攀钢成功开发连铸高质量高压无缝气瓶用钢

近日，攀钢成功开发出连铸高质量高压无缝气瓶用钢，产品质量达到国内同行业先进水平。 攀钢作为国产高压无缝气瓶用钢主要钢种原创企业和重要生产厂家，在连铸大方坯投产后，为顺利实现模铸工艺向连铸工艺的转换，及时开展了“连铸工艺条件下高压无缝气瓶用钢开发”研究，通过采用独具特色的生产工艺流程及相应技术措施，成功开发出采用连铸大方坯生产的高质量高压无缝气瓶用钢。

韶钢三项科技成果和新产品通过省级鉴定

1998年12月28日，韶钢的“全连铸技术”、“连铸坯热送热装”和“预应力（PC）钢棒用钢”等3项科技成果和新产品，在广东省经委委托省重化厅召开的科技成果和新产品鉴定会上，通过了专家们的技术鉴定。与会专家认为，韶钢的“全连铸技术”在国内已达到先进水平，“连铸坯热送热装”在国内居于领先地位，“预应力（PC）钢棒用钢”则填补了广东省的空白。韶钢三项科技成果和新产品通过省级鉴定@张浪     

40Cr合金结构钢冶炼连铸轧制“一条龙”试验总结

对用“电炉—连铸—一火轧制”流程生产φ36mm的40cr钢进行了生产试验,认为采取措施保证钢水质量,控制合适的浇铸温度、拉坯速度和冷却强度,同时采用伸入式水口保护渣浇铸,在小方坯连铸机上可以生产出合格的40Cr合金结构钢。     

自动轧管机组用水平连铸坯轧无缝管的实践

介绍了φ１００自动轧管机组使用水平连铸坯轧制无缝钢管的生产情况的所采取的工艺措施，实践表明，所生产出的无缝钢管质量符合相应技术条件要求，其技术经济指标可达到以轧制坯生产无缝钢管的水平。     

首秦Q345系列低合金厚板研发与应用通过验收

首秦公司“Q345系列低合金厚板的开发与应用”项目通过专家验收。“Q345系列低合金厚板的开发与应用”项目结合首秦公司现有工艺和设备条件，采用低S、P冶炼技术，LF＋RH双联生产技术，连铸坯质量控制综合技术，微合金化技术，以及低速大压下量、优化控轧控冷等多项先进技术。在项目研发过程中，首秦公司成功利用250mm厚板坯生产出了厚度80～100mmQ345系列低合金特厚板。填补了首钢特厚板生产的空白，产品质量达到用连铸坯生产非热处理特厚钢板的国内先进水平，为低成本生产Q345A／B／C／D／E级特厚钢板开发出了一条新途径。     

提高全连铸生产水平的技术措施

本文叙述了全连铸生产顺行的关键－炉机组合及时间匹配问题，指出提高全连铸生水平，炼钢、浇钢、连铸、设备及调度五大工序（部门）应采取的措施和达到的目标，简述了连铸生产的“八字方针”。针对唐钢二炼钢厂实际情况，提出了提高全连铸水平的３项措施－建全在线烘站，保证红包出钢；严格控制钢水温度和吹氩质量；搞好设备检修质量和连铸操作水平，提高全流浇钢率。     

天钢SWRH82B高碳钢盘条的技术质量进步

分析了天钢原150mm小方坯连铸工艺生产出的盘条性能不稳定的问题，对SWRH82B高碳钢盘条的生产技术进行了研究与创新。采用复吹转炉冶炼、LF、VD炉外精炼、Ф150mm小圆坯连铸生产高速线材的短流程工艺，并对钢水洁净度、铸坯中心偏析、盘条的组织改善等方面进行有效控制。经生产实践验证，该工艺生产出的SWRH82B盘条性能稳定，盘条整体水平提高，达到钢绞线用盘条的质量要求。     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
