烧结机尾除尘改造

莱钢1#105m2烧结机通过增加1级121m2电除尘器,设计选用滤料和袋笼,改善供气系统,控制除尘清灰,改造集气罩、除尘管道等措施,将机尾电除尘器改造为电袋复合除尘器。改造后,实现了粉尘达标排放,粉尘排放浓度30mg/m3以下,布袋的完好率保持在99%以上,年节约运行费用47.5万元。

90m~2烧结机机头电除尘器改造

唐山不锈钢有限责任公司3台90 m2烧结机机头100 m2单室三电场电除尘器存在烟气收集率低、系统漏风严重、现场工作环境恶劣等问题,在对原有100 m2单室三电场除尘设施进行修缮后,增设了第4电场,第4电场采用移动电极技术。同时,更换了除尘管道,对烟罩进行加固。改造后,除尘器的除尘净化效率提高,净化后外排烟含粉尘≤50 mg/m3,优于国家现行排放标准。

石灰回转窑电除尘改布袋除尘实践与效果分析

新钢石灰回转窑烟气除尘采用电除尘方式,烟气粉尘颗粒排放超过150 mg/m3.对回转窑烟尘主要成分、颗粒分散度、烟气温度和烟尘比电阻进行综合分析后,发现该烟尘比电阻属于高比电阻粉尘,不适合用电除尘器来除尘.将除尘方式由电除尘改为布袋除尘后,2号回转窑布袋除尘器的烟尘排放浓度为20.5 mg/m3,1号回转窑布袋除尘器的烟尘排放浓度为11.3 mg/m3,远低于国家排放标准要求的30 mg/m3.

铜冶炼高温电除尘试验研究

为了实现铜冶炼高温烟气粉尘的高效脱除，本文分析高温烟气领域除尘技术研究现状，搭建了基于铜冶炼烟气工况的高温电除尘中试装置，分析了炼铜粉尘的形貌、粒径等特性，研究了不同烟气流速、电压对除尘效率的影响，得出电除尘关键参数最佳设置方法。结果表明，高温电除尘器烟气流速为0.48 m/s时，烟气颗粒既不会造成高温电除尘器严重积灰，也不会导致大量颗粒大量逃逸，除尘效率最佳；电场电压越高，出口粉尘浓度越低，除尘效率越高，实践中要在满足除尘效率的前提下寻找能耗最低的电压值。在福建某铜冶炼厂进行高温电除尘技术工程应用试验，测试结果表明，高温电除尘器出口烟气含尘浓度由2.19 g/m³降至62 mg/m³,除尘效率大于97.1%。
