<正>2014年3月17日,由国际能源署光伏电力系统项目(IEA PVPS)、中国可再生能源学会光伏专委会、国际铜业协会和中科院电工所共同举办的"光伏环境、健康与安全国际研讨会"在北京中土大厦盛大召开。目前,中国的环境形势日益严峻,特别是近两年来连续发生的大范围雾霾天气,使得政府开始对目前的经济增长模式有了更多的关注和思考,发展低碳、洁净、绿色能源成为越来越多人的共识。但是社会公众和部分光伏行业从业人员主要关注光伏发电的经济性,对光伏生产和使用过程中的能量回收期、碳排放等的认知和理解还不全面,同时光伏行业也刚开始关注光伏系统寿命周期后的光伏产品的回收利用。  相似文献

1引言 光伏并网发电是近几年才发展起来的新技术,它为光伏的大规模利用提供了广阔的市场空间,代表着未来的前进方向。我国在光伏并网发电技术方面的研发起步较晚,尚处于研究试验阶段,但近两年来光伏并网发电技术已得到了业内人士的广泛关注。2003年5月,由新疆新能源研究所、合肥工业大学、合肥阳光电源三家单位组成产、学、研联合攻关团队,在成功开发与研制500W、3kW光伏并网系统、100kW柔性衬底非晶硅并网电站和50kW光伏电站计算机智能控制系统基础上,研制开发出三相60kW光伏并网逆变装置,并网电站于2005年3月27日在新疆新能源研究所建成并投入发电,至2005年8月27日,已累计发电25700kWh。  相似文献

Optimal sizing study of hybrid wind/PV/diesel power generation unit   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
In this paper, a methodology of sizing optimization of a stand-alone hybrid wind/PV/diesel energy system is presented. This approach makes use of a deterministic algorithm to suggest, among a list of commercially available system devices, the optimal number and type of units ensuring that the total cost of the system is minimized while guaranteeing the availability of the energy. The collection of 6 months of data of wind speed, solar radiation and ambient temperature recorded for every hour of the day were used. The mathematical modeling of the main elements of the hybrid wind/PV/diesel system is exposed showing the more relevant sizing variables. A deterministic algorithm is used to minimize the total cost of the system while guaranteeing the satisfaction of the load demand. A comparison between the total cost of the hybrid wind/PV/diesel energy system with batteries and the hybrid wind/PV/diesel energy system without batteries is presented.The reached results demonstrate the practical utility of the used sizing methodology and show the influence of the battery storage on the total cost of the hybrid system.  相似文献

Renewable resources gained more attention in the last two decades due to persisting energy demand coupled with decrease in fossil fuel resources and its environmental effect to the earth. In Iraq, the electric power generated is not enough to meet the power demand of domestic and industrial sectors. In this article, a hybrid system was proposed as a renewable resource of power generation for grid connected applications in three cities in Iraq. The proposed system was simulated using MATLAB solver, in which the input parameters for the solver were the meteorological data for the selected locations and the sizes of PV and wind turbines. Results showed that it is possible for Iraq to use the solar and wind energy to generate enough power for some villages in the desert or rural area. It is also possible to use such a system as a black start source of power during total shutdown time. Results also indicated that the preferred location for this system is in Basrah for both solar and wind energy.  相似文献

An economic evaluation of a hybrid wind/photovoltaic/fuel cell (FC) generation system for a typical home in the Pacific Northwest is performed. In this configuration the combination of a FC stack, an electrolyser, and hydrogen storage tanks is used as the energy storage system. This system is compared to a traditional hybrid energy system with battery storage. A computer program has been developed to size system components in order to match the load of the site in the most cost effective way. A cost of electricity, an overall system cost, and a break-even distance analysis are also calculated for each configuration. The study was performed using a graphical user interface programmed in MATLAB.  相似文献

