光纤传感器对复合材料结构状态进行无损检测的新方法,将一种新颖的,结构简单的“城墙”型光纤传感阵列埋置于教-11飞机的层合复合材料垂直翼尾试件内,用于探测复合材料结构内由于外部冲击造成的损伤等状态参数,实验结果显示了该方法探测复合材料结构状态的可行性。 相似文献

为了增大金属敏感膜光纤腐蚀传感器的检测范围,提高传感器的检测能力,本文采用磁控溅射的方法在除去包层的多模光纤纤芯上制备了导电层,然后通过电镀的方法,制备了具有单层和阶梯型结构的Fe-C膜光纤腐蚀传感器,通过SEM、XRD等方法对Fe-C膜的微观结构进行了分析。通过光学测试,研究了光纤腐蚀传感器输出光强度的变化规律。结果表明,当Fe-C膜的厚度大于一个临界值时,膜腐蚀的初期光输出强度无明显变化,而小于临界值时,随腐蚀的发展,输出光强度逐渐增大。所考察的二层阶梯型Fe-C膜光纤腐蚀传感器在腐蚀检测时,具有两个光输出强度逐渐增大的过程。 相似文献

针对岩石破裂声发射检测中的常规检测仪器抗电磁干扰差、灵敏度低、可靠性差等不足,提出采用光纤光栅传感技术来实现声发射检测,分析了光纤光栅传感检测应变和声发射的机理,组建了相应的声发射检测模拟实验系统,给出了模拟实验的500kHz激励声信号和光纤光栅传感响应信号。利用软件RFPA进行了岩石破裂的数值模拟,选择水泥河砂作为主要原料的砂浆材料,制作了类岩石材料实验试件,并在单轴数控压力机上进行了岩石试件加载破裂声发射实验,用光纤光栅传感器来探测和记录声发射能量及声发射累计次数,证明该传感器能实现声发射检测。 相似文献

在飞机装配过程中,大型工装的状态变化主要受温度和负载影响。分析光纤传感器的传光特性,设计一种具有温度和应变采集功能的集成光纤传感器,提出一种基于集成光纤传感器的工装状态监控方法。采用PSO-BP算法建立温度、应变和工装定位器位置变化之间的数学模型,实现对工装定位器位置变化的监控。通过单独对光纤应变传感器采集数据进行分析,提出一种应变参数标定方法,标定后通过检测应变实现对工装定位器的三维负载监控。在某型工装上搭建试验平台,标定后传感器的检测精度在±2 N以内,满足使用要求,验证了此方法的可行性。 相似文献

提出了一种新型测量钢筋锈蚀的光栅传感器,即双筋腐蚀光栅传感器.这种传感器将光纤布拉格光栅粘贴固定于两根紧密排列的钢筋上表面.当钢筋锈蚀后,体积膨胀而使光纤光栅产生拉伸应变,光纤光栅的反射光波长将发生变化,所以通过测量光纤光栅的波长就可以测得钢筋锈蚀程度.这种传感器利用光纤光栅波长位移来监测钢筋锈蚀,能够间接反映钢筋锈蚀程度,且不受锈蚀因素的影响,可用于混凝土结构中钢筋锈蚀的早期监测. 相似文献

Recently, more and more attention has been put on the research of taking advantages of a fiber sensor on corrosion monitoring, because of its small volume, low weight, quick response, and excellent electromagnetism disturbing resistance etc. But a report about the application of fiber optical sensor is hardly found. In this paper, with the technology of vacuum sputter, pure aluminum corrosion sensing film was directly deposited on the core of fiber corroded away clad. Metallographic Microscope and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) were used to analyze the structure of the film. It shows that the thickness of the pure aluminum corrosion sensing film is about 14.65 μm, and the film is distributed even and firm. Galvanostatic step were used to evaluate the corrosion resistance in NaCl solution with different concentrations (0.001–0.1 mol/L). The result shows that the corrosion resistance of the sensing film is similar to that of industrial pure aluminum in NaCl solution with the concentration less than 0.1 mol/L. The work in this paper contributes to the research of fiber optical corrosion sensor for monitoring corrosion of aluminum. 相似文献

管道安全关系到人类生命和财产安全,及时掌握管道结构健康状态是确保其安全运行的重要前提,近年来发展起来的光纤传感技术为管道结构的安全监测提供了技术保障。传感器的选择和使用是进行结构监测时首先考虑的问题,重点介绍了SOFO点式、FBG准分布式、BOTDR和BOTDA分布式光纤传感器等光纤传感技术的系统组成、基本原理及关键技术,对其性能和特点进行了对比分析;在此基础上,探讨了适用于管道变形监测的FBG和BOTDA光纤监测实用系统,及适用于管道泄漏监测的基于拉曼散射的OTDR分布式温度传感技术和基于模态分布调制干涉技术的油气管道检测系统。分析了其各自作为结构监测传感器的优缺点,为今后的管道监测选用提供了依据。 相似文献

Fiber optic sensing systems have been successfully developed for many engineering applications. The objective of this review paper is to assess the potential of fiber optic sensors for the monitoring of concrete structures. In this paper, some current applications of fiber optic sensors in concrete structures are first reviewed to demonstrate their applicability in conventional monitoring applications. The advantages of optical sensors over electrical gauges and transducers are also discussed. Then, we will focus on two novel fiber optic sensors for the monitoring of cracking and delamination in concrete structures without requiring a priori knowledge of the damage locations. Through these two examples, it is demonstrated that the proper design of optic sensors can provide useful sensing capabilities unprecedented with conventional sensors. With further research focusing on the development of novel sensing concepts and the reduction of sensor cost, the widespread use of optical sensors in concrete structures can become a reality in the future. 相似文献

An improved design comprising a multifiber configuration for a polarimetric fiber optic sensor in real time structural health monitoring is presented in this paper. The sensor is in the form of a multifiber assembly composed of a high-birefringent (HiBi) sensing fiber and a single mode polarization maintaining (PM) fiber or a HiBi fiber as a lead-in and lead-out fiber, all spliced in sequence. The polarization behavior of the assembly is analyzed theoretically using Stokes matrix method for the monochromatic case. Based on this model a phase shift compensation method for multifiber sensors is proposed. The design also helps reduce the bulky optical component in the sensor. The static and dynamic responses of these multifiber sensors are experimentally evaluated to test the structural integrity of composites. 相似文献
