基于OpenStack 设计并实现了一个面向租户的虚拟机定制化组网系统,通过资源的元数据定义和基于模板的协同操作,实现云基础设施(计算、存储和网络资源)的自动化部署和管控。具体功能包括统一的图形化租户可拖拽操作、定制化的虚拟机组网编排、动态批量的资源配置更新、网络接口粒度上的服务质量控制以及基于虚拟机网络连接关系的优化映射算法等。该系统可以为租户提供网络配置能力,使租户可以方便、快捷而不受制于技术细节地进行虚拟机组网;性能上降低了网络平均时延,实现了资源的高效匹配,提高了资源利用率。  相似文献

This paper focus on providing a secure and trustworthy solution for virtual machine (VM) migration within an existing cloud provider domain, and/or to the other federating cloud providers. The infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) cloud service model is mainly addressed to extend and complement the previous Trusted Computing techniques for secure VM launch and VM migration case. The VM migration solution proposed in this paper uses a Trust_Token based to guarantee that the user VMs can only be migrated and hosted on a trustworthy and/or compliant cloud platforms. The possibility to also check the compliance of the cloud platforms with the pre-defined baseline configurations makes our solution compatible with an existing widely accepted standards-based, security-focused cloud frameworks like FedRAMP. Our proposed solution can be used for both inter- and intra-cloud VM migrations. Different from previous schemes, our solution is not dependent on an active (on-line) trusted third party; that is, the trusted third party only performs the platform certification and is not involved in the actual VM migration process. We use the Tamarin solver to realize a formal security analysis of the proposed migration protocol and show that our protocol is safe under the Dolev-Yao intruder model. Finally, we show how our proposed mechanisms fulfill major security and trust requirements for secure VM migration in cloud environments.  相似文献

Distributed computing has risen as a well-known worldview for facilitating an assortment of online applications and services. The present business distributed computing stages utilize a semi concentrated design, where cloud resources, such as servers and storage are hosted in a few large global data centers. Virtualization in computing is a creation of virtual (not real) of something such as hardware, software, platform or an operating system or storage, or a network device. Further, Virtual Machine (VM) technology has recently emerged as an essential building block for data centers and cluster systems, mainly due to its capabilities of isolating, consolidating, and migrating workload. Migration of VM seeks to improve the manageability, performance, and fault tolerance of systems. In a virtual cloud computing environment, a set of submitted tasks from different users are scheduled on a set of Virtual Machines (VMs), and load balancing has become a critical issue for achieving energy efficiency. Thus to solve this issue and to achieve a good load balance, a new improved optimization algorithm is introduced namely Dual Conditional Moth Flame Algorithm (DC-MFA) that takes into account of proposed multi-objective functions defining the multi-constraints like CPU utilization, energy consumption, security, make span, migration cost, and resource cost. The performance of the proposed model will be analyzed by determining migration cost, energy consumption, and response time, and security analysis as well.

New configurations are proposed which realise multiple-input-single-output-type multifunction current mode and voltage mode biquads capable of realizing the low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, and notch functions from the same configuration using only a single current feedback op-amp, four resistors and two grounded capacitors. The new circuits offer several advantageous features over the previously known single-current feedback op-amp/second generation current conveyor-based biquads. Electronic tunability of ωo is feasible by replacing the resistors by appropriately-valued CMOS voltage-controlled-resistors driven by a common external control voltage. PSPICE simulation and hardware implementation results are given which have demonstrated the workability of the proposed configurations.  相似文献

针对现有的运行于QT图形库上的Kaffe虚拟机中存在的诸多问题,通过深入分析Kaffe虚拟机的原理及体系结构,提出了将Kaffe的AWT类库移植到嵌入式图形库MiniGUI上的方案,并在嵌入式Linux上给予了完整的实现。结果表明,采用该方案所实现的系统很好的克服了基于QT的旧系统上存在的各种问题。  相似文献

为了提高数据包在云计算数据中心中基于虚拟机构成网络中的传输性能,提出了一种基于网络编码的高效数据包传输方法.基于网络编码机制,采用对传输过程中丢失数据包高效的编码组合策略,多个虚拟机终端可以在一次多播或广播传输中获取多个从交换机优先传输的数据包,因此,提出的方法可以提高基于虚拟机网络的多播及广播业务的数据包传输延迟,并提高多播及广播业务的网络吞吐量.仿真结果表明提出的方法在典型信道条件下均获得了较好的数据包传输时延及网络吞吐量性能.  相似文献

