浅谈循环流化床锅炉对氮氧化物的影响

通过对NO_x生成机理及NO_x排放影响因素的分析探讨,结合循环流化床锅炉自身的特点可知,在循环流化床锅炉中,燃料型NO_x在氮氧化物排放中占主导地位,循环流化床锅炉控制NO_x的排放浓度应从入炉燃料的自身特性、炉膛内燃烧温度、炉膛内过量空气系数、配风方式、物料的循环倍率等方面着手;在燃料一定,炉膛内的燃烧温度控制在850～900℃,配风采用分级配风形式时,选择合理的脱硫剂及还原剂的品质、粒径及喷入量,可有效地控制NO_x的排放浓度。     

火电厂锅炉配风方式改造应用实践

火电厂锅炉配风方式对锅炉安全、稳定运行以及经济性有重大影响。通过简要介绍火电厂锅炉风系统的构成．将锅炉的配风方式从均等配风改造为分级配凤。针对改造后出现的燃烧工况不稳定的问题,分析了问题产生的原因,提出了相应的解决对策。     

取向硅钢隧道高温退火炉节能与加热效率优化

针对原隧道高温退火炉存在的问题进行设计改造,改造主要包括:选择合适型号的烧嘴,以保证烧嘴在额定功率下工作;开发大速差多级配风超低NO_x烧嘴,提高燃烧效率,使炉子的NO_x排放不超过80mg/m~3;调整烧嘴的安装位置,提高炉内换热效率和炉温均匀性;重新设计台车砌体,轻量化台车,使台车蓄热量减少35%;炉膛内表面喷涂高红外反射率涂料,以提高炉膛辐射换热。改造后退火炉与之前相比,提高了钢卷的退火质量以及炉子的热效率,节约了燃料消耗量。     

宝钢电厂350MW机组综合改造后燃烧优化调整试验研究

试验以宝钢电厂1号机组为研究对象,研究了运行氧量、配风方式和磨煤机运行参数对锅炉安全特性、经济特性和环保特性的影响。通过燃烧优化调整,350MW负荷、燃用常用煤种时,锅炉热效率提高了0.64个百分点,降低标准供电煤耗近2.05g/k Wh。     

300MW煤-煤气混烧锅炉低氮燃烧改造实践

通过对300 MW煤-煤气混烧锅炉详细分析设计,采用纵向过量空气系数分布控制原理,从下到上分别为氧化燃烧区、集中还原区、燃尽区,实现燃料分级燃烧,通过高温低氧还原区的建立,实现已生成的NO_x还原,可大幅度降低NO_x生成。低氮燃烧改造主要是更换一、二次风喷口并新增四层SOFA,经过冷、热态调试后,NOX排放量降低近60%,实现的经济和环保的双赢。     

高效煤粉锅炉替代链条炉改造的燃烧效果

将高效燃烧的煤粉室燃技术用于燃煤链条锅炉改造的应用实践,改造方案采用先进的低氮风冷燃烧结合空气分级技术,提出锅炉结构及燃烧系统匹配关系.结果表明:改造效果良好,锅炉运行稳定,锅炉热效率超过92％,初始NOx排放<300 mg/m3,且飞灰残炭率<5％;形成了传统燃煤锅炉节能改造升级关键技术,促进了工业锅炉自动化管理水平...     

300MW机组锅炉低氮燃烧技术改造与性能评价

为了保护环境,降低运行成本,太钢采用立体分级强稳燃、高效的水平浓缩煤粉燃烧技术对2号300 MW机组锅炉进行了低氮燃烧技术改造。改造后的试验及运行结果显示,炉内NOx排放量大幅下降,锅炉效率、飞灰中可燃物含量、CO排放等指标也有明显提高。     

锅炉低负荷无油运行的燃烧调整

本文针对热电厂DG130／9．8—3型煤粉锅炉低负荷运行稳燃性差的问题，分析了影响锅炉低负荷燃烧稳定性的原因，提出了合理组织给粉和配风的燃烧调整措施，达到了最低无油稳燃负荷的设计值，降低了柴油消耗，取得了较好经济效益。     

江阴兴澄特钢电厂锅炉环保提标技改和应用

简述了兴澄特钢一热电两台SG-240/9.8―MQT670型掺烧25%高炉煤气锅炉,通过技术改造,实现环保提标,使锅炉SO_2排放浓度降低为50 mg/m~3;NO_x排放浓度降低为100 mg/m~3;粉尘排放浓度降低为20mg/m~3。     

火电厂锅炉炉内低氮燃烧运行优化试验研究

为提高火电厂锅炉炉内的燃烧效率,同时降低NO_x排放浓度,采用正交试验和极差分析法,对锅炉低氮燃烧运行进行试验研究。结果表明：煤质对锅炉燃烧效率的影响最大,低硫煤比高硫煤的平均燃烧效率提升了0.44%;第3/4层SOFA开度对炉膛出口NO_x浓度的影响最大,当第3/4层SOFA开度由60%增至100%时,NO_x浓度将减小15.35 mg/m³;在最优运行方案下,锅炉平均燃烧效率将提升0.39%,可节约供电标煤耗约1.38 g/(kW·h),炉膛出口NO_x浓度平均可降低14.49 mg/m³。
