采用熔融插层法制备了有机蒙脱土(OMMT)/SBS改性沥青,利用XRD和荧光显微镜表征了OMMT/SBS改性沥青的微观结构,研究了OMMT对SBS改性沥青物理性能和老化性能的影响。结果表明:OMMT与SBS改性沥青形成了剥离型纳米复合结构,并且OMMT可起到交联中心的作用,有利于SBS交联网络在沥青中的形成;OMMT可有效提高SBS改性沥青的粘度和软化点。与SBS改性沥青相比,在PAV老化后,OMMT/SBS改性沥青粘度增加率小、残留针入度比高,表现出优良的耐老化性能。  相似文献

采用超支化技术对季铵盐(QAS)进行了改性.通过紫外光谱(UV)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、热失重(TGA)等手段,分析了超支化季铵盐的结构与性能.将其应用到蒙脱土的有机化改性中,并和普通季铵盐改性的有机蒙脱土进行对比分析.X-线衍射(XRD)和TGA结果表明,超支化季铵盐改性的蒙脱土层间距以及热稳定性能得到了较大程度的提高.  相似文献

研究采用微波法制备二乙醇胺有机蒙脱石的适宜条件,并将改性后的有机蒙脱石加入到对苯二甲酸二甲酯和乙二醇中发生醇解共聚反应,利用IR、XRD等对有机蒙脱石及醇解共聚物进行表征.结果表明:二乙醇胺改性钠基蒙脱石的适宜二乙醇胺加入量为土浆所含干土质量的18%;适宜的反应时间为20 min,反应温度为60℃;经二乙醇胺改性的有机蒙脱石的层间距由钠基蒙脱石层间距的1.27 nm增加到1.37 nm.  相似文献

Styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) modified bitumen crack filling material with organophilic montmorillonite (OCFM) was prepared by melt blending. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the interlayer spacing of organophilic montmorillonite (OMMT) in OCFM is widened and an exfoliated structure may be formed. Thermal-oxidative aging behavior of OCFM and SBS modified bitumen crack filling material (SCFM) was investigated. The experimental results indicate that the rate of thermal-oxidative aging of OCFM is much slower than that of SCFM, which can be attributed to barrier of exfoliated structure of OCFM to oxygen. 采用双子季铵盐对蒙脱土进行有机化处理,再与环氧树脂进行插层复合制备了环氧树脂/蒙脱土复合材料、借助XRD和FTIR等手段对改性蒙脱土进行了表征,对复合材料的力学性能进行测试。结果表明,改性使蒙脱土层间距增大,有机蒙脱土的加入改善了环氧树脂基体的力学性能,当有机蒙脱土质量含量为1%时,其弯曲强度、冲击强度等力学性能得到了最大的提高。  相似文献

以辽宁某地钙基蒙脱石为原料,经碳酸钠钠化改型后,用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作插层剂对其进行有机插层处理,考察插层剂的最佳用量。采用XRD、FTIR和DTA/TG等测试技术对所研制的蒙脱石有机插层复合物进行表征,结果表明,插层剂用量为120%mmol/100g CEC时所制备的蒙脱石有机插层复合物的插层效果最好。  相似文献

采用阻燃剂与SBS改性沥青复合制备了阻燃SBS改性沥青,测试了不同阻燃剂掺量下SBS改性沥青的阻燃性能和物理性能,研究了阻燃剂掺量对SMA沥青混合料路用性能的影响。结果表明:阻燃剂可显著提高SBS改性沥青的阻燃性,在阻燃剂掺量为8%时,改性沥青的氧指数可达到24.5%;阻燃剂的加入,增大了改性沥青的粘度,导致SMA沥青混合料空隙率增大,降低了沥青混合料的马歇尔稳定度,浸水残留稳定度比和冻融劈裂强度比也减小,但车辙动稳定度提高。  相似文献

Calcium montmorillonite from Liao-ning was organically intercalated by using cety1 trimethy1 ammonium bromide after it was treated with sodium carbonate. The optimal dosage of intercalating agent was tested. The organically intercalated montmorillonite composites were characterized by the methods of XRD, FTIR and DTA/TG. The results show that the intercalating effect of the organically intercalated montmorillonite composite is the best when the amount of intercalating agent reached 120% cation exchange capacity (CEC)  相似文献

Thermal oxidative and aging as an inevitable process in the practical application of road asphalt has great effect on the properties of asphalt. In this paper,the influences of short-term thermal oxidative ageing and ultraviolet radiation(UV) aging on the dynamic viscosity,penetration,softening point and rheological properties of two kinds of layered inorganic nano-powder including organo-modified montmorillonite (OMMT) and nanometer brucite (Mg(OH)2) modified asphalts were studied respectively. The rheological properties of these binders have been determined using a dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) through temperatures sweep tests.The rheological and physical analysis showed the two major influences of ageing on the properties for two kinds of layered inorganic nano-powder modified bitumens. On one hand,ageing decreased the viscous behaviors of modified binders,on the other hand,ageing improved the elastic behaviors of modified binders. The performances of binders after aging depended on the combined effect between the modifier and the bitumen. Both the two modifiers resisted the aging of bitumens and the effect of OMMT was better.  相似文献

Anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), cationic surfactant cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and acrylic acid (AA) were introduced as molecular models to study the interaction between montmorillonite and organic molecules with different charge or chain length. The compounds were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (13C NMR). The results show organic anion could interact strongly with montmorillonite, even the molecules could intercalate into the layers of MMT.  相似文献

