钢铁行业烧结烟气多污染物协同净化技术研究进展

基于我国钢铁行业烧结烟气排放标准、排放特征和现行污染物控制技术,分析了国内外先进的多污染物协同控制技术——活性炭(焦)吸附工艺、湿法脱硫除尘+选择性催化还原协同净化技术、循环流化床多组分污染物协同净化工艺、高性能烧结废气净化工艺、新型密相半干法烟气集成治理技术等工艺的技术思路、特点和存在问题等,并针对钢铁行业的实际需求对多污染物协同控制技术的发展提出了建议.      

烧结烟气脱硫脱硝处理技术的比较分析

基于我国钢铁工业烧结烟气各污染物的排放标准要求和污染控制技术现状,分析国内外典型钢铁烧结烟气多污染物协同控制技术——活性炭吸附工艺、LJS-FGD多污染物协同净化工艺和催化氧化法综合清洁技术等多种技术的主要特点、存在问题,对其技术经济及减排效果进行比较。     

冶金烟气脱硫脱硝概述

随着环保要求的日益严格,冶金行业烟气协同脱硫脱硝将是烟气气态污染物治理的主流方向,本文分析了目前主流的烟气脱硫和脱硝工艺技术的原理、分类及优缺点,同时简述了脱硫脱硝的新技术。为脱硫脱硝工艺及其改进提供理论依据与指导。     

钢铁行业烟气净化催化剂的研究现状及展望

烟气污染物治理是钢铁行业一直以来面临的难题，经过“十三五”阶段的技术发展，现有烟气净化工艺已能够满足超低排放标准。但随着“十四五”的到来，以及“双碳目标”的提出，钢铁行业烟气污染物治理将面临标准更严、范围更广以及碳排放更低等一系列挑战。结合钢铁行业烟气污染物净化存在的问题，介绍了烟气净化催化剂的研究现状及改进方向，对如何提高烟气脱硝催化剂的低温活性、抗毒性、寿命以及成本等方面进行了总结与展望。在烟气污染物深度、低碳治理方面提出应加强非常规污染物(CO、二噁英、VOCs等有机污染物)治理与多污染物协同治理路线，并对催化剂研发方向提出建议。     

有色金属冶炼中NEUI电解烟气治理工艺及装备

近年来国家陆续出台各项法律、法规,推动电解铝行业高质量发展,保护和改善环境。电解烟气净化系统的排放指标成为电解铝企业的重要考核内容。为进一步提高电解铝企业污染物的治理水平,有必要开发更全面、更高效的电解烟气污染物成套治理工艺及装备。本文首先介绍东北大学设计研究院(有限公司)(以下简称:东大院;英文简称:NEUI)开发的电解烟气污染物成套治理工艺及装备,主要从有组织排放和无组织排放两个方向采取有效措施,对全氟污染物、颗粒物、SO_(2)开展治理工作。文章最后将NEUI电解烟气污染物成套治理工艺及装备与国外最先进的烟气治理工艺及装备进行对比和分析,发现:与欧美的电解烟气排放标准相比,目前我国的电解烟气排放标准要求较低;但是,以NEUI为代表的中国电解烟气治理工艺及装备的排放指标已经超过欧美的排放指标,达到世界领先水平。     

湿式电除尘技术在烟气深度净化中的应用

介绍了湿式电除尘器的工作原理及该技术在国内外的应用与效果,指出随着国家对大气污染物排放控制要求的提高,常规的除尘器已无法满足对细微颗粒物污染的减排要求。湿式电除尘器具有治理多种烟气污染物的协同和深度污染的特点,对石膏液滴、酸雾、有毒重金属以及PM10,尤其是PM2.5细微颗粒物具有良好的脱除效果。     

LJS工艺在凌钢200万t球团烟气脱硫除尘项目的应用

介绍了循环流化床干法脱硫及多组分污染物协同净化工艺(简称LJS-FGD)的原理及技术特点,并对链箅机回转窑烟气特点、凌钢200万t链箅机回转窑烟气采用LJS-FGD法进行脱硫效果予以阐述。     

固定式阳极炉环保达标的探讨与实践

介绍了固定阳极炉工艺的环保现状,分析了面临的严峻形势。探讨了阳极炉污染物排放达标的改进方向,提出了先进燃烧技术、掺氮还原等源头控制措施,介绍了烟气急冷、布袋除尘、尾气脱硫等烟气治理措施及运行效果。
