研究了用 50 g/ L( N H4 )2 C O3 溶液从含 U 的 T R P O 相中反萃 U 的条件。测定了反萃平衡时间、相比、反萃次数、温度及有机相中 U 的质量浓度对反萃率的影响。用( N H4)2 C O3 反萃 U 比原流程的 Na2 C O3 可减少 2 级,反萃液中不会析出( N H4)2 C2 O4 结晶。( N H4)4[ U O2( C O3)3 ]在加热转型时, N H+4 、 C O2-3 及少量 C2 O2-4 、 N O-3 均可挥发除去。  相似文献

应用γ辐射聚合技术在H2O-THF混合溶液中合成了不同分子量范围的温敏聚合物,并进而将这种辐射合成扩展到应用低级醇类、酮类和含氯有机化合物作为溶剂,结果表明,这些合成都是成功的。用合成的聚合物对在水溶液中浓集低浓Au~(3+),浓集效率可达90%以上。还研究了溶液酸度(以pH为1~7最佳)、聚合物含量(10%以上可达饱和浓集率)及波集温度(接近LCST为好)对浓集的影响。  相似文献

研究了H_2和CO在CuO-ZnO_Al_2O_3催化床中转化成H_2O和CO_2的实验装置和实验结果,论证了不同床层工作温度、系统压力、杂质浓度、流量及露点温度等因素对氧化铜床工作性能的影响;测得了H_2和CO在CuO-ZnO-Al_2O_3床上的转化特性曲线等变化规律,获得了转化容量、工作周期和转化效率等实验数据,确定了最佳运行参数。结果表明,使用CuO_ZnO-Al_2O_3床可使净化后的H_2和CO的体积分数都小于2×l0 ̄(-6),满足高温气冷堆的净化要求。为高温气冷堆中氧化铜床装置提供了可靠的设计数据。  相似文献

研究了二(2-乙基己基)二硫代磷酸(DEHDTP)、二(2-乙基己基)单硫代磷酸(DEHMTP)和二(2-乙基己基)单硫代膦酸(DEHMTPI)对Am3+、Nd3+、Eu3+、Tm3+的萃取,给出了lgD对pH和lgc(HA)的关系图。通过比较半萃取pH值和分离系数,表明3种萃取剂对4种离子的萃取能力依次为:DEHMTPI>DEHMTP>DEHDTP,但只有DEHDTP优先萃取Am3+。对镅萃取选择性的顺序为:DEHDTP>DEHMTPI>DEHMTP。此结果再次说明,Am3+是比Ln3+“软”一些的硬酸。  相似文献

The microdomain structure of segmented polyether polyurethaneureas is investigated by means of positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy,small-angle X-ray scattering and differential scanning calorimetry.The experimental results show that the decrease in the domain volume and free volume results from the increase in the hard segment (polyurethaneurea segment)contents as the number-average molecular weight Mn of the soft segments (polyethylene glycol segments)is the same,and that the increase in domain volume and free volume result from the increase in the Mn of the soft segments when the hard segment content is the same or nearly the same.These results demonstrate that positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy is a sensitive technique to probe the microdomain structure in polymers.  相似文献

研究了分子量对于环氧树脂电子束辐射固化行为的影响规律。环氧树脂体系的辐射反应速率随分子量增加而下降,在低辐射剂量下,高分子量树脂的固化度和固化层厚度较小,提高辐射剂量,分子量的影响减弱。对于辐射固化程度较高的样品,其玻璃化温度(Tg)和贮能模量(E’)主要受固化度控制。电子束辐射固化的环氧树脂进行热处理后,样品的玻璃化温度和高温E’均有所提高,低分子量树脂的热处理效果更为明显。  相似文献

采用正电子湮没技术研究了端羟基液体丁腈(HTBN)增韧环氧树脂(EP)体系的自由体积特性,证实了HTBN橡胶相与EP基体相界面过渡区域自由体积尺寸的大小和浓度与增韧效果相关.当HTBN的浓度为5%时,增韧效果最佳,相尺寸小,相界面过渡区域自由体积空穴尺寸与EP自身分子间自由体积空穴尺寸相当,增韧效果好;当HTBN的含量继续增加,分散相尺寸增大,过渡区域自由体积尺寸增加较快,增韧效果弱化.  相似文献

通过密度测定和DSC热分析,观测了超高分子量聚乙烯的辐射效应。实验结果表明:在吸收剂量0—1.13MGy范围内,密度随吸收剂量的增加而增大,熔化热和熔点也有所增加,特别是在低剂量范围内增加十分明显。以上结果都说明,超高分子量聚乙烯在辐照过程中,结晶在完善或有新的结晶形成  相似文献

A conversion rate of more than 90% was obtained in sensitized polymerization, and the output of radiation was double at a reduced total dose of 0.5 Mrad as compared to original 1 Mrad.The unpolymerized monomer could be removed simply by extraction under reduced pressure to save a large volume of organic solvent. The quota of raw material consumption would be reduced without influencing quality of the product.experiments indicated that the content of water in trioxane, even up to 300 ppm, has no effect on conversion o molecular weight. Irradiated trioxane was stored in dry air kept away from light at room temperature could effectively sustain the lifetime of active species even after a lapse of one month.The infrared spectrum, molecular weight distribution and physical mechanical properties of the product from sensitized radiation polymerization were identical with those of the unsensitized process.  相似文献

Thermoset and thermoplastic polyimides have complementary physical/mechanical properties. Whereas thermoset polyimides are brittle and generally easier to process, thermoplastic polyimides are tough but harder to process. It is expected that a combination of these two types of polyimides may help produce polymers more suitable for aerospace applications. Semi-Interpenetrating Polymer Networks (S-IPNs) of thermoset LaRC™-RP46 and thermoplastic LaRC™-IA polyimides were prepared in weight percent ratios ranging from 100:0 to 0:100. Positron lifetime measurements were made in these samples to correlate their free volume features with physical/mechanical properties. As expected, positronium atoms are not formed in these samples. The second life time component has been used to infer the positron trap dimensions. The “free volume” goes through a minimum at about 50:50 ratio, suggesting that S-IPN samples are not merely solid solutions of the two polymers. These data and related structural properties of the S-IPN samples have been discussed in this paper.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

In this study, the construction of the loss of component cooling water system (LOCCWS) initiating event (IE) fault tree (FT) for an actual fire event probabilistic safety assessment (PSA) model of the Korean reference nuclear power plant considering only IE initiators was validated. The quantification results of the LOCCWS accident sequences obtained using an LOCCWS IE FT model with only initiators are similar to that with initiators and enabling events. This confirmed that the LOCCWS IE FT for an actual fire event PSA model could be constructed by considering only IE initiators. In addition, the same LOCCWS accident sequences were quantified assuming that fire triggering only the LOCCWS IE leads to reactor shutdown. Compared with the quantification result obtained based on the assumption that any fire included in the fire event PSA leads to reactor shutdown, the core damage frequency (CDF) can be reduced. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a possibility of underestimation of CDF when the LOCCWS IE FT model with only initiators is used and the assumption that fire triggering only the LOCCWS IE results in reactor shutdown is employed for the quantification of LOCCWS accident sequences.  相似文献

不同组成的高冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)共混物的正电子湮没寿命谱被测量,结果表明HIPS和LDPE是不相溶共混物。在界面处,二组分的不相溶主要归因与一个组分没有足够大的自由体积孔穴尺寸容纳另一组分的侧基和分子链端基。另外,测量的自由体积分数产生的负偏差被认为主要由最长寿命强度I3所引起。  相似文献
