采用丙烯酰胺单体及合适的外加剂,可较好地实现SiC陶瓷的凝胶注模成型,SiC浆料注模成形合适的pH值为10,热固化温度为60℃,脱模时间为6小时。每100克SiC中加入8克丙烯酰胺时,坯体强度可达7.42MPa。 相似文献

研究了Al2O3凝胶注模成形中浆料的流变性,素坯的强度、密度等随有机单体丙烯酰胺和Al2O3固含量的变化特性。实验采用L8(27)正交试验,并对各分散剂对屈服应力有显著影响,球磨时间主要影响流变指数。在120℃干燥后,凝胶注模后的素坯的强度可达到28—45MPa。随着有机单体丙烯酰胺的含量的增加,素坯强度上升,而随着Al2O3固含量的增加,素坯强度下降。在600℃热处理后,坯体相对密度为57—60%。随着有机单体含量和Al2O3固含量的增加,坯体密度表现为先上升后下降的趋势。 相似文献

通过采用金属、玻璃、陶瓷、塑料、复合材料等材质作为模具,研究了各种材质对凝胶注模成型氧化铝陶瓷坯体的影响。结果表明,用不锈钢模具、马口铁模具、陶瓷模具与玻璃模具成型的坯体质量高,而用有机高分子类(PVC、PP、环氧树脂、石蜡等)模具成型出来的坯体质量不太理想。此外,用金属模具或薄壁模具成型的凝胶反应时间相比陶瓷、玻璃或高分子类模具要短。 相似文献

Gelcasting is a novel method for molding ceramic powder based on a synthesis of concepts derived from traditional ceramics and polymer chemistry. Gelcasting of alumina is described in this paper. The process is based on the in situ polymerization of acrylamide monomers as the setting mechanism for forming the green body. It has the following features: slurries with high solids loading and low viscosity (1.8 Pa·s at 62 vol% solids), dried bodies containing less than 4 wt% binder, and the ability to fabricate complex-shaped bodies. 相似文献

The present work demonstrates a new method for fabrication of thin-walled tubular alumina substrate by combining the principles of gelcasting and freeform fabrication. A tube made up of filter paper or organic preform was filled with 4 N nitric acid and dipped in a 55 vol% alumina (average particle size 0.34 μm) slurry containing methylolurea and urea. A thin layer of alumina slurry was gelled on the filter paper tube by in situ polymerization of methylolurea and urea monomers present in the slurry by delivering the acid through the walls of the filter paper tube. The thickness of the alumina tube obtained depended on the dipping time. Alumina tubes with thicknesses in the range 0.7–2 mm were obtained for dipping times in the range 1–8 min. The tubes obtained had good surface finishes and profiles. These tubes were sintered at 1150°C and microstructural observation indicated uniform grain size and pore morphology. A porosity of 40% and an average pore size of 300 nm were obtained. 相似文献

A new ceramic processing method, thermoreversible gelcasting (TRG), has been developed. The method uses a gelation process that can be reversed multiple times. Two Al2 O3 systems have been explored with the use of a specific triblock copolymer to form a binding gel network. The mixture becomes a free-flowing liquid on heating above 60°C. However, on cooling below 60°C, the slurry instantaneously transforms to a physical gel. This process can be reversed easily (essentially with an infinite processing time window) while the solvent is present in the system, which is advantageous when trying to produce high-quality dense pieces if initial casting irregularities occur.