采用插层聚合方法,用苯乙烯(ST)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)等单体,对蒙脱土进行了层间改性,并与聚合物共混挤出制备了纳米复合材料。通过X射线衍射仪、转矩流变仪、红外光谱仪等仪器,对改性蒙脱土的层间结构进行的表征可知,随着单体插层、层间聚合、熔融共混的进行,蒙脱土的层间距从1.470 nm逐渐增大至2.643 nm,最终消失,表明蒙脱土发生了层间剥离,与子聚合物形成了纳米复合材料;改性前后蒙脱土的红外谱图在1465~1440 cm-1和2910~2830 cm-1处的特征峰发生了明显的变化,这从分子结构上证明了蒙脱土的改性。同时比较了添加不同改性蒙脱土的超高分子量聚乙烯的扭矩变化,3种单体改性的蒙脱土均能有效降低聚合物扭矩,其中苯乙烯单体插层聚合改性的蒙脱土对聚合物体系扭矩影响最大。  相似文献

为研究季铵盐改性对蒙脱石的结构及抗菌性能的影响,分别采用十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(OTAC)和双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵(DODAC)对蒙脱石进行插层改性,并分析了蒙脱石的d001层间距及抗菌性能随季铵盐用量变化的规律.蒙脱石的d001层间距先随季铵盐用量的增加而增大;当OTAC与蒙脱石的质量比超过35%或DODAC与蒙脱石的质量比超过15%时,其d001层间距开始略微下降,同时出现季铵盐以不同倾斜角排列的层间超结构现象.在水分散体系中,改性蒙脱石的抗菌性能先随季铵盐用量的增大而上升;当其出现超结构后,由于蒙脱石及季铵盐与细菌的接触几率受到限制,其抗菌性能开始急剧下降.在干燥条件下超结构对蒙脱石的抗菌性能影响甚微,经不同用量季铵盐改性的蒙脱石都具有极佳的抗霉菌性能.  相似文献

将有机化蒙脱土(OMMT)与SBS改性沥青熔融共混,制备了OMMT/SBS改性沥青。利用X-射线衍射(XRD)分析了OMMT/SBS改性沥青的微观结构。通过长期热氧老化实验研究了OMMT对SBS改性沥青热氧老化行为的影响。XRD分析表明,OMMT/SBS改性沥青形成了剥离型纳米复合结构。热氧老化试验结果显示,OMMT可显著减少SBS改性沥青软化点和粘度的增加,提高其残留延度比和残留针入度比,明显改善了SBS改性沥青耐热氧老化性能。  相似文献

以两种双子季铵盐(MD,DMB)和一种单季铵盐(HTMAB)为有机改性剂,通过阳离子交换法对Na蒙脱土改性,制得季铵盐有机改性蒙脱土。采用N2吸附法、X射线衍射(XRD)及红外光谱分析(FT-IR)研究了季铵盐有机改性蒙脱土的微观结构及表面特征。结果表明,经MD,DMB及HTMAB改性后,蒙脱土BET比表面积及层间距均有所减小,这与传统长链单季铵盐的改性效果不同;有机改性后,季铵盐阳离子成功吸附于蒙脱土的层间,蒙脱土的微观结构发生了改变,形成微孔和介孔同时存在的二维交错多孔结构,表面由亲水性转变为疏水性,且改性蒙脱土分形维数D较原土有所减小,表明改性土孔隙分布更加均匀。  相似文献

A novel kind of denture base nanocomposite was prepared by polymethyl methyacrylate(PMMA) and cethyltrimethylammonium bromide modified organic montmorillonite (OMMT). The dispersion of montmorillonite in the polymer matrix was characterized by x-ray diffraction (XRD) and transimission electron microscope (TEM).The content of residual MMA in nanocomposites and the amount of MMA released to water from nanocomposites were determined by gas chromatography (GC). The analysis of TEM and XRD showed that exfoliated-intercalated and intercalated nanocomposites were formed when the content of OMMT was 3% and 5% in the PMMA powder respectively. The results of GC showed that the residual MMA increased with the increase of OMMT content in the polymer matrix. After 7 days in water, the amount of MMA released into water from the nanocomposites tended to be stable. The results of one-way ANOVA and t-test showed that OMMT gave a significant increase of residual MMA concentration (p〈0.05) in nanocomposites.  相似文献

The polypropylene was modified by ultraviolet irradiation.The polypropylene-montmorillonite nanoicomposites were prepared by direct melting intercalation of polypropylene powders.The structure of polypropylene,the polyproprlene irradiated,montmorllinote and polypropylene-montmorillonite composites were studied by XRD,IR and DSC.The results show that the PP molecules can are oxidized during ultraviolet irradiation,melt polypropylene can intercalate into montmorillonite layer .As a result,the layered distance(d001) of montmoril-lonite increases,and the melt absorption peak of polypropylene in layer is eliminated.  相似文献

通过乳液聚合的方法,采用未经有机化处理的蒙脱土(MMT)制备了聚丙烯酸酯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料.借助X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等测试手段,研究了不同加料顺序制得的复合材料.通过对比其微观结构和蒙脱土在树脂中的分散状况,证明了单体可以在聚合过程中于蒙脱土片层间聚合,使蒙脱土以纳米级尺寸分散在聚丙烯酸酯树脂基体中.讨论了蒙脱土的加入对乳胶粒形态的影响.采用重量分析法对蒙脱土存在下的乳液聚合动力学进行了研究,发现蒙脱土的加入使聚合速率明显降低.  相似文献