In this paper, a new active element called voltage differencing inverting buffered amplifier (VDIBA) is presented. Using single VDIBA and a capacitor, a new resistorless voltage-mode (VM) first-order all-pass filter (APF) is proposed, which provides both inverting and non-inverting outputs at the same configuration simultaneously. The pole frequency of the filter can be electronically controlled by means of bias current of the internal transconductance. No component-matching conditions are required and it has low sensitivity. In addition, the parasitic and loading effects are also investigated. By connecting two newly introduced APFs in open loop a novel second-order APF is proposed. As another application, the proposed VM APF is connected in cascade to a lossy integrator in a closed loop to design a four-phase quadrature oscillator. The theoretical results are verified by SPICE simulations using TSMC 0.18 μm level-7 CMOS process parameters with ±0.9 V supply voltages. Moreover, the behavior of the proposed VM APF was also experimentally measured using commercially available integrated circuit OPA860 by Texas Instruments.  相似文献

Cloud-based computing, in spite of its enormous benefits has ill effects on the environment also. The release of greenhouse gases and energy consumed by cloud data centers is the most important issue that needs serious attention. Virtual machine (VM) consolidation is a prominent method for energy efficient and optimal utilization of resources. However, existing VM consolidation approaches aggressively reduce energy consumption without considering quality of service (QoS) factors. In this paper, QoS-aware VM consolidation framework is presented which reduces energy consumption and tries to minimize Service Level Agreement violations at the same time. Unlike existing solutions, the framework is generic as it works for both CPU and input/output intensive tasks. The effectiveness of proposed framework is illustrated by using real dataset of Planet lab and CloudSim platform. The proposed solution can be used in cloud data centers to enable energy efficient computing.

As cloud computing models have evolved from clusters to large-scale data centers, reducing the energy consumption, which is a large part of the overall operating expense of data centers, has received much attention lately. From a cluster-level viewpoint, the most popular method for an energy efficient cloud is Dynamic Right Sizing (DRS), which turns off idle servers that do not have any virtual resources running. To maximize the energy efficiency with DRS, one of the primary adaptive resource management strategies is a Virtual Machine (VM) migration which consolidates VM instances into as few servers as possible. In this paper, we propose a Two Phase based Adaptive Resource Management (TP-ARM) scheme that migrates VM instances from under-utilized servers that are supposed to be turned off to sustainable ones based on their monitored resource utilizations in real time. In addition, we designed a Self-Adjusting Workload Prediction (SAWP) method to improve the forecasting accuracy of resource utilization even under irregular demand patterns. From the experimental results using real cloud servers, we show that our proposed schemes provide the superior performance of energy consumption, resource utilization and job completion time over existing resource allocation schemes.  相似文献

Cloud computing makes it possible for users to share computing power. The framework of multiple data centers gains a greater popularity in modern cloud computing. Due to the uncertainty of the requests from users, the loads of CPU(Center Processing Unit) of different data centers differ. High CPU utilization rate of a data center affects the service provided for users, while low CPU utilization rate of a data center causes high energy consumption. Therefore, it is important to balance the CPU resource across data centers in modern cloud computing framework. A virtual machine(VM)migration algorithm was proposed to balance the CPU resource across data centers. The simulation results suggest that the proposed algorithm has a good performance in the balance of CPU resource across data centers and reducing energy consumption.  相似文献

智能交通车联网的发展面临着异构网络传输容量瓶颈、海量信息高效处理瓶颈等一系列具有挑战性的难题。针对该系列问题,本文提出一种层次化移动云系统参考模型,使车载移动终端根据其网络环境与通信能力择优接入相应层次的云服务,达到移动网络资源与云计算资源的最佳匹配。同时,由于车载单元的快速移动性,车联网中的信息传输随时可能中断,这就制约了车联网业务服务质量的提高,对云计算持续稳定的服务构成了很大的挑战,这一瓶颈问题可以通过虚拟机动态迁移技术得到改善,从而实现服务的不间断。  相似文献

We propose a flexible meta‐heuristic framework for virtual machine (VM) organisation, provisioning, and adaptation in the cloud domain, based on migration costs and environment constraints. Order@Cloud improves VM placements according to multiple objectives represented by rules, qualifiers, and improvement cost, which can be easily modified and extended. Order@Cloud theoretically guarantees the adoption of a better set of placements, after considering their costs and benefits, by prioritising the worst VM placements. While existing solutions address only specific objectives, our framework is objective‐agnostic and extensible, which enables the adoption and implementation of new policies and priorities. We conduct experiments using a real cloud environment data and discuss the framework's performance, flexibility, and optimality and provide insights on the challenges and benefits of deploying this framework.  相似文献

Cloud computing is on the horizon of the domain of information technology over the recent few years, giving different remotely accessible services to the cloud users. The quality-of-service (QoS) maintaining of a cloud service provider is the most dominating research issue today. The QoS embraces with different issues like virtual machine (VM) allocation, optimization of response time and throughput, utilizing processing capability, load balancing etc. VM allocation policy deals with the allocation of VMs to the hosts in different datacenters. This paper highlights a new VM allocation policy that distributes the load of VMs among hosts which improves the utilization of hosts’ processing capability as well as makespan and throughput of cloud system.