This paper presents an applications case study and comparison of performance results between two computational models for simulating the performance of hybrid power systems. The first model, HYBRID2, was developed at the University of Massachusetts under National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) sponsorship. The second model, SOMES, was developed at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. Both models have been designed to predict the technical and economical (life cycle cost) performance of hybrid power plants that typically might be comprised of renewable energy sources, a battery bank, and a diesel generator. A South American (Brazil) based hybrid power system used to power a remote telecommunications system was used for the applications case study. A final system configuration be used as a basis for model prediction comparison was established as a result of HYBRID2 parametric evaluation. Both codes yielded similar performance results, and this work points out that the predicted performance discrepancies are due basically to different subcomponent models and differences in control strategy. The generalized nature of this work is intended to be of interest to engineers involved with the design and analysis of hybrid power systems.  相似文献

A mobile renewable house using PV/wind/fuel cell hybrid power system   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A photovoltaic/wind/fuel cell hybrid power system for stand-alone applications is proposed and demonstrated with a mobile house. This concept shows that different renewable sources can be used simultaneously to power off-grid applications. The presented mobile house can produce sufficient power to cover the peak load. Photovoltaic and wind energy are used as primary sources and a fuel cell as backup power for the system. The power budgeting of the system is designed based on the local data of solar radiation and wind availability. Further research will focus on the development of the data acquisition system and the implementation of automatic controls for power management.  相似文献

To allow a real penetration of the huge dispersed naturally renewable resources (wind, sun, etc.) intermittent and more or less easily predictable, optimal sizing of hybrid renewable power generation systems prove to be essential. This paper recommends an optimal sizing model based on iterative technique, to optimize the capacity sizes of different components of hybrid photovoltaic/wind power generation system using a battery bank. The recommended model takes into account the submodels of the hybrid system, the Deficiency of Power Supply Probability (DPSP) and the Levelised Unit Electricity Cost (LUEC). The flow chart of the hybrid optimal sizing model is also illustrated. With this incorporated model, the sizing optimization of grid-independent hybrid PV/wind power generation system can be accomplished technically and economically according to the system reliability requirements. A case study is conducted to analyze one hybrid project, which is designed to supply residential household located in the area of the CDER (Center for Renewable Energy Development) situated in Bouzaréah, Algeria (36° 48′N, 3° 1′E, 345 m).  相似文献

A complete set of match calculation methods for optimum sizing of PV/wind hybrid system is presented. In this method, the more accurate and practical mathematic models for characterizing PV module, wind generator and battery are adopted; combining with hourly measured meteorologic data and load data, the performance of a PV/wind hybrid system is determined on a hourly basis; by fixing the capacity of wind generators, the whole year’s LPSP (loss of power supply probability) values of PV/wind hybrid systems with different capacity of PV array and battery bank are calculated, then the trade-off curve between battery bank and PV array capacity is drawn for the given LPSP value; the optimum configuration which can meet the energy demand with the minimum cost can be found by drawing a tangent to the trade-off curve with the slope representing the relationship between cost of PV module and that of the battery. According to this match calculation method, a set of match calculation programs for optimum sizing of PV/wind hybrid systems have been developed. Applying these match calculation programs to an assumed PV/wind hybrid system to be installed at Waglan island of Hong Kong, the optimum configuration and its hourly, daily, monthly and yearly performances are given.  相似文献

风能和太阳能作为清洁的可再生能源,具有很大的发展潜力。电池储能系统技术的更新,使得引入规模化、集成化的电池储能系统,构建风光储联合发电系统的开发利用越来越受到人们重视。文章介绍了风光储微网系统中各分布式发电系统(DG)的结构、系统特点及基本原理,利用实时数字仿真仪(RTDS)搭建了风光储微网的仿真模型,并验证了该微网系统的稳态并网试验,并设计了基于低通滤波器算法的风光储协调控制策略,从而提高风光储联合发电系统功率输出的平滑性和可调度性。  相似文献
