A magnetic field sensor based on magnetoelectric effects in a ferrite-piezoelectric layered sample is proposed. Such sensors are passive, provide direct conversion of magnetic fields into an electrical signal, and allow measurements of both ac and dc magnetic fields. A multilayer sample of nickel zinc ferrite-lead zirconate titanate has been used to characterize the sensor response to ac and dc fields, field orientations, frequency, and temperature. The sample shows a linear response for dc fields up to a maximum of 1750 Oe. The sensor output is temperature independent over 273–337 K, but is dependent on frequency of the ac excitation field. Operating at electromechanical resonance for the element enhances the sensor sensitivity by an order of magnitude. For ac magnetic field sensors, the output varies linearly with amplitude. 相似文献

针对脉冲磁场测量的要求,对传感器的时域标定问题进行了研究,组建基于高压脉冲源,TEM传输室,数字存贮示波器及计算机的时域标定系统,提出了基于输出误差模型的时域定数据处理方法,利用该模型可方便地获得的传感器的灵敏度,转折频率等参数,成功地利用所建立的误差修正模型对传感器造成的测量失真进行了恢复。 相似文献

Here novel chromogenic photonic crystal sensors based on smart shape memory polymers (SMPs) comprising polyester/polyether‐based urethane acrylates blended with tripropylene glycol diacrylate are reported, which exhibit nontraditional all‐room‐temperature shape memory (SM) effects. Stepwise recovery of the collapsed macropores with 350 nm diameter created by a “cold” programming process leads to easily perceived color changes that can be correlated with the concentrations of swelling analytes in complex, multicomponent nonswelling mixtures. High sensitivity (as low as 10 ppm) and unprecedented measurement range (from 10 ppm to 30 vol%) for analyzing ethanol in octane and gasoline have been demonstrated by leveraging colorimetric sensing in both liquid and gas phases. Proof‐of‐concept tests for specifically detecting ethanol in consumer medical and healthcare products have also been demonstrated. These sensors are inexpensive, reusable, durable, and readily deployable with mobile platforms for quantitative analysis. Additionally, theoretical modeling of solvent diffusion in macroporous SMPs provides fundamental insights into the mechanisms of nanoscopic SM recovery, which is a topic that has received little examination. These novel sensors are of great technological importance in a wide spectrum of applications ranging from environmental monitoring and workplace hazard identification to threat detection and process/product control in chemical, petroleum, and pharmaceutical industries. 相似文献

结合光子晶体和表面等离子体共轭(surface plasmon resonance,SPR)技术,研究了一种新型的MEMS红外光源.相比传统的红外光源,该新型光源具有红外光谱窄、红外发射峰位置可调等优点.该光源衬底材料为硅,然后在硅表面形成SiO2-Cr-Au结构,并在Si-SiO2-Cr-Au结构表面形成刻蚀深度为2pm、孔间距分别为7μm和8μm(孔直径分别为3.5μm和4μm)等不同的周期性排列圆孔的光子晶体结构.采用有限元时域分析(finite-difference time-domain,FDTD)软件模拟和傅里叶红外光谱仪实际测量的结果表明,该新型MEMS红外光源具有窄的波峰,其反射光谱波谷波长和圆孔间距相近.通过理论推导和FDTD软件模拟,研究了光源光子晶体结构中圆孔深度和透射光谱波峰强度关系.结果表明,圆孔深度为2μm的结构比3μm结构的透射强度更强.透射强度与圆孔深度h在一定范围近似为倒数平方关系,即在一定范围内圆孔越深,透射越弱. 相似文献

We have investigated the transmittance for two kinds of photonic crystals; (i) One-dimensional metallic photonic crystals
(1DMPCs) and (ii) One-dimensional superconducting photonic crystals (1DScPCs). The variance of the intensity and the bandwidth
of the transmittance are strongly dependent on the thicknesses and frequencies. We have compared the transmittance spectra
in 1DScPCs and 1DMPCs at low frequencies, and we present some details about the transmittance spectra by using Transfer Matrix
Method (TMM) at the same conditions.

Structural phase transitions from tetragonal to monoclinic crystal symmetry induced by an external magnetic field are studied on the basis of a simple three-level model. It is argued that the model is capable of describing the phenomena in f-electrons rare earth insulators and solid oxygen. The applied theoretical method is the equation of motion for the spin and phonon Green functions. 针对电导率、温度传感器检定装置--高精度恒温水槽中,由磁耦合搅拌装置所带来的磁场干扰对电磁感应式电导率传感器所产生的影响问题,进行了一系列实验。以加拿大RBR公司生产的RBR XR-620(感应式)CTD传感器为研究对象,以美国SEABIRD公司生产的SBE 37(电极式)CTD传感器为参比对象进行实验。实验分别在采用磁耦合搅拌方式和机械搅拌方式的两台高精度恒温水槽中进行,结果表明两台CTD传感器在正常工作状态下在不同工作环境中给出不同的测定盐度值(由传感器给出的温度值和电导率值计算得出)。因此,实验结果证明由于磁耦合搅拌方式所带来的磁场干扰会对感应式CTD的测定产生影响。 相似文献
