为了研究电子鼻鼻腔结构和传感器阵列的布置对电子鼻工作性能的影响,利用ANSYS Workbench中Fluent模块,对电子鼻不同鼻腔结构气体传输过程中的流体特性进行了数值模拟,分析不同鼻腔结构和传感器阵列的位置对传感器敏感元件处的气味浓度分布情况,讨论了如何提高传感器敏感元件处气味浓度,以便提高电子鼻的嗅觉能力。结果表明:电子鼻鼻腔结构和传感器位置对电子鼻嗅觉能力均有影响;利用ANSYS对电子鼻鼻腔结构进行优化设计的方法是有效、可行的。   相似文献

Herein, a self‐powered electronic nose strategy with highly selective gas detection is described. The electronic nose is a two‐dimensional microarray based on the triboelectrification between ZnO nanowires and the dielectric layers, and the heterogeneous catalytic reaction occurring on the nanowires and on the NiO nanoparticles. These electronic noses show the ability to distinguish between four volatile organic compound (VOC) gases (methanol, ethanol, acetone, and toluene) with a detection limit of 0.1% at room temperature using no external power source.  相似文献

为了实现对液体的无损探测识别,在可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱和波长调制光谱(TDLAS-WMS)技术的基础上,采用嵌入式处理器LPC2148和波长可调谐的分布反馈(DFB)激光器设计并研制了液体无损探测识别电子鼻系统,控制DFB激光器出射波长通过被检测液体的挥发气体,根据谱带的吸收情况进行探测,并将数据经过USB接口传输到上位机进行处理和分析。上位机根据气体信息数据库识别出被检测液体。测试结果表明,设计的电子鼻系统可以在不破坏待测物质化学性质的前提下快速准确地进行探测和区分识别。  相似文献

提出了一种无创电子鼻诊断肺癌的新方法。该方法结合虚拟声表面波(SAW)传感器阵列的概念和图像识别方法,对肺癌病人、正常人和老慢支病人的呼出气体进行了检测,确定11种挥发性有机成分(VOCs)为肺癌特征气体。此外,在细胞水平上进行研究,证明了肺癌细胞培养液中存在的特征性VOCs是肺癌细胞新陈代谢的产物,可以作为判定特定肺癌细胞的依据,为确定肺癌病人呼吸中的特征性气体提供病理根据。  相似文献

研制了一套由51单片机和金属氧化物半导体气敏传感器阵列组成的便携式电子鼻系统,介绍了系统的工作原理和试验过程.对不同气体通过传感器阵列产生的响应信号进行了数据采集,并对各条响应曲线进行了特征分析,得出了适合单片机处理的特征向量.在低成本的51单片机中编制了神经网络识别程序,神经网络训练过程则在PC机上完成.在51单片机中用排序法和BP神经网络对样本进行分析识别,模拟人和动物的气味学习、记忆过程来学习气味特征、识别不同气味.文中阐述了详细的实验过程和部分气体特征向量,实际识别正确率为90%以上.  相似文献

文中设计了一种基于LabVIEW控制步进电机的气体自动采样装置。论述了该采样装置的工作原理、软硬件结构。运用该采样装置匹配电子鼻对P25光催化降解甲醛的全过程进行监测。结果表明该采样装置不仅具有自动、定体积气体采样功能,而且稳定、可靠、成本低。  相似文献

An electronic nose (E‐nose) is an artificial sensing device that mimics the human olfactory system using a multiarray sensor system. However, since the design and fabrication of multiarray sensing channels are significantly limited because of the requirement of time‐consuming and nonuniversal processes, the development of commercializable and high‐throughput fabrication approaches are critically required. Herein, high‐resolution top‐down lithography is developed for E‐nose fabrication for the first time. Five different metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) nanopattern channels (NiO, CuO, Cr2O3, SnO2, and WO3) are fabricated into multiarray sensors with high‐throughput using a unique lithographic approach that utilizes the sputtering of grains of the metals via low‐energy ion plasma bombardment. The nanopattern channels show i) high‐resolutions (15 nm scale), ii) high‐aspect‐ratios (11; 14 nm width and 150 nm height), and iii) ultrasmall grains (5.1 nm) with uniformity on a cm2 scale, resulting in high sensitivity toward the target analytes. The E‐nose system, which is composed of five MOS nanopattern channels, can successfully distinguish seven different hazardous analytes, including volatile organic compounds and nitrogen‐containing compounds. It is expected that this unique lithography approach can provide a simple and reliable method for commercializable channel fabrication, and the E‐noses can have further applications in real‐life situations.  相似文献

A recently introduced large-size commercially available electronic switching system has versatility in application to different hierarchies of switching stages and is available not only in the telephone systems, but for forthcoming new telecommunication services such as video telecommunications, data applications, mobile radio telephones, etc. Successive developmental programs are now in progress for remote control switching systems, a small-medium-size electronic switching system and data-switching systems. In the international telecommunication field, an electronic telegraph switching system has been completed and electronic telex and telephone switching systems and a data-switching system are now under development. The integration of mechanical systems and microelectronics opens many new possibilities for process design and automatic functions. After discussing the mutual interrelations between the design of the mechanical system and digital electronic system the different ways of integration within mechatronic systems and the resulting properties are described. The information processing can be organized in multi levels, ranging from low level control through supervision to general process management. In connection with knowledge bases and inference mechanisms, intelligent control systems result. The design of control systems for mechanical systems is described, from modeling, identification to adaptive control for nonlinear systems. This is followed by solving supervision tasks with fault diagnosis. Then design tools for mechatronic systems are considered and examples of applications are given, like adaptive control of electromagnetic and pneumatic actuators, adaptive semiactive shock absorbers for vehicle suspension, and electronic drive-chain damping.  相似文献

An electronic nose (e-nose)-based network system is developed for monitoring odors in and around livestock farms remotely. This network is built from compact e-noses that are tailored to measure odor compounds and environmental conditions such as temperature, wind speed, and humidity. The e-noses are placed at various applicable locations in and around the farm, and the collected odor data are transmitted via wireless network to a computer server, where the data processing algorithms process and analyze the data. The developed e-nose network system enables more effective odor management capabilities for more efficient operation of odor control practice by providing consistent, comprehensive, real-time data about the environment and odor profile in and around the livestock farms. Experimental and simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed system.  相似文献
